Verlinda has been holding down the bar every Wednesday-Saturday since I met her shortly after the pandemic. I made it a point to come and see her in the afternoon, in the middle of my own workday, for lunch, every single week. Towards the end of 2024, she went on a medical leave. Now that she's back, she's working Saturday-Tuesday. The fact that she hasn't been given her original shift completely blows my mind, and it affects the service. This isn't anything personal against the rest of the staff, I absolutely adore everyone. But coming in on Wednesday and Friday afternoons were essentially, rituals. I recognize that someone covered her shifts while she was away, but the fact that she is being required to work a different schedule after returning from a medical leave is absurd. Although V is the most senior employee at Park City, she holds that place down! I hadn't been to the pub in two months and finally came in today and was shocked to know she doesn't have her weekday shifts. Who do I need to talk to and advocate for her? Everyone LOVES Verlinda at Park City. I'm seriously hoping this has nothing to do with her age, because I will raise HELL about it. Give that woman back what she's worked so hard to build! Signed, a frustrated lunch patron who had to get out of bed on a Saturday morning to come and see my favorite bartender.

What can I say? Who doesn't love a good ol' fashioned chicken fried steak from Park City Pub. The CFS is cooked to perfection with an excellent seasoning. The gravy is absolutely on point, not too salty, not too thick...it's just right. They'll cook your eggs and hash browns to your liking. The meal should be able to fill up the hungriest of folks. Also, they serve breakfast until 10p I believe. Start and end your day with Park City Pub chicken fried steak.

Love this dive bar. Drinks and food here are cheap. The bartenders here are friendly. This is usually packed with people coming in to watch sporting events. Highly recommend the wings here.

An amazing local bar with great food (amazing wings and prime rib), a great breakfast, tasty drinks, all at great price points, a fun welcoming atmosphere and the best staff. Some of them have worked there for 30 years. Do yourself a favor and go in for breakfast and have an amazing Bloody Mary. Lottery, games, a small patio, what more could you ask for?

Its time to update my review. I was a Yelp newbie when I wrote my first review. Honestly. It was a bit unfair on my part. This place is a decent sized bar and grill. It has a couple of pool tables and a few slots. The bar area is rather large and the restaurant area is decent. On Friday night the place was popping. Everyone seemed to be having a great time! The service was very good considering all the people that were here. We had a drink in our hand before we knew it. Our food orders were quickly taken. I ordered the Blue Cheese Burger and their famous Beef Philly Cheesesteak. Our food was out in a hurry. Everything was delicious

Tacos was a good price, servers was attentive. We had enough space to put 10 people. The place was welcoming.

This was one of two AWESOME dining recommendations we got from the desk attendant at the nearby Howard Johnson's. Walking distance from that and another motel, this place was EXACTLY what we were looking for on our soooooooo sad last night in Oregon... A comfortable, cozy, "neighborhood" place, nothing fancy, but full of character, a great hangout with surprisingly good food and service!! When I'm traveling, I'm torn between wanting to try something completely new/exotic and craving "all the comforts of home." I think this place is a great mix. While wishing we had more time to explore some more interesting nooks and crannies in and around Portland, we were sort of "stuck" in the area of our motel on our last night here in the city. Park City Pub was a great choice, in walking distance of our hotel, and offered up some familiar AND unique menu choices. My patty melt and tots hit the spot, and the Mr. was real impressed with the extensive choice of local brews. If you're a local, or you're just passing through, Park City Pub is a great choice!!

Old School. Dark interior, vinyl booths, seniors grumbling about politics, video poker, and "how do you like your eggs...bacon or sausage...white, wheat or sourdough? Philly Cheesesteak is the marque item and it's one of the better in town! The Burger is old school simple: 1/4 lb, potato Franz-like non-grilled bun, special sauce, raw onions, dark cheddar, l&t. For this type of burger their version is excellent, and $7 including fries is a good deal. The chicken fried steak combo was good, but somewhat unmemorable. For this type of breakfast I prefer Katie O'Brien's or Holman's. Waitress is typical "Flo" and who you expect to find at such a place.

It is genuinely cozy in a way that's hard to fake The reading rooms are such a great touch. Having tucked away spaces lined with books to actually sit and read, talk, or hang out in is so rare in a bar setting. It makes it feel more like a community space than just another tap house. At the same time, it works really well for large groups, we've rolled in deep before and never had an issue finding room to spread out. The beer selection is excellent. Thoughtful and rotating enough to keep things interesting without being overwhelming. Whether you want something hoppy, something dark, or something easy drinking, they've got you. And the left wing vibe is the cherry on top. It's refreshing to spend time in a space that wears its politics on its sleeve, pro-labor, pro-community, unapologetically itself. It feels like a place built for the people who actually live in the neighborhood.

Outstanding! This space suits so many purposes: studying, catching up over a drink, planning/researching, etc. There's even a conference room with seating for 11 that you can reserve. You can play board games here if no one's home is big enough for your group (their website says they no longer book the conference room for board games, but you can game there if it's not reserved). There's a few games in the upstairs green room closet. On a Sunday afternoon, there were plenty of spots open, but it is not dead either. Theres a variety of seating to suit all body types and preferences. First floor is wheelchair accessible. The upstairs bathroom has ducks on the ceiling so that's worth a visit alone. The blueberry rooibos iced tea is delicious and you add your own sweetener at the drink station. It literally feels like hanging out at a friend's house. Worth popping in if you haven't been. You can check the current drink selection on their website. You order in the entryway and then carry your items to your seat. Bus your dishes back to the entryway when you leave.

You can absolutely smell the fish and vinegar as soon as you walk through the door, which I think gives the place a very homey pub feel. I ordered a spiked peach Arnold Palmer, which I enjoyed (and it was pleasantly strong) and a glass of the house white, which was good for the price. Our server was very fast and attentive. To eat I got the tomato soup with a grilled cheese, which was absolutely fantastic. The soup was so creamy and flavorful, and I cannot imagine a better meal after spending all day walking outside in the rain. The fries were super crispy and I liked the batter. My partner and I shared some of their breadsticks, which were deliciously baked (fresh!) and came with a super refreshing basil crema and a nice tomato-y dip. Wonderful all. My partner ordered fish and chips, and was surprised to find that it is one large fillet of fish, not multiple pieces like you would typically expect. He said the fish was fine, but a little tough. Overall, a wonderful experience. I definitely hope to return. I highly recommend this place as a refuge during the cold winter months!
