There is a shelter which has ticket machines and staffing. Nice place to wait if it's cold, especially at 3AM. Staff has always been efficient and friendly. Appreciate this, especially again at 3AM. The bus ride in takes approximately half an hour in the middle of the night, probably a bit longer with traffic during the day. The bus stops at each Terminal starting with A.
