    The guest parking situation here is terrible and management does nothing to control it. Cars are left in guest spots for months without being moved. The Dodge in the photo has been parked in the exact same guest parking space for over 3 months. There's supposed to be security, but clearly there's no enforcement. Guest parking should be for actual guests, not long-term storage for residents' extra cars. It makes it extremely frustrating when visitors come and there's nowhere for them to park. Management seriously needs to enforce the parking rules and have security monitor the garage.

    Got a comment from park in first asking me to call them so they can fix the issue. Umm hello I've done nothing but call multiple times trying to get this fix. Why don't you send maintenance up and fix my dishwasher. The smell is horrible. You have no problem with collecting rent but when it comes to getting things fix it takes months! Are you freaking kidding me. GET IT DONE!

    I've been living here for almost 2 years and absolutely love it! The building is beautiful, with two gyms, a yoga studio, and plenty of work-from-home office spaces--it really is a great place to live. I recently had an issue with proof of rental insurance being requested multiple times, even though I had already submitted it. I stopped by the leasing office and spoke with London. At first, he didn't seem very warm, but he did take the time to look into it, followed through, and emailed me confirmation that everything was good to go--and I really appreciate that! Thank you, London! If you're looking to lease here, ask for him. He got it handled.

    Not even a tenant, was an applicant. The leasing office keeps dodging refunding my deposit for not moving forward with one of their units. I've been patient and its been more than the standard 21days communicated to me. This property is getting a bad review for the lack of transparency into the not so legal billing practices. You have a friendly staff but the lack of conduct and poor business practices here should be made aware to future applicants. My advice if you are on the fence here for this property. Do not apply and make the same mistake as I did to " hold a unit" they have a multitude of reasons for always having vacancies. Homeless near the property def bring the the value and safety down. The deciding factor of not moving forward with a lease here. "Under California Civil Code §1950.5 and related tenant laws, a landlord may retain only the actual costs incurred as a direct result of holding the unit. If no such costs were incurred, the holding deposit must be refunded in full."

    They only care about the first parking level. Ask the. To see the 2nd level.

    Our dishwasher has been broken for over a month. We've called repeated times but they don't care at all. This is literally the worst place to live. They don't fix anything. There is a hole in one of the gates that unhoused people use to open the gate and make themselves comfortable in the common areas as well as the staircases. People leave their trash outside their door for days! If you want to use the weight room before 8 you cans because access is locked. Security is non existent. Avoid this place it's garbage.

    I'm really conflicted writing this because my boyfriend and I actually like our apartment and the…read moreoverall vibe here, but the amount of misinformation we've dealt with in just 4 months is honestly unacceptable. When we were apartment hunting, a huge selling point was being told that each leaseholder would get 7 guest parking permits a month. It sounded like a decent plus to the nightmare parking situation (virtually no guest spots or street parking in general; $150/month for an extra parking spot with a year-long waitlist). Instead, we found out the leasing agent completely LIED to us--it's actually 7 permits PER household, not PER person. I know we did not mishear this during the leasing process and that we were explicitly told we would receive 21 permits in total for the 3 leaseholders we had for our unit. When I brought this up, management admitted we were lied to, but they didn't even offer a single solution or credit for the $10-per-pass fee we're now stuck with. It feels like they'll say anything just to get a lease signed. The lack of communication between the office and security is just as frustrating. I've been kicked out of the "24-hour" business center TWICE by security because they weren't told the correct hours. I actually had to email a leasing agent myself and show the security guard the email on my phone just so she'd believe me--and even then, she took a photo of it like she still didn't trust me. It shouldn't be the resident's job to train the building's security on their own amenities! On top of that, we've already had to re-sign our entire lease two months after moving in because the office messed up the numbers on the original documents. While the unit itself is modern and I appreciate the gym and the package lockers, the "unseen"parts of living here are exhausting. The fire alarms go off at 3 AM for no reason, the power has flickered out multiple times, and it took around a week to get a working microwave when ours died. I still have 11 months left on my lease, and I'm genuinely worried about what else was a lie or what else will break. I'm mostly upset that they admitted we were lied to by their agent and took no action to make it right with us. If you're looking to move here, I'd suggest getting every single promise in writing, because their verbal word doesn't seem to be honest. I will keep this updated.

    Overall, the property is excellent. A few things stand out right away, starting with the gym. It is…read moreexceptional and feels like a space people genuinely enjoy being in, even beyond working out. The rooftop pools are beautiful, though they can get busy with kids on weekends. It would be great to see one designated as adults only. The dog park looks like a great feature for those with social dogs. Ours is a bit older and not quite as enthusiastic about the younger crowd, but it is still a nice amenity to have. That said, the best part of this complex is the leadership, especially Johnny, the General Manager. Well-run properties always have strong leadership behind them, and that is very evident here. When we moved in, Johnny personally made sure everything was taken care of, from small adjustments to the overall move-in experience. Greystar is fortunate to have someone like him leading the property. If you are considering living here, I would absolutely recommend it. My wife and I have been very happy with our experience.

As a newer community, they're still working out some kinks, but we're excited to see the property continue to evolve. One thing we didn't fully anticipate is that the area isn't quite as walkable or bike-friendly as we had hoped yet, so we're really looking forward to the retail development being expedited so residents can have closer access to fun hangouts, shopping, and food options. We'd also love to see more community-building and social events to help residents connect and meet each other. It could even be great to have some kind of message board or community feature in the resident portal for informal meetups, recommendations, or local events. Overall, it's been a great experience and we're excited to see the community continue to grow.
