    Not the worst experience, but I wouldn't live here again. I lived here for a year about 2 years ago. While the gym was very convenient, I had to deal with mice somehow getting into my kitchen on multiple occasions. The staff only took action after I reached out twice. I got lucky that the second person I reached out to seemed more considerate for me. Even then though, I had to clean up the situation myself whenever the office and maintenance was closed. There were also some minor parking headaches. For a few months, there were no second-car spots available, and the only option offered was a parking space at a different complex down the block -- all the way at the top of a tall garage structure. It wasn't walkable, so you needed someone to drop you off and someone to pick you up. All in all, decent amenities and helpful maintenance, but the mice in the kitchen was the dealbreaker.

    Management is so bad here it's such a joke. Especially Cindy, as others have mentioned. If you want to be treated like trash, come talk to Cindy! She won't even look at you unless you make an appointment with her - I don't know why she thinks she's so special when she's severely incompetent and rude. Don't get me started on my renewal that took 6 months to resolve last year because they forgot to send my renewal and then when I brought it to their attention, only gave me a 10-day renewal notice period while also raising my rent 12%, which is completely illegal in CA - every corporate landlord knows there is a 90day notice requirement if you're raising the rent over 10%. I also had to deal with Janet throughout this ordeal who could not comprehend the situation so instead of resolving it or escalating, tried to strong arm me into signing a lease increase of over 24%!!! It took me over SIX MONTHS to resolve this due to the complete lack of competence and respect in the RSO. Since my rent was raised last year, my garbage disposal has required repairs THREE times, one of them being an emergency leak that flooded and destroyed my cleaning items under my sink. They also implemented a new package system with a vendor which I'm sure they paid a pretty penny for - yet the implementation has gone completely left and everybody's packages are being stolen left and right (3 months into implementation and they still can't get it right!!). Is this what my rent increase is going towards?! Every month we get a text telling us the vendor sent a registration code (which never happened). How insulting to keep repeating the same incorrect directive instead of working with your vendor to find a solution to the absolute mess of the package room! Definitely take your money elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect and transparency. Management here is completely bonkers.

    Expensive for older equipment facilities. It is peaceful and quiet which I like and close by to restaurants and businesses.

    Overall, the property is excellent. A few things stand out right away, starting with the gym. It is…read moreexceptional and feels like a space people genuinely enjoy being in, even beyond working out. The rooftop pools are beautiful, though they can get busy with kids on weekends. It would be great to see one designated as adults only. The dog park looks like a great feature for those with social dogs. Ours is a bit older and not quite as enthusiastic about the younger crowd, but it is still a nice amenity to have. That said, the best part of this complex is the leadership, especially Johnny, the General Manager. Well-run properties always have strong leadership behind them, and that is very evident here. When we moved in, Johnny personally made sure everything was taken care of, from small adjustments to the overall move-in experience. Greystar is fortunate to have someone like him leading the property. If you are considering living here, I would absolutely recommend it. My wife and I have been very happy with our experience.

As a newer community, they're still working out some kinks, but we're excited to see the property continue to evolve. One thing we didn't fully anticipate is that the area isn't quite as walkable or bike-friendly as we had hoped yet, so we're really looking forward to the retail development being expedited so residents can have closer access to fun hangouts, shopping, and food options. We'd also love to see more community-building and social events to help residents connect and meet each other. It could even be great to have some kind of message board or community feature in the resident portal for informal meetups, recommendations, or local events. Overall, it's been a great experience and we're excited to see the community continue to grow.

    I'm really conflicted writing this because my boyfriend and I actually like our apartment and the…read moreoverall vibe here, but the amount of misinformation we've dealt with in just 4 months is honestly unacceptable. When we were apartment hunting, a huge selling point was being told that each leaseholder would get 7 guest parking permits a month. It sounded like a decent plus to the nightmare parking situation (virtually no guest spots or street parking in general; $150/month for an extra parking spot with a year-long waitlist). Instead, we found out the leasing agent completely LIED to us--it's actually 7 permits PER household, not PER person. I know we did not mishear this during the leasing process and that we were explicitly told we would receive 21 permits in total for the 3 leaseholders we had for our unit. When I brought this up, management admitted we were lied to, but they didn't even offer a single solution or credit for the $10-per-pass fee we're now stuck with. It feels like they'll say anything just to get a lease signed. The lack of communication between the office and security is just as frustrating. I've been kicked out of the "24-hour" business center TWICE by security because they weren't told the correct hours. I actually had to email a leasing agent myself and show the security guard the email on my phone just so she'd believe me--and even then, she took a photo of it like she still didn't trust me. It shouldn't be the resident's job to train the building's security on their own amenities! On top of that, we've already had to re-sign our entire lease two months after moving in because the office messed up the numbers on the original documents. While the unit itself is modern and I appreciate the gym and the package lockers, the "unseen"parts of living here are exhausting. The fire alarms go off at 3 AM for no reason, the power has flickered out multiple times, and it took around a week to get a working microwave when ours died. I still have 11 months left on my lease, and I'm genuinely worried about what else was a lie or what else will break. I'm mostly upset that they admitted we were lied to by their agent and took no action to make it right with us. If you're looking to move here, I'd suggest getting every single promise in writing, because their verbal word doesn't seem to be honest. I will keep this updated.

I initially lived in one of the outer apartments right next to the garages/dumpsters, but moved to an upstairs unit that was in the middle of the complex, Unit J1. Highly recommend both upstairs and middle complex because of the foot traffic and garages opening and closing. The walls are thin, that's just apartment living. Luckily I got one neighbor who was never home and my downstairs neighbor didn't mind my clogging practice. Really convenient having both in unit washer and dryers and multiple laundromats around. I never had an issue if I wanted to wash my duvet, the were never full. They also have a filtered water bottle filling station in the laundromat over by J1. Not sure if they have them in the others in the complex. (you're welcome). Sometimes I drive by just to reminisce on old times. The only small issue I had was with my deposit. When I moved out they tried to charge me for a cleaning fee, but I left my place spotless. Management companies in CA can charge a cleaning fee, but only to restore the unit to the same level of cleanliness it was in at the start of your tenancy. They cant cover "ordinary wear and tear". I ended up getting it refunded no problem, but just something to watch for.
