If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST experience ever, and they were looking to earn our business back. Had a quote to replace a small circulator fan from our current HVAC company, and wanted a comparative quote. We used them previously and were ok so gave them a shot. Called them and scheduled a tech for an estimate with Craig. Explained repair/replacement (small fresh air fan in ductwork) in detail using current quote, and was assured tech was set and would be there between 1-3p. Received a call from Josh, another CSR with them "following up" on the appointment set with Craig. Then received another call from Josh to say tech was not able to make the 1-3 and it would be 3-5. Ok, good with that. Tech named Raul shows up and has paperwork saying I wanted a new HVAC system and was here to measure. I corrected their error and he offered to look at what was requested by me anyway. Goes into crawl space and finds fan I called about. Said it is what they call a "fart fan" and that he does not handle that part of system and would have another tech come out instead. (he took pic of fan and called supervisor to report in) He said twice that a dispatcher would call me to schedule. This was Sat afternoon. I get a call on Sunday at 8a from tech named George. Said he was 20 min away and wanted to know if he could come by. Okay, early but agreed. Mind you, no call etc from Parker office to schedule like Raul said when leaving. George arrives and does not know what kind of fan I am referring to. Showed him wall switch and rehashed whole story for a third person from Parker. Goes up in crawl space and does evaluation. Said he will get me a quote now if parts available and be back in shortly. Rings bell 10 min later and says "my supervisor Garardo said we should not do the job as it was not installed properly." "He suggested we walk away from this as it would be best." I asked why my current company in Chandler (Precision) would quote the job and not them. He again said they don't want to do the job and mentioned "liability." I asked if there was an alternative and he said they will look into it and call me on Monday. Don't understand the lack of professionalism poor CS actions with their techs. I can say we will not be doing any business with them and "Bigger is not Better." Very true here. read more

We have always been very pleased with the service we have received from Parker & Sons. We've used them for several things in our home through the years from electric to plumbing to HVAC, etc. We are always very satisfied with their service, and we have, in fact, enrolled in the Parker family plan. We just had them install a water softener system and an RO system. They explained everything in great detail beginning with the sales visit and again after installation was completed. this is a follow up for my AC issue. I did speak with a supervisor his name was ED. The parts house was closed. it was late Friday. Monday when the Train parts house opened up two technicians arrived at my home . they proceded to install my indoor fan motor. They found a factory defect in the motor bushings and went all over phoenix and to Tolleson for my parts. They drove miles. I live way north of phoenix Tolleson is far south. They went above and beyond. to fix my AC. It is actually quieter than when it was first installed. I am not easy to please. they went above and beyond William Forsman Thanks guys read more

We upgraded both our water heater and water softener systems. Service techs and staff were responsive and always on time. During the process we discovered some drywall damage and Parker even had techs avail to promptly repair. We upgraded our traditional water heater to a tankless system and a traditional (resin) water softener to a 2 piece softener and we could not be more pleased. Every area was clean and tidy when complete. All techs answered questions and went through the systems with us. This has been the most positive plumbing experience of my lifetime. While i think the price is on the higher end it was well worth it for the prompt responses, no cancelled appointments and exceptional clean-up. Highly recommend! read more

I am SO disappointed in my experience with Parker & Sons. My husband and I booked an appointment online to have a plumber come out and deal with a plumbing issue we are having at home. My husband gave both of our phone numbers so we could be contacted to confirm and then to be notified when someone was on their way. I was called twice while in a meeting at work I could not leave and when I called back they confirmed my appointment window for the day (2-6PM) and let me know that if I didn't answer when they called I must immediately call back or they would skip our appointment. Fast forward to after the appointment time (for which I took off of work) and no one ever called or showed up. We called and the lady "apologized" by saying we should have been notified but we got skipped because there was an "emergency" appointment near us and they took priority for all technicians (not sure how that's fair but okay). We told her we were disappointed especially when she tried to reschedule us for another 4 hour appointment slot tomorrow so she said she would try to get someone to come out tonight. After a few minutes on hold she promised she got us someone and they would be out in about 30-45 minutes. We finally got a call from a technician over an hour later saying they could "fit us in" between 11:30 and midnight. No thanks. Needless to say we will be finding another company and will be cancelling all of our A/C tune ups we had signed up for as well. Very disappointed in the lack of care and customer service. I've had 2 techs come to look at my a/c in the past 2 days. One said I needed $2.8k+ of work done w/out an assessment of the overall AC system. The second came out, charged me $79 to tell me there is nothing they can do for me until November or December..... REALLY...is it now the American Way to charge for a service not received? Called a technician to our house to diagnose a leaky water heater/tank that popped a breaker the night before. He said the condition was not repairable without even attempting to troubleshoot or even remove the cover panel with two screws where the water was trickling out. He focused on trying to sell us a new heater ranging from $6K - $10K and was eager to run our credit and seal the deal immediately. We got a second opinion from Christian Brothers. They troubleshot the unit to a bad heating element. He replaced it and everything is working perfectly again for a small fee. After talking to family/friends, they too have had the same experience with Parker and Sons. Some have even gotten ripped off for thousands, which was what they were trying to do to us. Parker and Sons lied to try to get a big sale. Very unethical. Do not use this company. read more

Called today to get my ac units serviced was dealing with a rude customer service agent and then told the soonest appointment for service is June 26th, needless to say I canceled my membership and won't be doing business with company ever again. I should be reimbursed for all the months I subscribed since I can't take advantage of the perks of the membership. Low and behold the employee didn't even cancel my membership and when I called back to reschedule and speak with the manager refused the transfer as they said they could fit me in any day , but once the guy heard me say I was canceling my membership poof no service appointment. Received a quote from parker and sons for ~$700 to swap out a pre-wired light fixture and move an outlet box maybe 6 inches to the left - "Well find someone cheaper then!" - I did, they were licensed and it ran me about a quarter of what I was quoted here. The electrician who came out was professional and friendly which I appreciated. Still though, not worth $700. What I do not appreciate is the continued billing for this VIP plan they sell you on. I tried to cancel it March 25th, it is now end of April, and I'm still getting charged. Talked to Ellis in the office who claims this is getting resolved within 14 days. He would not give any written confirmation this is the case, so we'll see! read more

I was approached at Home Depot to get a free estimate on a new HVAXC which was going to be performed by Parker & Sons. After looking at the reviews on Yelp.....the bullying, upselling, overpriced quotes, I decided to cancel. When they called to confirm, I canceled the visit. They called again to ask me to reschedule...I told them no, I was not interested....they called AGAIN and now I just blocked them. NO means NO. If this is their tactics just to get in to my home, I cannot imagine how they would behave if I actually let them in. read more

I would like to preface this review with the fact that I have used Parker and Sons for pretty much every major repair in my home since I purchased it last January - totaling over 30k in work done. Generally I had positive experiences with Parker and Sons in the past and appreciated their responsiveness and thorough contractors. However, I recently got my A/C Unit replaced from them earlier this year and the experience has been dreadful to say the least. First off, the salesman Josh Salow who sold me the unit was completely useless the second I signed the contract. He basically got his money and vanished. Furthermore, in addition to my A/C replacement I also paid for the following items as part of my contract: - A/C Repair - Dampers to control airflow - Insulation added to attic - duct cleaning & duct work All of this is part of the 14k+ that I paid for. Unfortunately for me they came and did the A/C installation and the insulation but neglected the dampers & duct work that I also paid for. The worst part is that they tried to collect payment in full when not all the work was done! I tried calling Josh Salow many times and left voicemails but was met with silence. They also damaged my ceiling during the insulation install as someone stepped on the ceiling while they were in the attic and there was a massive crack all along the length of my living room ceiling!! The worker tried to question whether it was there before and was pretty skittish when I asked how this was going to be fixed - once again Josh was 0 help... I had to call corporate and schedule the damper install and duct work myself as well as the ceiling repair. If I had been less attentive I basically would have been paying a few extra thousand for work that I never received - and been out another couple thousand to fix my ceiling. They finally finished the duct cleaning today and this was just a cherry on top to how bad this entire experience has been. The workers didn't put enough plastic tarps down and there is dust all over my house!! My office desk with important paperwork and my computer was completely covered in dust. When I woke up this morning my kitchen table was also completely coated in dust! They also left one of the few plastic tarps that was placed down in my spare bedroom (lol). I am just so disappointed in this company as it seems they have a very inconsistent staff of workers and the quality is just not what it should be for the price. I will be cancelling my Parker family plan today and try to use other companies going forward as my trust with this company has been deeply damaged by this experience. read more

We had our AC go out yet again. American Home Shield just kept authorizing companies to out a bandaid on it instead of replacing the unit which was about 25 years old. Called Parker and Sons, had our new AC up and running in 2 days. Shortly after we needed a faucet in our bathroom replaced during a renovation. They were out the same day, showed my husband some major issues that surprised the plumber and my husband that we had not had a flood. Everything was completed and up and running the same day. We had Marc did our 6-month service check-up. Very pleasant and very efficient. He is the ONLY technician EVER to ask us if we would like him to change out our air-conditioning filters. Let me just start by saying that I rarely leave reviews at all and i am never bothered enough to leave a review. We use Parker & Sons for our AC maintenance and I am very disappointed with the level of service commitment they are giving customers. We have used them in the past and have been very satisfied with them until recently. I had called to schedule for them to come look at the AC. We were scheduled for a Thursday morning 8am - 10am. I got a call closer to 10am letting me know someone would show up after 10am. OK no problem. I called in for an update and was told they had no time frame anymore. Ok, no problem i rescheduled for the following day, Friday from 2pm - 5pm. I get a call around 2pm letting me know that they are on their way and if i need to reschedule to give them a call. Well.... I don't need to reschedule so i wait for them to arrive. They arrived, rang the ring doorbell and in the moment it took from me to get from my home office to the door i saw them get in the van and take off. Now, do you expect for the customer to run out into the street and start hollering to get your attention so you can stop and come in? Or do you expect that customers just sit at the door and wait so that we can open the door in 1.2 nanoseconds? I called back and spoke to a rep who said that parker and sons had been trying to get in contact with me. Well, now your reaching because you called ONCE to let me know your on your way and explained if i needed to reschedule to call which I did not need to reschedule. I am told i can be put on the roster but they could not give me a time frame and i would basically be waiting for someone to show up at that point. I mean come on, i totally understand that there is a shortage of employees but do you really think that it is logical to ring a doorbell get back into your van and not give the customer a damn chance to get to the damn door?! Initially had a disappointing experience with a smaller company. Went through Costco who works with Parker & Sons. Within an hour of going through the Costco system I was on the phone with Joe Lord of Parker & Sons. He spent a great deal of time with me tolerating my back and forth of what type of system to choose. He was not pushy either way but I knew I had to choose something. After I made the decision he was at my house in an hour. We proceeded with all the steps needed and he had the installation scheduled for the afternoon... it was SATURDAY!!!!! Every single tech who arrived to install different aspects - was professional and clearly an expert on what they were doing. I was immediately happy not only with the major investment I made in an entire new water treatment system, I was also thrilled to invest in Parker & Sons. Our experience was not so good. The cost was way overpriced ($3,200 for a hot water heater) and our service man kept on wanting to sell us more plumbing things that we didn't need. They provide only one person to do the job and he caused lots of damage to our bottom drain pan and did not even get close to centering the heater on the pan. He needed another person to help him. If we didn't need hot water the same day, we would NOT have used Parker & Sons. read more

Parker & Sons used to be very customer service oriented. During the last few years I've seen a big change in that area. We had Parker & Sons install our AC/Furnace a number of years back. In order to maintain the warranty, they required that we have them do the summer and winter annual checks on the equipment. We would normally get a call and they would schedule something within the next 2-weeks. That no longer exists. Example: I received a call today to remind me to book my summer AC check. The voicemail said they even had times available this week. I listened to the voicemail within a 1/2 hour of receiving it and immediately called back to schedule. Today is 5/21/25. I was advised the earliest they could come out was 7/31/25. Really, 2 1/2 months later. This happened last year too. My summer check for last year was booked and completed in September. Parker & Sons has gotten so good at marketing and upselling that in my opinion they are so busy with electrical, plumbing and insulation jobs, they no longer have a strong focus on their core business, HVAC. The schedulers on the phone are pleasant to deal with, but they only follow their availability and it's atrocious. I called them back today after booking my 7/31/25 AC check and decided I'd better book my winter furnace check so I can avoid having it done when winter is almost over. Parker also offered me a free drain and clean for my water heater. I scheduled it last summer and the day before they called me and said they had to cancel it. I was told they would call me back to rebook it. That never happened. I assumed they cancelled because the water heater was only 1.5 years old and that would not give them an opportunity to upsell me to a new one. I used to love Parker & Sons and have referred many of my friends to them. This is no longer the case. Once my warranty on the AC/Furnace is over, I will begin using another company that's not so big, they can barely service their customers in a reasonable time. read more

We purchased a heat pump system for our home. The lead tech Quinn, and Isaak came on time as scheduled. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and how long it would take. Despite the challenges they ran into they remained pleasant and positive. They worked hard and long to get the job done right! They left nothing to be cleaned up when they were done. We are very satisfied with the outcome. If we need service in the future we will request them. Quinn was very thorough, explained the operation of the system and was able to provide answers to our questions and concerns. They are both very trustworthy and honest employees. I had a warranty part replacement scheduled and worked on last week. The technician ruined another part while replacing it. I was told it was to late to get the parts from the supplier. Day two, I reached out trying to understand when it would be fixed. The AC was unusable due to this damage during a heat warning here in Phx. Over the next few days, many many calls and requests for information on ETA for repairs, I finally got a call from some supervisor. Said it would be 2-4 days. After calling several more times, waiting for information and many 'I will call you back' promises by various people, I received a text to schedule appt, due to parts in. There were many calls Monday, incorrect scheduling, and many phone calls asking for confirmation, with no resolution. I am now told it would be up to 5 days now because the wrong part was ordered. I have dogs, a son and brother supposed to be leaving a hospital, to live in a house with no main AC. I have yet AGAIN, to hear from someone in charge to get answers and my AC repaire ETA and follow up after they damaged it. I just want AC in Phx during extremely HOT conditions. read more

Chris (the plumber) was on time and was professional throughout the whole time. Good attitude, as well. He explained clearly what had to be done in addition to the routine water flushing that had to be done for our hot water heater. He did the work well from what I could assess, and did it all within a reasonable amount of time (30 - 45 minutes). I am knocking off one star because of how the water heater Parker and Sons sold us 5 years ago had a cast iron rod that was non-removable. Chris couldn't inspect it, but he said he could still put in a new rod through a different hole. Best as I can remember, we were not told by Parker and Sons about the non-removable rod when we first bought it from them (and the irony is that the tech back then wrote on the water heater that the rod had to be inspected annually - Chris said it couldn't be inspected because it was non-removable). Aside from the reason for one star being knocked off, our experience with Parker and Sons on this date was good and solid. They're lucky to have Chris; very solid and professional. read more

I had 2 plumbers, with highly rated yelp reviews, in addition give me an estimate. The highest was $129. I called Parker and Sons after to question the inflated cost and was told a manager would call me back. It is a week later and no manager has called. I called Parker and Sons back today and asked them about the inflated quote and lack of a managers return call and they said a manager did try to call one time and closed the case because they could not reach me. NO manager called as no voice mail was left nor caller ID from Parker and Sons was on either my landline or cell phone. They were given both numbers. I would not recommend Parker and Sons. There are too many qualified and highly rated plumbers out there that actually care about your business. read more

The kitchen faucet in our rental property had a leak. We contacted Parker and Sons to facilitate an estimate and repair. The coordination was very easy and they did a good job facilitating. When the repair person showed up, he knew we were out of state and thought he'd pounce on the Coronavirus/out of state opportunity. The initial estimate was for almost 800.00 to install a faucet and replace the shut off valves under the sink. The valves are a 19.99 item ea. at home Depot and the install takes about 20 minutes. This company wanted 400.00 for that service which we declined. Since there was a leak causing mold problems we felt pressured to move forward with the faucet installation for 388.00! OK, but not happy. After the installer left, the occupant sent a photo of the install. This guy smeared on un matching, white caulk and did not match the tan grout that is clearly visible throughout the entire countertop. When I messaged over and over to return to the house to fix the grout to match, no response. This company is over priced, will take advantage of you if you don't know what you are doing and will ignore any issues...counting the money and celebrating! read more

Parker & son is full of false promises. They claim to be a family owned/operated company that cares about the customer. What they care about is sales. I joined them under a service contract based on them looking to be reliable. Signed up for month to month contract on two AC units, they provided me my first service date and they would arrive 10am - 2pm, tenet rearranges the day to be available. No call or message from them, I had to call them to get a status. AZ gets hot and on this day they had a bunch of emergency request, which I understand. They state they will call me in 2 hours to provide me an update, of course no response. I call back and they tell me they are checking and will call back, again no response. Finally at 8pm I get a call, they will be there in 20 minutes but can no longer do maintenance only repair since it is after hours, I will have reschedule maintenance another month. Problem is that I will not have a tenant at the time and they will not work on equipment unless someone is at the property. Provided alternative dates while someone is at the property, they denied working on my service even after they cancelled the initial day we had set up. They are fast to get you sign up for a contract and take your credit card, but the first to not help when they make you change all your plans. I wouldn't recommend them for future work. Two days later, the installers showed up on time and since I work from home, I explained I need it as quiet as possible. They did the work, both outside and inside, being careful not to let my cats out as they came in and out. I wanted the condensation drain to drain into a plant growing near the patio and they altered the pipe to do just that. Both Angel and Noe were very professional and were willing to explain things to me when I got a break from my job. If I have to give one bad point it's that things that fell off the roof (marker, rubber tubing, plastic bag and miscellaneous dirt) were not cleaned up. Nothing major though. Parker is a bit more expensive than other companies but I know their work and reputation. My new unit is very quiet and I'm hoping will save me some money on my electric bill! read more

I contacted them because we bought a new build and the RO system was installed, but the builder tightened the casings so much that I couldn't loosen them at all in order to replace the filters. Ezekiel was prompt, solved my issue, and we ended up having a water pressure valve installed because the builder didn't include one. He was great! Quick work, cleaned up, and explained everything, even included photos. I will definitely use their services again. read more

They apparently called me during that period where I could not answer. (I have Parker and Sons in my phone. This number came up unknown btw) when I got home, they had canceled my appointment. My husband and I had our AC replaced 2 years ago through this company . We've had to call them out THREE times within the last 2 weeks. The guy replaced our thermostat and left us without working air and a hole cut in the wall. We call back to get them back out and they scheduled and never showed up. Then they dispatch the same guy to tell us it was a wire issue and left us still without AC!?
