Really enjoyed the beers! We got flights and there wasn't one particular beer that I disliked (which seems to happen if you try enough breweries). Nice staff and the brewmaster (owner?) friendly and knowledgeable. My only gripe is that the "large pretzel" is not actually pretzel bread. They just rolled out some pizza dough and sprinkled some salt on it. I was expecting a real pretzel. They should change the name of this to "twisty bread stick" or something like that. read more

Love love love this place! Great atmosphere with staff who knows there stuff. I appreciate how the drink menu isn't just beer, since I tend to like to change it up with wine. The food is favorite! Ok, this was our second visit and some things don't seem to get taken care of. When I ordered iced tea instead of all the sugary sodas listed, the tea was cloudy (old?) and had a funky taste and smell. I asked for a Diet Coke but regular sodas are not stocked....mistake. So, knowing that I brought my own bottle on the second visit. One of our friends ordered iced tea and I told him to look at it and smell it. His expression told it all. Nothing had changed. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to make good iced tea....wonder why it can't happen here. The pizzas were very good but beer was rather ho-hum. While our waitress was friendly and nice, she made mistakes on one of the tickets and seemed to be the only one working and harried. Service was slow and uneven. We may just order the pizza to go next time and skip the noise and get the drinks we prefer at home. read more

Service was awful. Went there around 230 and it wasn't busy even with it being a holiday. We ordered our beer and a pretzel. Waited for 20 minutes and finally asked our waitress about it. She had to take our beer order again. Pizza came out and still no pretzel. Wait staff seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere. Food and beer were amazing but they definitely need to find better servers because that was such a let down. We heard such good things and were so excited and that ruined our experience. read more

The big area is casual, classy. We enjoyed lunch of pizza and partner had a sandwich (though I can't remember the ingredients). My pizza was delicious, though $14 is a bit much for a dinner plate size no meat pie. read more

How could this place have 4/5 *?? They clearly can not get either the pizza crust recipe nor baking it figured out successfully! Last 2 visits they actually seemed to have it, but then last week the crust was tasteless and was very undercooked! There was none of that delicious golden browning created by that highly touted oven! read more

Enjoyed Parker County brewing. A little pricey, but the environment is nice for the family!

One of my favorite places out here in the westoplex. Always get service with a smile, consistently good food and drinks, and just enough regular changes to keep things fresh. My 2 year old loves it here to since he can run around in the turf field after eating and the staff and patrons are super welcoming to families with young children. read more

Beware.....watch your bill. I picked up an order to go and the bartender decided to help herself to a tip on my receipt-this is fraud and this is illegal. I was shocked after reviewing my credit card statement. I immediately telephoned the store and spoke to someone who mentioned the manager was running an errand and would return the call. Ryan returned the call and was very defensive and doubted what we were saying. After much resistance he agreed to refund the amount of the tip that was added to my bill without authorization and to refund the price of the beer. The peach beer was terrible. We have been drinking the peach beer since this place opened and have frequented the dining area. We were told there is a new distiller that was using some peach puree which wasn't the norm. It has been 10-days since this incident occurred and I still don't have a credit on my credit card statement. read more

The quality of their beer is amazing! Hazelnut Porter will keep you comfortable and their sessionable brown ale has a decent mouthfeel for 4.6%. This brewery would do fine anywhere, but it's so nice to see that Parker County gets to have a little gem of its own. read more

Went for lunch and it was very nice atmosphere. Not like a sports bar scene which is what I expected. The cook got my husbands order wrong, but it was caught immediately by the waiter and sent back. Pizza is good, but a little burnt on the bottom. The homemade pretzel was delicious. Will definitely go back and try their salads. Very friendly wait staff. read more

I wanted to love this place. I've been watching to see when they would open. The setting is nice. Roll up doors, outdoor area for kids or adults to play with a nice sized patio. We tried to sit outside but there was a pervasive smell of sewage wafting in the air, so we moved inside. There were several beers on tap and my husband enjoyed the Parker County blonde beer. The food is their downfall. I had the charcuterie board. I've had this at several restaurants as they have become more popular. Usually they have interesting meat, sausage and cheese selections that are presented with crackers and a sweet and mustard type sauce. This one had a small serving of uninspired pepperoni and shaved ham along with run of the mill cheese selections. (I have more interesting cheese in my refrigerator). This was accompanied by Carr's water crackers and a blob of peach preserves. My husband and grandson each got a pizza because that is their favorite thing to eat. These were unfortunately even more disappointing. The crust was forgettable, but the too sweet sauce and toppings were not. My grandson would barely eat his cheese pizza and opted for crackers. This child LOVES pizza. I was going to chalk it up to just being a kid until I got my husbands opinion and tasted his pizza. It literally tasted like something you would get at Quiktrip. I would go back, but only for a beer. read more
