So I suddenly had a taste for a nice Hefeweizen. Located just around the corner from Lake Weatherford I decided to see if they had a bottle of Paul Aner that I could cool my thirst with on a fine Fall day in Willow Park. Wow! Even better! They brew there own right here in Parker County. There it was available right out of a beautiful tap on the wall. Great flavor and way better than mass produced beer. Great bouquet, gorgeous color and made in the neighborhood. I opted to munch on a cheese and meat tray served on a cutting board with an array of mustard and breads. I pinched myself. Is this really Parker County? It is! Great staff, beautiful location and around the corner from the house. I recommend taking a trip out here especially if you are in the west fort Worth area and want a break from corporate restaurants. You will love the quality and the convenience of the location just about 15 minutes away from downtown. read more

What a joke this place is! They have a 12 year old seating you but doesn't say a word to you! They have 1 waitress a 1 bartender. 7 tables were seated us being one table. We sat literally for 30 min not a single Person came over to us or brought us waters. The host kid could of brought waters but he was too busy on his phone to do anything but seat us and not talk to us. Yes we got seated fast BUT not 30 min did we get water or a hello. We were so excited to try the pizza and beer. We waited kindly for 30 min then we just decided to get up and leave because STILL no service. Wish it was better because it could have a lot of business but I don't give them long to be here with that kind of service in a high end area!!! read more

We came Sunday and made a drink order and app order at the same time. Server was very nice and took the order and brought our drinks back. Few minutes had passed and she came back for entre order which we placed. It took a pretty good amount of time and the appetizer came out and everything looked and tasted great then within 60 seconds our mains came out to the table. They noticed the problem but not even an apology was made. My calzone got cold but not only because I was trying to have some of the appetizers. The cheese in the calzone was not melted and looked shredded as if it just came out of the bag. I don't normally complain and I didn't to the server but feel for 70 dollars a better effort could be made or apology given for the notible mistake. Management can't fix the problem if it's not know so here's their opportunity. read more

What can I say? This place is one of the best places in the Fort Worth area to get some amazing beer and pizza. It's just outside the 820 loop towards Weatherford but sooooo worth the drive. Pizza was ok. Substituted feta for Gorgonzola and was charged. Salad was great. Menu didn't advertise pepperoni on it but capicola. So there was very little capicola and more pepperoni. For what it's worth, we came here on moving day. Tired and exhausted we wanted pizza and beer. This place satisfied that craving. The beer is solid and the pies are filling enough to split. The pizza had jalapeños on them that were a bit too much to handle and the house salad was just right. Solid atmosphere and their ability to sell cans doesn't hurt either. "Saturday night's all right for fighting" and the PCBC is the place to be. First time visitors from Benbrook. The place was packed at 5:45 pm and very loud. We got seated by the bar to avoid a fantasy football draft party but still could not get the ambient noise out of our heads. We got down to business with a Peach blonde ale and a flight of various offerings. The Peach blonde was just the right amount of fruit flavor at 5.8%. My favorite was the just released Death Row IPA. We ordered the garlic sticks as the appetizer...nice bread but nothing special. The marinara sauce was kind of thin but good. The pizza was very nice! We had the Chicken Pesto with mint leaves. Yummy! Very nice job on the food! I paired it with another Death Row and that was all she wrote. I would definitely recommend this brewpub to all in the western part of Tarrant County, but you might want to bring your earplugs. read more

Came here this past Sunday with my wife and we're meeting a friend. When we showed up, kid sitting behind the hostess desk asked if we wanted inside or outside. Outside please. Handed us a menu and said,"You see that table right there with the waters? The one next to it you can have." Ok. Now, I don't need someone to seat me, but the way he said it, and how lazy he was made for the first strike for me. I think it's just good practice to seat your customer, but maybe I'm old school. So now we walk out there and the tables filthy. Trash, left over food, lol a roll under the table. Like, this table? So we're standing there deciding if we want to sit at this table or stay at this restaurant. We make eye contact with that kid behind the hostess desk, there's a gal cleaning a table next to ours and as soon as she's done, she just goes inside. I finally ask this teenage kid if he can get someone to clean the table. Gave him a couple minutes, nothing. Finally call my buddy who wasn't there yet, and he said he was just saying hi to someone at Drakes and that he'd be right over. Informed him to stay there, we'll eat there. Go inside, that guy and the gal that was suppose to be cleaning tables were just sitting behind the hostess desk chewing the fat. Told him we're going somewhere else. They have the right idea but not there yet. The pretzel was okay but really just pizza crust. In the future, offer the option for kosher salt, mine came naked. And that's not traditional beer cheese...that's Velveeta. Recommend a sharp white and mild cheddar cheese, dark beer with a touch of paprika to pump up the flavor because it was flat. Very nice atmosphere. Great outdoor place to play for families. This is what draws us here. Beer is cold and great selection. But, food is mediocre. Probably more times than not food is overcooked, pretzels are hard-sent back, waited quite awhile and got another hard dark brown pretzel. We laughed, thought it was the same pretzel. Pizzas are good but frequently burned on top. Need to upgrade food service. Slow and overcooked. I can't believe I've never been here before!!! I thought I was going to have to eat a salad, and then I realized they have gluten free cauliflower crust! Being big Neapolitan pizza fans thought we would try this place. BIG disappointment!!!! The pizza sucked so bad we weren't able to finish it. Pretty sure the dough was not fresh. Pizza was hard on bottom but still dough!!! Looked around for another table with pizza and their pizza appeared correct.....slightly risen around crust. Not only the crust issue but waitress got order wrong and then we paid too much!!! Lessened learned....will drive to return to our usual Neapolitan pizza restaurant in Fort Worth!!! read more

Was so excited to see the first brewery in Parker County I believe officially since the late 1800's. A brewery you can sit down with your friends and family and just enjoy yourself with a great pizza and a cold beer after a long week. I loved my salad too. They have a place right out front that is great for your kids to play while you sit at the outdoor patio and just relax. Can't wait to keep coming back and trying all their very own brewed beer.
