I asked the waitress to please get me a new batch not burned. When the waitress brought the remade order there were burnt wings again. The waitress again brought remade wings. The wings were like dry bread crumbs and seasoning. The waitress kept forgetting things we were asking for. Several times we had to ask the waitress for what we needed. My friend does not like to complain even though he is paying good money for his food. My friend ordered ribs and tips. I did not see any steam coming off any of his food. The tip was chewy. The ribs were not meaty the rice was mushy. He usually gets the ribeye he said he should of stuck with that. On the way out that napkin was still sitting near the entrance. There were 2 employees standing there and I pointed out the napkin to both of them. I was expecting one of them to pick up the napkin. I made a comment about that it was dangerous that someone could slip and fall. The one girl just stood looking dumbfounded while the other girl said "I will get someone back there to pick it up". To say the least now I was dumbfounded that this lazy girl could not be bothered to pick that napkin up. This will be our last time going to BJ's and we were going weekly. Whoever your cook is I suggest you train him or replace him. Whoever is in charge of the food coming out of the kitchen should be retrained or replaced. The to go order they thought they were slick turning the wings on the best side facing up hoping I would only peek in the box not pick the wings up and make sure they were not burnt. If I was in control of the food coming out of the kitchen I never would have let some of that food out of the kitchen.

April 5, 2026 the food was good. Natalia who was our waitress she gave us excellent service. We asked Natalia to please make sure the food was fresh and hot. Natalia did an excellent job the food was fresh hot and tasty etc. We went back mainly because of Natalia accept this time she was not on the clock so we were given another waitress. April 11, 2026 OMG what a nightmare. (This girl only had 2 tables). It took this girl 20 minutes just to get our drink order. Then we asked this waitress to make sure the food was fresh so that it would be hot. Nothing was hot a matter of fact a couple of the items were cold in the middle the ribs and pulled pork were so overcooked they were sooo dry. We asked the waitress to please get us fresh hot food. She said "yes". This girl left our plates on the table we don't know if she ever informed the kitchen to re-fire the food, as we were waiting for the waitress to remove our plates so the kitchen would know to re-fire the food, the waitress proceeded to bring an order to another table then on her way back to the kitchen she stopped and was cleaning tables. We waited and waited then I had enough so I went to the guy greeting people at the door and asked him if he could please get our check. This guy basically told me NO.
