The…read morecoffee tastes great, the service was quick, the parking lot and drive through were very clean, and it only took about a minute to get my drink. So, why the 1-star review? Pricing transparency. The menu listed the price for a cold brew at $4.50, so I asked which size corresponded to that price. The answer? None of them. The small was cheaper and the medium was more expensive than the price shown. I inquired further and the very kind and attentive worker also explained that prices on the menu don't include charges for dairy alternatives--which is understandable since some coffee shops do that. Here's the problem: I was charged almost a dollar extra for heavy cream, but I wasn't informed beforehand. When I asked if it was an extra charge, the worker confirmed it was, but also mentioned it wasn't listed on their menu and i get the impression they aren't instructed to inform customers about it. This makes the pricing dishonest. This issue could be easily fixed by updating the digital menu to reflect extra charges for dairy alternatives or by training staff to notify customers.
