Loved the educational presentation prior to making our decision. We live in a manufactured home and the presentation wasn't correct for our situation and what was represented was not what we received. After a few phone calls, the owner, himself, came to our home acknowledged the presentation error, explained why it happened, explained our roofing situation and reduced the pricing. And the quality of the materials is even better than our understanding! We're all human and things happen, it's what you do after that.
