    Chicken Parm & Pasta
    David M.

Ordered from Parma Pizza for a physician office lunch meeting. I've never tried them before and was pleasantly surprised by piping hot and delicious Chicken Parm & Pasta, salads, and the HUGE dessert tray filled with cannolis and big cookies! One of the staff in the office told someone else that the carbs from the pasta was totally worth it! I agree 100%!! I didn't try the desserts, but was told that they tasted great too! Thanks Parma! I'll be back whenever my work travels take me back to the Pottstown, PA area!

    Wings

Let me start out by saying my family eats here weekly. We get the same thing every week. 24 wings and salad. Tonight when I picked up, the wings were leaking all over the bag and when I asked for a new bag, it was an issue. The bag got changed and it soaked through the bag in the time I signed the credit card receipt. I asked for a plastic bag and got an eye roll and a sigh. Got home and the wings were burnt. I called. Woman on phone was nice and said they will deliver new ones. Then got back on the phone and was rude and said we have to pick up. I asked for a refund. Owner Louis got in phone and said we can come get new ones but they aren't delivering. He was rude and we will never go there again.

    Pathetic $9.75 large turkey sub
    T C.

Best bet: Order on an off day no where near a breakfast, lunch, or dinner (I know they don't do breakfast) They are not accommodating and cannot support their business. You would think ordering something as simple as a turkey sub would be a no brainer. Whatever "sandwich artist" prepared this simple menu item FAILED EPICALLY. Aside from the 1.5 slices of turkey, it was a pathetic excuse for a sandwich. The girl on the phone wanted me to drive it back to them, when I ordered delivery (no car for the evening). Then "the boss" who I'm pretty sure made up the name "Louis" (I think this b/c he hesitated) said he can't bring another one cause all his drivers are out. I know their business. He means 1, maybe 2 drivers who are minimum wage and could care less. Said he'd give me a credit. That was offered by another "boss" 3 years ago when our order never showed up. They never honored that offer. Why would this time be any different. Get it together. If COVID didn't sink you, crap like this will...

Well I gave in and tried this place again. The pizza was WRONG! Don't order from here if you like correct food.

Great sandwiches and they are pretty accurate on their delivery time. Look for coupons in door to door menus.

The salad was not your ordinary side salad, it was mixed lettuce topped with perfectly diced cucumber, tomato and real Calabrian olives. Delicious! Now the pizza, half plain, half ground beef and light green pepper. This was the absolute BEST pizza I've had in a multi county are. The sauce, perfect, the cheese, perfect, but this was the best crust I've had since a wood fire pizza in NYC. The girls at the counter were very nice, most importantly, our order was exactly as requested. The best pizza around. This is our new regular pizza restaurant. Cheesesteak rivals anything else nearby including the one place everyone seems to rave about but I find lackluster at best. The subs at Tornettas are too notch and delicious. Cheesesteak was fully loaded on a nice sesame seed roll and the chicken cutlet was a welcome new additions to our sandwich repertoire. Whoever thought of roasted Brussel sprouts on this sandwich was a genius. Could used a touch more dressing but I'll just order some extra on the side next time. We ordered ahead on the website and it was just getting wrapped up when we arrived. Right on time. Made it home piping hot still which was perfect! Thanks to everyone at tornettas for quickly becoming a go to spot.

The first disappointment was that this restaurant still advertises itself online as BYOB. We arrived with our favorite bottle of red wine only to be told they no longer allow BYOB. Normally, that wouldn't have been an issue--we would have happily ordered wine from the restaurant. The problem was the beverage selection. They handed us a drink menu that offered essentially one very inexpensive wine option, with no cocktails or meaningful wine selection. If you're going to eliminate BYOB, that's completely understandable--but you should offer a beverage program that justifies the change. The food experience didn't improve things. We ordered several hot sandwiches, which apparently meant the complimentary garlic bread was no longer included. Instead, we were charged an additional $6 for garlic bread and a small side of sauce. What arrived was one tiny piece of bread that was barely buttered and hardly resembled garlic bread at all. Charging extra for something that underwhelming was honestly surprising. To make matters worse, our waiter got our order wrong and then charged us for his mistake. Overall, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Between the misleading BYOB advertising, the poor drink options, the disappointing garlic bread, and the billing error, we won't be returning. It's a shame, because this used to be one of our favorite places.
