Pier/deck only, but lots of shaded seating available

Amazing sunsets!!! They offer a FREE happy hour from 5-7 and the use of their pool to watch the sunset. Happy hour included 1/2 price national beers and house margaritas. Also had a pretty stocked bar with premium liquors available. Has 3 pools with the bar pool only for adults which made it a nice place to watch the sunset. The park part was not open during happy hour, so I don't think kids are allowed in the kids pool during this time. During the day, it looks like a great place for families. They had lots of kid friendly activities...zip line into pool, paddle boards, snorkeling, slide...but no beach area. There is a pier only. Lots of shaded lounge chairs on the deck. They were offering discounted rate of $30 for the day because it was off season. I think the normal rate is $60. Fire dancers every Saturday, but we missed them :( Stop in to the hotel attached and look at the presidential suite, absolutely gorgeous with own private pool at a wopping $500/night before taxes but stunning!

Best breakfast. Best lunch. Best swim up bar. Beast water sports. Seriously amazing. I'm disappointed I spent 2 of my 7 days in isla somewhere else. Leave the 16- somewhere else (just kidding they allow kids) and come chill here. The water stuff is free with food and drink. And they understand Americans. In love

The place is very pleasant. Limonada and piña colada were good. Chicken Nachos it was a good appetizer for two.

There wasn't a ton of fish except for around the dock itself, and no real beach at this part of the island, but the dock and equipment was in good shape.

Wow! The biggest ripoff in the island. Overpriced and undervalued. The service started great but…read morethey were not busy, as soon as more guest came, the service became slow and forgetful. Missing items we requested and having to ask a few times. The place looks nice and open with two levels. They are supposedly a "market" but it's a restaurant and a pier stop. People with their boast can come in. They have showers as well. We order the grouper (fish) and 1 dozen of oysters on the half shell. The fish came with the choice of rice, pasta or steamed vegetables. We decided to do the whole fish and get one filet out. I'm originally from an island so eating a whole fish is normal so I wanted to experience it again because back home where we live we don't have it. The fish was ok. It needed more flavor. Rice was hard and cold and not really tasty. The oysters were harder than usual. We ordered two of their Marbella sunrise (drinks) and they were good. Overall the food was NOT good or fresh. It made me sick! I got food poisoning. At the end of our trip in the island I got so sick I was puking on the beach and then walking the streets like a drunk person puking my guts out and not even with a buzz?! No thanks! My final advice? AVOID at all cost because what you will be missing here is your money from your wallet. Nothing special. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Awful. Definitely not worth $221.00. The stone crab was so tuff you couldn't eat it. My husband…read moresent it back and they still charged him $21 for the 1 piece he tried to eat. The other 2 items we Ordered were sub-par fried rice and 6 shrimp. Not worth it at all! Very disappointed in this place.

The drinks were reasonably priced as well as the food. Our host was attentive and very polite. The beach ambiance was great; clean and free of clutter. One thing to note is you will get peddlers constantly trying to sell you merchandise but this is Mexico so its expected. However if you like cigars like I do, all the "Cubans" are fake so don't buy them. Will definitely come back to this relaxing spot for a day at the beach.

Forgive me, but I must have missed something. One of the ads says "in this luxurious Beach club…read morefeatures infinity pools." This beach club is almost everything one would want to avoid in a beach club. + Filthy dressing rooms with smelly standing water underneath open slats of wood. + No locker service, but torn apart locker ruins containing people's personal belongings. + Two small, old swimming pools filled with drunks carrying glass bottles and wine glasses. Twice I watched a drunk drop a beer bottle and have it bounce on the cement. What happens when someone smashes a glass? Do they close the whole facility and drain the pool? + Tiny, postage stamp Beach area. Normally one would appreciate a location away from the city center, but this location is so far from the city center the only way to get here is 2 rent a vehicle or pay for a taxi. Based on the description in all of the ads, I expected something similar to services typical of at least a two-star hotel. maybe I came in with way too high expectations. I traveled to Isla mujeres from my beautiful hotel with its four glimmering pools, one of which was an actual infinity pool. Do not travel more than 15 minutes from your place of residence to get here or you will be disappointed. The food. The food was tasty and the food service met expectations. That's the reason for two stars rather than one. I had the Yucatan ceviche and the fried calamari with a side order of french fries. The ceviche was plentiful and tasted good. The fried calamari portion was tiny and was a bit squishy. The french fries tasted bland and we're stale.

I would've liked the actual meat of the fish to be more tender (it bordered on overcooked) but still I walked away plenty satisfied. It does have lots of tiny bones. Bread basket came with the most delicious roasted eggplant in oil, I could've eaten just that with the bread and been a happy camper. The roasted octopus was not bad but a touch too heavy on the sauces for me, I would've wanted more of the flavor of the octopus on its own. The potatoes under the octopus, however, were perhaps my favorite part of the whole meal. Everyone else seemed happy with their food - the catch of the day (with the fluffiest mashed potatoes) was a very popular choice. If you're sick of seafood, they have steak and braised brisket on their menu. Really cozy and romantic ambiance as well for if you want to dress up slightly. This place gets very popular for good reason; I liked the little bar counter they set up out front so you can watch the grilling in action.
