My husband and I love Parrilla Grill. We fell for the Enter the Dragon wrap and get it nearly every time we go (maybe once a week). I love it with the carnitas, teriyaki and mandarin sauces. The noodles are warm and are a really great alternative to rice! They stuff the wrap, so come with a good appetite! My most favorite item, though, by far is the La Poutine special. I WISH it was a regular menu choice - French fries, tri-tip steak, mushroom gravy, thyme, arugula, cheese curds (I think that's all, but I could be missing a key ingredient). Anyhow, this is a wrap that deserves a glass of red wine. I simply loved it. Devoured it. And had I not been full, I would have ordered a second. I love seeing restaurants make a creative twist to old standards. These are not your regular burritos. No. They are so much more. read more

Tried to go to Parrilla after a long day of fishing. Parrilla's website states they're open until 11pm, Yelp says 10 pm. Got there at 9:35 pm and doors were locked, open sign off. Pretty disappointed to find one of my favorite places for tacos to close earlier than their stated hours on a busy Saturday night. read more

I would call this place a burrito bar........ but there are so many yummy choices to choose from that it is so much more. Tacos, Nachos, burritos, wraps...... so many ingredients to choose from. It is a assembly line style restaurant and it was pretty busy when we visited on a Friday night around 8:30pm. The line was out the door, but moved along fairly quickly. There isn't really much customer service to speak of since there is no table service, but the assembly line folks were very quick and efficient and in a place like this that is important. Took us awhile to decide since there were so many choices. We decided on the Chicken Fajita wrap and the Jambalaya wrap - both were so yummy! And they are huge! We had plenty left over for lunch the next day. I wish I had taken some pictures.... we will be back again though! read more

Very pricey burritos with too much rice. Should be revised to add two $ signs. Good fresh ingredients, but toooo expensive for the quality.

I have always loved the place...but I went there constantly for one thing specifically, the enter the dragon wrap with beef and peanut sauce. It was recommended by a friend and he said to go for the "Hefe's Tacos" with the House works! Not a mistake! Best Fish tacos. With light breading, spicy sauce and the corn salsa it is so yummy! We come here every time we are in Bend. We like to sit outside on the patio in the summer. Inside can be hot. The Humm komboucha on tap is wonderful too. read more

One of my biggest incentives to visit Bend is Parilla. Specifically the Wrap of Khan! The flavor combination is so unique and I cannot figure out how to replicate it so I will just have to keep visiting. I love the laid back atmosphere and the friendly employees. The fish tacos are also delish. They have so many unique fresh salsas. Pineapple, corn and pico de gallo are some of my faves. Also recommended the margarita pitcher. This very quickly has become my go-to place in town. They're quick enough that I can run across town to them at lunch and still make it back within half an hour with food - even when they're busy. The staff are amazing and the food is too. My favorite is the Smoke This! wrap with their house-smoked salmon. read more

Parilla! We love you. The Enter the Dragon wrap is outstanding, and totally satisfies my craving for fresh veggies, rice noodles with blackened salmon and curry sauce. I had the 'smoke this wrap' which was pretty good. My wife, the fish tacos, which were also pretty good. Pretty diverse menu and a good selection of gluten-free options. While I was not 'wow'd' by either choice, the locals pack the place so I'll give it another shot next and order something different next time. read more

I will have to agree with Dave D. on this one. Yes, the menu items are new and exciting and "how can they do that?" But, once you look at the prices and see what you get....meh! We tried the bbq chicken wrap and the blackened salmon wrap. Both overpriced and really....not...that...good. Longboard Louie's beats them hands down with quality, price and value. Lastly, when you walk in and see the kitchen area - you wonder if it's really clean in there. It looks like a huge mess and they certainly don't have enough room to work. I suppose you should try it for the experience and to say you've been here, but be prepared to pay and no, you don't get chips with that. read more

This place's food is so good. However, it takes FOREVER for them to prepare it. The restaurant was full of empty seats, but the line to get food was out the door. It took a long time to just get 15 people food. I also noticed that some people went to the front of the line and asked for a simple order with no changes, just to see if they could skip the line. They took their order, I did not appreciate that... Doesnt seem like good business. read more

Drove all the way from Georgia to be absolutely let down. This was the weakest wrap ever.

Tip: call ahead to avoid the line. Once it's ready, just go straight to the front of the line to pick it up and pay for it. This place is super popular, at least in the summer, and the wait in line can be a drag. Wifey had the red-headed stepchild wrap, I had a fish burrito. We both agreed the fish was better, really good stuff. read more

I really don't know what all of the hype is with this place. I have been in two times. Both times we ordered multiple items to taste and try. The staff is extremely friendly and down to earth. The restaurant is clean. The food on the other hand is just okay at best. Very little flavor and no presentation. I can think of 20 places in town that are better. I for the life of me cannot figure out what people find so amazing. The do use what seems to be fresh ingredients but still can't figure the flavor aspect out. If you want a good taco, burrito or wrap there are other options in town. read more

I've never been to Bend, saw a guy walking down the street, I stopped him and asked him where the best tacos were in town, he said my work! Parrilla Grill! I took my 12 and 8 year old sons. I'm sure the locals love this place. It seems to have that "go to" feel after a day outdoors. The staff is really nice, they play good music and overall has a good vibe but if you are going to eat there don't play it safe. I made the mistake of getting a fajita burrito with grilled chicken and the flavor was just not there. Major disappointment after the way this place was talked up. So I have been here twice now. Both at like 3p. Tried to come closer to lunch time but no parking or line out the door, place is popular! It's relatively small inside, very very casual. Walk up and order, watch as they make your wrap. This feature allows you to change and customize your wrap! The first time I ordered the Wrap of Khan with smoked chicken exactly as listed on the menu. It was awesome!! The peanut sauce is so good!! $8.50 The last time I got the Red Headed Step Child wrap with smoked chicken and just found it to be ok. I think it didn't have enough buffalo sauce or maybe not enough salsa. Either way I was underwhelmed. I should have asked for more of either. Both burritos stayed intact and did not fall apart but I did order to go, so they stayed wrapped in foil longer than if you are eating there. I ordered my daughter the classic burrito with grilled chicken and it was just pretty regular. Good enough but for $8 left wanting something a little more tasty. The pinto beans are just regular, without any added kick of flavor. I do think depending on how busy they are they may not take the time to fully drain meat or beans. Most are sitting in a broth and need to be drained for a few before putting in burrito and making it soggy.. They have pitchers of margaritas for $20 and PBRs are always $1!!! The protein options for burritos include tofu, shrimp, salmon as well as regular chicken pork or beef! I will come back again on off hours and try some more of their untraditional wraps! I am eyeing the Dragron wrap filled with a stir fry and the yummy peanut sauce, BBQ chicken wrap and the Asian salad wrap!! Prices are pretty fair for the large burrito received. Vegetarian burritos around $6.5 and to add a protein an additional $1-3 depending on kind. read more

best wraps I've ever had! smoke this wrap, TO DIE FOR... It's been way too long since I've been here, We came in last weekend. And it still As delicious as ever. I just can't say enough good things about Pyrilla.. the waitstaff is awesome, the atmosphere is awesome, there's outside seating, Plus they have great margaritas and a small beer selection. Would have given it 5 stars but I just reserve those for one or two places in each city. Parrilla's food is almost as uniques as the many ways the gringos in town pronounce the name of the place. I LOVE the Jambalaya Burrito with some "stash" (really hot habanero salsa they keep under the counter in the fridge). The place rocks, is fast, relatively cheap, people are nice and accomodating, intimate (small), in the summer the deck is awesome. My wife and my mom and kids all love what they can get here and the kids menu is cheap cheap cheap. read more
