I'm not a huge fan of Mexican food, but Dylan's really blew me away. I was impressed by the variety of options, quality of food, wonderful service, great ambiance and reasonable prices. You can order at the food truck and sit inside or outside. They have a great selection of burritos, bowls and breakfast served all day! They're happy to accommodate different preferences and seem to have something for everyone. I had an egg & potato burrito with guacamole that was amazing. It was too big, but a great portion and I was comfortably full afterwards. I loved the salsa that came with the burrito and the generous amount of guacamole. I also tried a regular churro, which was so amazing. It didn't last long enough to take a photo of it. I will definitely be back to Dylan's on my next Oregon visit! read more

I have no idea why this place is so highly rated. It's exceedingly average. We've tried it twice, and both times been served meh-to-average Mexican food. Nothing special really. We have tried the enchiladas, a burrito bowl, a fajita bowl, and nachos. None of these were particularly good. The nachos were cold and severely lacking in cheese. The carne asada was flavorless. Enchilada sauce was okay. Yeah, their red salsa is spicy, but everything else just overwhelmingly bland. read more

Easy to order. We had the Dylans burrito and a beef breakfast burrito. They were decent, nothing special but not bad. Felt like it was worth the price so not a bad place to grab a bite. Unfortunately I didnt take pictures but the burritos are about 5inches in length I would say so pretty average and price was equal to it I would say. read more

Amazing! Closing in five minutes expecting for them to not want to take our order...they graciously took our order without any hesitation even though all grills were cleaned and everything was put away. We told them it was ok for us to go somewhere else but they were amazing to accommodate us so close to closing. Truly thankful. read more

This place is fire. We stopped by for breakfast one day and grabbed a few breakfast burritos. They were amazing. We later made a second trip because we ran out to a place on Monday and it was packed so we came back here to my suggestion. It was amazing the second time as well. Plus we grabbed churros and they were really nice. I cannot recommend for the rest of the day, but for Breakfast I can give a double thumbs up and recommend highly. Really good Mexican food when you are on the go. I like the mini soft tacos. Adobada is my favorite from their meats. My son really likes the bean and cheese burrito. They have an indoor seating area if you choose to eat there. Ask for their extra spicy salsa if you like your food spicy. read more

Definitely not a 5/5 as the other reviews would suggest. Very basic simple mexican food. Refried beans, cheap cheese, the standard stuff. A bit odd though. I was hoping for more of a salsa bar experience / sit down, but it's a weird combo of food truck and indoor seating which is a bit strange. Overall not bad, but nothing special either. read more

Must be relatives that give this food truck 5 stars. Ordered the 2 enchilada plate with green sauce. Had a hint when I saw a worker carry a large can of Las Palmas Green Sauce from inside to the food truck. Obviously their sauce is not homemade. The 2 enchiladas came with pico de gallo . This had to be homemade. Agreed I only paid $7 per plate but for $3 more you can go to most real sit down Mex restaurants and get a real enchilada plate. I would say that this is probably the worst Mex food experience I've had. read more

I am a huge fan of Quesa Birria tacos so when I heard someone say they had the best, I had to taste for myself. OMG they were delicious! I've had the shrimp taco and fish taco on two occasions and cheese enchiladas once. The tacos were consistently delicious and substantial. The enchiladas had a yellow cheese as opposed to a white cheese, not my favorite, but still tasty. My husband has tried the chicken chimichanga, chicken and cheese quesadilla, and the adobada quesadilla. He has enjoyed all three, but thought that the adobada was a bit too greasy for his taste. Service has always been friendly. Dylan's has become our 'go to' takeout place for Mexican food in Redmond. read more
