I went in at the start of a calendar quarter this year, when there were fewer shoppers around. DIllon was calm and knowledgeable; and patient (took the time to run through all the dashboard settings and configure it as I wanted before I drove off). I knew what I wanted going in; this probably also helped make the purchase pretty quick and easy. They did let me take an extended test drive. Never been to this dealership before (former BMW 3 series owner). re: the car, Honda Civic Hybrid. I'm at around 1500 miles since purchase, 20%-30% highway driving. As you can see from the photo, I'm now over 53 MPG, beyond my expectations. Part of that is fewer highway miles, and keeping my speed lower there. Part of it is the design of the engine. You will sometimes be driving on the battery ("EV") even at 65-70 mph while in "Normal" mode. And at 20 mph you may be on gas for awhile even in "Econ" mode (I don't use Sport mode). The handling, steering, braking is surprisingly good, smooth, nimble. Not surprising, in hindsight, it was named one of Ward's 10 Best Engines. This also fit in my garage (the Accord is around 196 inches and would have been a much tighter fit). Thanks to Dillon, Stewart and Hansel for all of the above. DC

It's just not the same level anymore. Where things really went totally off was in the touch up paint job I paid extra for. It was the absolute worst touch up paint job I've ever seen. I left a review on Google and the response was ridiculously childish. They first said well we weren't doing a full repaint of the vehicle. Duh? I new that! I simply wanted the chips touched up. Then they totally changed their argument. They said well we threw in a wheel wax for ya! That had nothing to do with what I had paid for! Then their argument changed again, when they said well we gave you a mother's day discount LOL! You gotta be kidding me! None of this had anything to do with the lousy paint chip touch-up that I paid for! All they wanted to do in their excuse parade was deflect to something else. Quinn is basically a good guy, but he's got people there now that are not of the caliber he once had. Their reply to me was they were done with me and I couldn't agree more as I'm done with this shop. The professional adult response should have been to bring it by and well take a look at it to try and make it right. Instead, I received the above childish changing of topics to something else on their part. UPDATE: In response to your below reply Quinn . . . it would have been beneficial for you to check work "BEFORE" it goes out to the customer. My subsequent confirmation with two of your competitors said this mistake was on you! My previous visit to you was primo excellent. This time . . . not so much. Had the work simply been looked over you would have seen it for yourself and said WAIT! Your company contacted me WANTING a review left for what I experienced. So, I left a review per your request! Now, you're upset that a customer left a review? Get a clue. Perhaps, you shouldn't ask customers for a review . . and then whine about the review!

Over all those new car-buying experiences - and not counting the few used one's we purchased from a dealership as well - none came close to the quality of care we received from Andy and Ben. (I should include my initial online contacts with Dan, as well.) To a person, they were competent in their demeanor with us; considerate and friendly; authentic (as in, "being real" and not a "salesman"); educated on the facts and admitting it when they were not - but were willing to find out; genuinely sincere. We came away with not only the car that we were looking for, but with the sense that we actually made friends with some individuals who, when they leave their "day job," are the same at home with their families. They helped us above and beyond our expectations, and our expectations are not low, but nor are they unreasonable. Adam's conscientious time with us in test driving and getting Joy the right vehicle she wanted, was simply matched by Ben's absolute friendly expertise in managing the financial aspects of the purchase. Perfect. You as the reader may well ask: It's just a car sale, dude! But for us, a purchase of this amount was no small decision. We accomplished what we were looking for in a purchase and we got more. To me, I call that grace. A word I daresay not associated with the automobile industry. But we received it today. BUYER BEWARE -- My Experience at Manly…read more Unfortunately, my experience with the sales team and management at Manly was terrible. Despite seeing negative reviews online, I decided to give them a chance anyway. Big mistake. During our visit, our trade-in vehicle was damaged during a test drive. Afterward, warning lights and an alarm/siren were going off. When we asked for help addressing what had happened, instead of helping us resolve the situation, we were told to leave the property. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the people involved would not provide us with their names, business cards, or contact information when we asked. I ultimately picked up the salesperson's business card from his desk, which he did not want me to take. I will be posting a video showing what happened so people can watch it and decide for themselves. Based solely on my personal experience and opinion: Buyer beware. I would not recommend Manly. They try to make it one way in and one way out. The parking lot entrance is actually around the corner on Carrillo St. (small side street) and the exit is on Cleveland Ave. (larger, main street). You would think the entrance would be on the larger street and exit on the smaller street, but it's the opposite, so if you are driving on Cleveland Ave. towards College Ave. and miss Carrillo St., you will need to turn back around. As for the store itself, they have a good selection of motorcycles, power crafts, ATVs and accessories. The thing that this place is lacking is customer service which seems to be the theme when I read other reviews. When you walk in, no one greets you. There was an employee sitting at the desk doing some paperwork, looks up as we walk in, but there was no greeting. As we were browsing the inventory, no one came by help or ask if we had questions. When we walked out, again no acknowledgement that we may be potential customers. I'm sure if they had better customers service, their business would be much better.
