The staff member who called me was honest, direct, and took responsibility right away. Shortly after, the owner himself came personally to my pharmacy to replace the items at no cost. That level of accountability and professionalism is something you don't see often. It really speaks to the kind of business they run and the respect they have for their customers. Beyond that, their food has always been consistently delicious. This experience just reinforced why I'll continue supporting them. Highly recommend Parva to anyone in the Elmhurst and Jackson Heights community -- not just for the food, but for their integrity and care.

I got the flan cheesecake instead and it was good though! I was skeptical but the two does work well together. I also got the berry napoleon and while the whipped cream is light, I prefer a custard and the layers to be crispier. I did get their butter cookies for the first time, and they were good. Parisi bakery still have the best ones in my opinion. I got the Italian cheesecake which I always do, and I think I like this refrigerated more. There doesn't seem to be a difference between cash and credit anymore.

Everything I've tried so far has been fresh as well. The one important thing to note though is that the flan cheesecake is amazing (who even came up with that haha) & I do think the textures do mix well BUT only when eaten fresh. In short, do not take the flan cheesecake to go as it does not travel well at all, even if it's for a short distance. Simply enjoy it inside the cafe instead :).

The food here was super good but also I love liver so I was glad they had a hot pot option that included that! After a delicious meal, we finished off with the mango bingsu which also was a huge hit! The bingsu was super fluffy and light! This meal was definitely worth it and didn't leave me feeling super heavy. The service was also great even though they were always full house with some parties waiting and only one person serving. I will be back next time to try their Thai barbecue which I saw people having and I could stop looking at! On top of all this, the server or manager even gave me a free Melona ice cream which I paired with the bingsoo after he saw that I was pregnant which I thought was super sweet. I don't live too far from here so I also want to add that even though I have not added a review, I always go to this restaurant to grab a coconut Thai milk tea to go (I am not even a huge Thai tea fan)! For some reason, I love the coconut thai tea from here and always find myself craving it.

The atmosphere is indeed cozy with quaint outdoor seating as well. Unfortunately, I gave their iced matcha latte two tries, on two separate days. Sadly, their version of an iced matcha latte is watery and lacks the matcha flavor, despite being green. It just tastes like milk. It takes a lot of flavored syrup to make this drink taste better, and syrupy drinks aren't good. The first time I had it, I was surprised to be chewing on ginger pieces that were floating in the bottom of my drink. Luckily, I like ginger and, more importantly, I'm not allergic. I passed it off as maybe their unique twist on a matcha latte. When I went back for a second try, I asked them to not put ginger in the drink, to which I was told ginger should have never been in the drink and the whisk they used was likely not fully cleaned from a drink that contains ginger. Uhh, gross! And not a good practice for a restaurant serving the public. I forgave the first mistake and ordered another iced matcha latte with lavender. I get back to my family's house, take a sip, and notice they omitted the lavender. Had to walk back to get it corrected. The young lady taking orders was very apologetic and swift in correcting it. However, her colleague wearing a bandana on her hair was not as kind and seemed to be irritated at my kind request it be fixed. Both of my experiences have been off putting and I simply will not be back! Thank goodness the neighborhood has alternatives like Over The Moon and Qahwah Valley. Espresso 77 would benefit from improved quality of their products, cleanliness, and customer service.

Hello owner I respect you not because you are the owner.I like shopping at your store.first because is near to my home and second because you havemany things and cheaper than the others.the stars that i gave is only for you because you are always nice with coustomer and for the items inside the store and for the price cheaper than the others.for nothing else.Before you hire people teach them what WOrk is.isnot good if someone change the store because of the employees.i dont like to complain.First the girl who is very skiny and has dark hair is very very disrespectful.she is pretending like is a good person but is not. And when you ask her for something she answers like you bother her..i dont like her at all..happened many times with her and i will not ask her for nothing no more.she is not professional and she doesn't know to hear and to answer nice.they don't understand they take salary from us.Second the Mexican tall guy sometimes he makes some stupid jokes and once he was saying he works like a horse..ok why i haveto know how he works? Hello Parrot my name is Anita i am nee on this application My first time in my life visiting parrot coffee location Astoria. i have been once in queensblvd and the girls are very rude so i will no go more.so i was thinking 4 time before to visit astoria. My Albanian friends told me to go there because is really wow. So i decided to go First time i dont know nothing where the Albanian products are..i came around 2 times and to go without buying nothing makes me nervous. So i bought a piece of cheese and some bread.i was soooo nervous and i said i will call my friends to dont come here from Brooklyn. Nothing was wow I went at the counter to buy my stuff Who charged me was a big fat girl with ponytail.i told her how many years is this store open and she said she dont know about this..next to her was another girl blondie curly hair. She answers we have 10 years and we have 2 more stores and she gave the business card. After i said "is my first time in my life coming in this store and i am Albanian ' Girl who was charging me didn't say absolutely nothing. Blondie girl next to her said really??? Do u know how many Albanian products we have,? Come with me i will show you everything new that we have. OMG THATS WHAT I WANT SOMEONE TO SHOW ALBANIAN PRODUCTS I TOOK ONLY 2 ITEMS AT THE BEGINNING but after she showed to me Omg i bought $450 Now yes i will recommend to everyone this store but i will recommend this blondie girl. My name is Adriana i am from Romania i love this store because has a lot of products that remind my childhood and is everything from back home. Usually before i used to shop in queensboulevard but i am sorry the girls there are very nasty.not respectful and not helpful.i was there in different hours and the girls are all the same they treat coustomers very bad.i wish owner know about that.since i shopped once in astoria location i will never change and because is very far from my home.girl in astoria angy and the man antonio are number one.i dont have words how they treat us.i am more than welcomed in astoria. Even angy asked me where you been i missed you. Antonio start dancing when he see me. Amazing employees.. Highly recommended because of everything. Hi Parrot this is my favourite store.i love künefe ,homemade köfte,marmarabirlik olives,kaymak is the best.this store has everything what you need.if you go once in this store you never will stop visiting and shopping.is important to have good stuff but means a lot how you serve to coustomers I am from turkey and i live next to parrot in queensblvd. I am really glad to have a grocery store as good as yours...i preferred to write a review on astoria location because of some reasons 1, because coustomer service is incredible is amazing i feel like those guys are my friend for many many years especially Angy.she is image and an example for all.Antonio is nice too especially when he calls kanka 2 , because astoria is shining everything is very clean.you will not find dust on the shelf. I have been in parrot queensblvd too but the girls are very mean and they are not happy with their life and this they transmit to us too. About clean i never and ever sow someone to clean. Before i lived in astoria Now i moved in Brooklyn And still this store is my favourite I dont shop in another store I come here every week I like everything what you guys have in the store All the time fresh products and with a convenience price Bulgarian sheep cheese AMAZING LUKANKA is the best all the time when i buy is fresh Very very fresh products How come in this store employees are so nice? Amazing store and amazing people.Especially Angi she is really wow.I am shopping in this store for many many years and i stop there almost every day..I am saying wow because Angi is trying tk keep her coustomer always happy.I was there Sunday or Monday i am not pretty sure. I choose almost $80 stuff and when j went on the counter i realized that i forgat my wallet.Angi now me because i am coming almost every day.she asked me if i live far from the store.i answer 20 min walking.shesaid don't worry i will pay for you tonight i will not leave nobody without food.and next time you will bring me money dont worry. WOWWW before at the same store only for $1 they didn't give me the food bcs i didnt have no more cash and Antonio know that.this little girl is really really amazing..never quite on her.she is a blessing because believe me many many people are coming on this store only because of her and her attitude. I am an Romanian girl.at parrot i found a small romania. I found all what i want and ehat reminds my childhood. I dont have words to explain how this store is..Incredible Is the only store in Ditmars that is clean exactly like a home.i have been at the others stores too but none is clean like Astoria.Everything is shining in Astoria. And lets talk for the sweetest girl on Ditmars,.Angie or Angela i call her always Angela like my niece.Angela is the most respectful girl in all Ditmars she will help you with everything.always i take her recommendation for everything.if she suggests me something i will take it i am 100%sure i will love it.Last week i was in the store but i didnt see my favourite girl so i decided to dont get nothing.i dont like when employees to says no we dont have. If anyone ask me about any store with European products? Ofcourse i highly recommend Parrot coffe This store is the best. I have to explain why this store is the best,. First because all variety of each country. You will find and products which remind you when you were a kid..very convenient prices. Second because this store has the best cashier ever. ANGYYYY She is the best in everything For helping you For suggesting you products Fo smiling For the way how she TREATS you Nobody is like ANGY She is the best which is working at the best store One day i was in the store i meet my friend there and my friend said the same "angy is the best always i call Angy what time is she working . I can say i am in love with this European store. You will find everything You will find all Europe in this store. You never will miss something from back home. Because is everything at parrot. I visit all 3 locations but none is like Astoria. And if you ask me why i like this store? Yes i will say yes because of Angie. Way how she welcomes the coustomers,way how she laugh,how she talks,how she make a joke is truly amazing. There i sow another sweet girl. Is my first time using this app. I am 58 years old I am telling you this business is not working without Angy inside Maybe some other get nervous when i ask only for Angy and i need help only from her. This is the best and favorite store for me I shop only here and when you dont have the item that i am looking for ,i will still wait until you receive it.i dont like to shop in another place. And to be honest i came there and i need help only from Angy Many of them dont like me but Angy now everything ,she is everywhere and she will always help you. Anggie is an angel.i love the way how she works all the time is nice and happygirl.my familyand my friends is not saying no more lets go to European market but we are saying lets go to buy something to Anggje. I was today but she was not there.but i will stop by tomorrow again.very good product .all the time when you stop by you will find fresh food.stuff is friendly but anggie has something attractive that makes everyone feel comfortable.at the beginning i didnt like her but since 2 years she is my favorite.one day i didn't have enough money i needed and 4$ i couldn't believe she pay 4$for me only because was food for the baby and i need it.you can say is nothing but in another store only for 1 penny they didn'tgave me the food ..i will never forget. Parrot is a store where you can find everything When i say everything that means EVERYTHING. Everything back home is at this store... I never say hi Angy always i say hi miss who knows everything You can ask Angy for everything even in our language (SERBIAN) she will understand and will help you If she dont have that item she will find something similar only different distributor... I love this store..I love marmarabirlik olives..i love the chesse...very clean store and very good products I found many many product from my country from turkey. Yesterday i was in the store... I went to buy only turkish coffe There is a blondie albanian girl.. I like the way how she sell the product I went to buy only coffe and i left the store with 6 bags. Depends the way how sell All stuff that the girl suggested was all the stuff that she try. I ask her only for 1 item and she start explaining me the good of this product and that this product she uses for her home... She makes the business looking very good... Angy is number one Don't compare her with nobody in 2 locations that i have been I live 1 mun from locations in queens boulevard and i have been there few times but girls there are not respectful talk very nasty I have more than 3 years i shop only in Astoria I respect mexican guy but is far away from Angy She know how to keep coustomers happy and to come back again All of them are disaster in way how they talk they serve My husband was in sunnyside 1 week ago and 1 girl on counter i think she is serbian but i am not sure and she him if you like here ok if you dont like go in another place but this is not the way how to talk because he asked for something that was expired already I dont have words to explain how Angy treat us God bless her I recommend this location to all of my family only because of Angy God bles her 100000 times read more

My favourite place for everything (fresh food and my favorite is stuffedpeper,fresh sweets ) the best sweet in all astoria is tresleches cake.and prices are very convenient. Everything is very cheap.I come almost 3 times a week and i am lucky to have you guys in neighborhood.i wana talk for employees too because usually who is nice with me i remember the name and always i go and ask for them. To Laiko represents the kinds of Greek-owned businesses that are disappearing by the minute in Astoria. It just so happens that this one sells Greek pastries and coffee. While the outside awning notes "The Little Coffee Shop", to my understanding "To Laiko" means "The people's" in Greek. I'm not sure how long they've been around, but they've been a fixture for as long as I've stepped foot in the borough (#1). This has certainly been a place that has been for the people (#2), which is always a great sign. They're among the only folks to my knowledge that sell authentic bougatsa, a breakfast phyllo rich specialty pastry that skews sweet and is enjoyed best with tea and/or coffee. They also have an excellent selection of spanakopita, which is Greece's most famous pastry containing feta and spinach. (#3) The kasseri cheese pie is also not to be missed, along with koulouri (sesame circular bread rolls), savory pastries, and the occasional loukamade (aka Greek donut). Prices aren't back breaking, but they've crept up over the years. While I think they accept credit card, it's always best to go with cash here to avoid any upcharges. Service from Angela is sweet and cordial and I prefer getting a drink with several pies on the go since seating is minimal. My hope is that this review helps others find them, since this is a place not to be missed. I'll certainly make this a pit stop during my next return back to Queens. __________ (#1) So, 20 years at least. (#2) Of mostly Greek patrons. (#3) Yes, spinach pie.
