These guys are FANTASTIC and I cannot imagine them over being rude to anyone. They helped me into a nice full leather suit.... VERY good price.

Yamha yzf r3 2016 - lowered at Parts 411

Fast, honest, and reasonable pricing! This is my very first bike. As a shortie, I had a really tough time touching when I was on my bike. I have a 2016 yamaha yzf r3. I brought my Yamie to Charlie and his team. He came highly recommended by o e of my friends. Charlie examined my bike and weighed the pros and cons of lowering my bike. He was very patient with me, especially since I am a new rider. I felt that he was very honest and truly had my best interest in mind. Communication between Charlie and Victoria was excellent. They're very good about always calling back. I never had an issue with this. In addition, the the turn around time was fantastic. I only had my bike in for less than 24 hrs. I say this because my husband's bike has been at Berts for almost 4 weeks. It took them 1 week to even take a look at his bike. Neithertheless, when I went to pick up my bike the mechanic Adam greeted me. He and Charlie explained every change that was made. Overall, my experience has been wonderful. I will definitely use them over and over again. I am going to recomment Parts 411 to everyone. I hope this helps and ride safe!

Easy to work with. I've had several tires installed here and brake work. They are fast friendly and knowledgeable.

I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, but I felt like this one was worth taking the time to…read morewrite. I recently bought a new Yamaha MT-07 from this dealership. Unfortunately, after only about 140 miles, the clutch failed and the bike was no longer rideable. To make matters worse, Yamaha determined the failure was due to "user error" and wanted me to pay around $600 for the repair. The reason I'm writing this review is because of James Grosso and Luis, a dealership manager. James was the salesperson who helped me with the purchase, and he was great from the start. The whole buying experience felt relaxed and straightforward, with no pressure at all. We ended up talking about a lot more than just motorcycles--business, books, life, goals, and all kinds of things. He's the type of person who genuinely cares about people and takes the time to build real relationships. When I called him after the clutch issue came up, he listened, understood why I was frustrated, and immediately started looking into ways to help. After speaking with James, I was put in touch with Luis, a dealership manager. He took the time to review everything and agreed that it didn't make sense for me to be stuck paying for a repair on a brand-new bike with so few miles on it. Even though Yamaha wouldn't cover the repair, Luis stepped up and had the dealership take care of it. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days, and it says a lot about how this dealership treats its customers. Issues can happen with any vehicle or manufacturer. What really matters is how people handle those situations when they come up. James and Luis both went out of their way to help make a frustrating situation right, and because of that, they've earned my trust and future business. Thank you again, James and Luis. I really appreciate everything you did.

The sales people were not pushy and allowed us to browse the motorcycles. Unfortunately, we did not see the bike that was listed on their website and went straight to the parts shop. The guy helping us at the helmet section (I forget his name but it could be Xavier?) was easy going and let me browse the selection without breathing down my neck and was able to answer my questions when asked. So, where did it go wrong? When his coworker (some young, white kid) decided to jump in to help and then talked back to my partner regarding a display item vs open box item, which was uncalled for and completely rude as hell. We still ended up purchasing a helmet since I really needed one for some plans later in the day. I made sure I spoke to Xavier (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong but I'm pretty sure that's the name that came up when I was paying at the front) about the item I wanted in case he gets some sort of credit for helping out. And kid, there IS a difference between a display item and an open box item. I'm not sure how my partner's question triggered him to answer with such attitude lol. Like it isn't stressful enough to decide which helmet to purchase??
