I explained my tire issue, he listened and said he would have it looked at while I waited. My dad recently brought his car to get it maintained and service as every car out there that needs it. And this car was previously one of his relatives who brought it there in the past and my dad did not know about it and when my relative found out he brought it there she was very concerned because they messed with the car. They broke the front windshield and repaired it without letting her know!!! I know it sounds crazy! But she found out the hard way when water got in her car causing a smell. And after that she never brought it back. But unfortunately my dad did not know about this situation and that it was because of them. My relative took good care of her car for many years and when I say she does thorough check on mechanics and their services she believed that this one was good because of the rating right? That's completely wrong. Don't come here unless you want them to mess with your car and not TELL YOU! I am putting this review from my end as a daughter who goes through many car services as well and I am very picky as I make sure my car needs to get taken care of the most important ways when getting serviced. I mean it and you should consider going somewhere else! These so called "mechanics" won't respect your vehicle! I wish I can give it ZERO STARS. Dropped by yesterday about 5:00 pm based on all the great Yelp reviews since I had a nail in the rear tire and the pressure was running extremely low . When I pulled up , an associate came out and asked what i needed done. When I indicated to him I had a nail in my tire that needed to be fixed , he said " We close in 45 mins, we don't have time today to fix your tire. " Maybe it wasn't a big enough job for them to consider , but I'm highly disappointed with their level or service. They didn't even attempt to look at the tire to see if it was a quick fix . After getting breakfast came out to see one of my tires of flat. My fiancé put on the spare. We decided to stop at Pasadena Tire Pros to see if maybe my tire could be patched. We were worried because it was close to closing time. They had the best customer service told us if it can be fixed it will be fixed right away. A small screw was found, but no leak after testing it. Tire was safe to be put back on. Not only did they put the tire back on. The put air in all my tires including the spare. They put the spare back in my trunk and didn't charge us. We were so grateful. There was even someone who came in after us with a similar situation and they helped her right away even though they were about to close.
