I don't usually give reviews, but I was so impressed with Pascal and Pasco Tile, Marble and Granite, that I felt I owed it to them! Pasco and his team were amazing! I arrived from out of town, to work on an emergency bath remodel (tile cracks and water leakage) due to insufficient work by the previous tile installer. Everything went smoothly from day one! Pascal was extremely organized and arranged for all of the subcontractors (plumber, painter, tile setters) to come out at pre-arranged times. I didn't have to do a thing! Each of the subcontractors that worked on our project were equally kind and professional. I had 10 days to get the bathroom finished before having to return home; Pascal and his team completed the project in 9 days! They worked well as a team, each member knowing exactly what their job was, and each very efficient. Great communication from Pascal; Pascal never seemed to rush when I had a question for him. Project price was reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. Very trustworthy and no overselling. When Pasco gave the estimate, he was thorough, knowledgeable, open to our thoughts and provided great guidance. His estimate was detailed so there no surprises in pricing. Pricing was reasonable and the quality of their work made the project a very high value. We never felt pressure to use him and he did not try to upsell us. Two neighbors used Pasco so we had seen the excellent quality he provided. Prior to starting the project, Pasco brought and left a lot of samples so that we could take a few days to make good decisions on the shower and floor. Mr. Pasco and his two sons did a wonderful job in tiling our bathroom. They were very respectful of our home cleaned up after every day and showed up every morning at 7:30 am. They were flexible with any changes and offered advice when asked. That said, they did a great job in lining up the tile, so that it tied in with tile that was stacked behind, as with the surround of the tub. He framed out our bathroom window and it looked incredibly well done. The niches as well as the bathroom floor had mosaic and that too was installed beautifully . It showed their craftsmanship. Every tile is inspected for chips or blemishes before it goes in the pile that is used for installing, the blemished ones get used for potential cuts. When they are not happy with the fit of a tile it gets re- cut until they are! They don't "cut corners" they take their time and do just a wonderful job. They explain every step of the process and what they hope to achieve that day. At the end of every day they will leave with what will be done the next day. It can be quite difficult and stressful to have remodeling done at your house but Mr. Pasco and his sons made it easy and comfortable. He also referred us to Alex who measured, and ordered and then installed the glass door and surround for our shower.He too was very comfortable to work with and knowledgeable about the product and installation. Pasco and his sons just removed 3 month old quartz and installed granite in my new house. This is the best referral I've ever had....from the demo to the finish the job was flawless. This is the neatest demo I've ever had...tarps all over, they vacuumed up and cleaned as they did the demo. after they finished installing the new granite they checked to make sure there was no gas or water leak and cleaned it up and even shined all my stainless steel appliances. I had gotten quotes from several contractors before calling Pasco Tile. After getting his quote and listening to the suggestions he had for the job, as well as seeing pictures of his previous work, I hired them. There was extensive work found that needed done to my front shower due to a leak in the pan. The amount charged to fix it was very fair and did not significantly add to the time on the job due to the hard work of Pasco and his two sons Junior and Joe. My second bathroom went very quickly and turned out great as well.I get many compliments on both rooms and truly believe my house sold for a much, much higher price, and faster due to the work they did. Just had a master bathroom remodel done with Pasco (and sons). I can't say enough about working with him and his boys, Joey and Junior. The professionalism from all of them, just can't be beat. They were always at my home when they said they would be here. Cleaned up after every day of work. Pasco really guided us through this remodel. He met me at the cabinet shop, and from there went to the tile shop. He gave me suggestions on tile placement and so many other helpful suggestions. Let me tell you, the tile work was perfect. I don't say that lightly. Every single tile is perfect, and the grout was applied absolutely perfect. His plumber whom we used, Danny said he was a perfectionist, and that sure showed when all was said and done. Not only the tile, but also the quartz and cabinets. Absolute perfection.
