I never gave anybody any authority to throw my things away. I have an older dog and that bed had special features like bolsters that he required. After trying to remove the cover and put it into my car I was stopped and was told that the owner would never allow it. Well. I wanted to allow it. I wanted my stuff back. It was on them if they didn't wash it in time or do whatever they needed to do to make my dogs comfortable. With what I was being shown I'm not sure if they were ever were. So they swapped out my bed for another one that had bolsters. I was relegated to keeping their bed or not ever getting mine back. There's no amount of time that any of this was ever communicated to anyone who might have been listed as responsible for these dogs. Overall I would not recommend this place. It was extremely upsetting to learn that my dogs had such soiled belongings and hadn't had it reconciled by the time I got there just because I was early. I truly feel like there is a gap between responsibility: who is running this place? Are you out to lunch? Who is actually responsible.

She has always had my pets best interest at heart, even when it caused her extra work. I could always rely on her opinion and advice. We have had our 4 dogs groomed here a few times. The last time they came back from being groomed…read moreall acting weird. Shaking, hiding...not like them at all. The next day we were leaving for vacation and all my dogs seemed like they were okay. Our 3 year old Frenchie still was off. First night away a dog sitter told me the Frenchie still wasn't acting right and that she was shaking. Hours later she couldn't walk. Frenchies are prone to Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) this we know. But our Frenchie is barely 3 and has never had any issues ever. Had to be rushed to a surgeon and they had to do surgery. Her hind legs are paralyzed. We called Woof Gang and spoke to a manager and they said they viewed the camera and spoke to the groomer and they claimed nothing happened. The surgeon said she had either jumped or fallen from something high or was hit by a car. We also noticed one of her nails wasn't trimmed at all, which to me seems like something possibly happened and they stopped and kenneled her. Another review on here said their dogs were shaking when they went to get them groomed there and they had a bad experience. Something is up with this place. There is no need to take even a chance of them hurting your dog. Just be safe and go somewhere else!

He's long hair and I can just tell when he's hot and uncomfortable. In the summer I get his hair cut, in a lion cut, and I can never tell if he's strutting 'round because he thinks he looks handsome or stupid. But with the pom-pom tail, big hairy mane and boots with the furrrrrr, he just can't be beat. Now that we've moved to Rockwall I keep trying to find replacements for all my "best of" list I've used for years in Dallas. I'm picky and not going to let just any ol' gal with hair trimmers touch my kitty. I got her card from the Vet and kept it, knowing I'd need it some day. Once the summer heat set in, I made an appointment. Ozzy got his pill, was amply tranquilized and got his hair cut. She honestly did an awesome job. He's struttin' around, lookin' good and feelin' fine. She only took about 2h (would have gone quicker had he not cheeked his first dose of ACE), and he was back home drunk and sassy quick. She does dogs too, and I'm sure she'll do a great job on your pet. Give her a call! I'm very happy.

We sent our dog JULY  for their four weeks program and had a wonderful experience with the dog training program. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program.
