I dealt with Jim the owner. Stand up guy. Very knowledgeable. I would trust Jim with any door and window job I get in the area.

I have been using Templeton Glass for about 4 years now and I could not be happier with them. I'm a…read moregeneral contractor and have done a good number of projects using Templeton Glass. Kelly has put together a great team of knowledgable, customer oriented folks that I really enjoy working with. My customers have been extremely pleased with the end product and I look forward to working with them for years to come.

After having a stellar experience with Templeton Glass at our place of business, we found the need…read morefor its services at our home. Our 18 year old sliding glass door was showing signs of moisture intrusion between the dual panes of glass and we wanted it repaired. Templeton Glass sent out a technician to assess the damage for the purposes of providing an estimate for repair. Upon doing so he noticed that our door's manufacturer offered a lifetime warranty. Not only did he suggest that we first contact the manufacturer, Templeton Glass followed-up by sending us the link to the company to make a claim. We contacted the company who replaced our damaged windows with a brand new one. What other company passes up a $1500+ job to inform a first-time residential customer they can potentially get the job done for free? An honest, trustworthy one like Templeton Glass does! Not only did they provide outstanding customer service, in the process they developed a loyal customer who will not only exclusively contact them for future jobs but also one who will be a very vocal referral source when asked by friends and neighbors who to contact. Thank you Templeton Glass. We are deeply, and forever, indebted.

Bad service. I ordered some replacement parts for my windows. They had to be special ordered…read more After about a week I got a call that the parts had arrived and I could come down and pick them up. When I got to the counter I was told that one of the employees had the parts at their house and he wasn't in. No "sorry" for the inconvenience, no apology, no offer to mail me the parts. I'll take my business someplace else.

We had Estero Glass replace a Milgard window installed by Atascadero Glass that leaked like a sieve…read moreover the last 4 winters. Atascadero Glass had come out numerous times to "fix" the problem and I had caulked everything within 15 feet of the window to no avail. Estero Glass completely replaced the window with a custom window that was built in, and NOT a slide-in which the Milgard was. They did good work and completed the job in one day. In the recent torrential rains, the new window did not leak a drop. This was a great relief as we had spent the last 4 winters rotating towels on the window ledge to prevent water damage to the dry wall. A word of advice: AVOID slide in windows, unless you have a stucco house. The only thing preventing water intrusion into your house is a thin line of caulk. And we know that caulk eventually fails. We have other very minor leaks from these crappy Milgard slide-ins, which we will have Estero Glass eventually replace. I can highly recommend them. They do quality work and the owner was very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to hire them for any glass work you may need.
