My first time ordering pizza from Pasquale's. Ordered two plain cheese pies. The sauce tasted good but I couldn't quite tell about the sauce and cheese ratio. My fault because I had a few errands to run while on my way home so it was a little cold. Would love to try again and bring the food right home. We ordered a large pizza, half pepperoni and sausage. This pizza was large NY style pizza. The thickness was not thin but not thick. The pizza was very good. It could use a little more tomato sauce. The mozzarella cheese was plenty and the sausages and pepperonis were not salty. The thickness of the slice was perfect, it came out extremely hot and the slice held the cheese! The pizza was done in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely come back here. They have a small dining area and clean. So you hear everything when someone is talking a little loud. read more

Born and brought up in the Tri-State area, but moved to the west coast for the last 21 years, so I've missed the NY pizza bad. Recently made a trip back to the east coast, and visited Pasquale for a quick bite. The pizza was outstanding. Prices were great. Best pizza by far in the area. If you like an old school pizza pie, this is your place. Their large pie is an 18" pie as opposed to the usual 16" pie most places sell. The dough, sauce and cheese ratio is perfect, and it is always cooked on the well side, which is how it is supposed to be cooked in my opinion. They are very reasonably priced, it seems like everywhere I order from is a ripoff, but I always feel I got good value from Pasquale's. Family run business, father son and daughter working together, they are all very nice and treat the customer the right way. I feel good giving them my money as opposed to some other places that don't seem to care. I highly recommend ordering a pizza from Pasquale's. read more

Omg I got a salad slice from there the other day - it was amazing!! The crust was thin and crispy the salad fresh and they give this white vinegar dressing that blew my socks off!!! A hidden gem!! I was totally impressed and my sister got a regular slice that she loved also! Customer service was fantastic there was no salad pizza but the guy didn't hesitate to make it immediately. This place has been around for over 30 years and the pizza is good. The owner has changed but the new owners have worked for the former owner for 32 years. Since we live near Massachusetts now, the pizza is not the same. When we come to visit family, we make sure we stop by for a slice. The mushroom pizza is delicious and to die for. I am not a vegetarian, I just love mushrooms. They put lots of mushrooms on the pizza. I think next time I will ask for Pepperoni and Mushrooms. My husband just stills to a classic cheese slice. Ive been going to this pizza place since I was a kid.. And they never disappoint. I moved out the state many years ago.. But the second I cross the state line I detour right to Pasquales... Very good pizza for Suffern. They have a great crust, however the pizza is always a little greasy. Maybe from the type of cheese they are using ? Service is always friendly and quick. This place is great for a sports team outing or just for a quick dinner. I have only tried the pizza, so I cannot comment on their other food. The only real downfall to this place is trying to find parking downtown. Definitely try this place, of is worth it! read more

I get it...High School kids work at pizza places. But good management and happy kids make sure the customer experience is excellent.
