Their specialty is the French toast bagel. It has powdered sugar and cinnamon on top. Get here early otherwise you won't get any. I got there before 10 and only six left, They have tie-dye bagels and lots of other flavors and lots of cream cheese options according to the menu. You can order sandwich too. I paid $15 for 13 bagels.

I love a nice, chewy bagel (well any kind of chewy carb LOL), but this place is fantastic! They have every kind of bagel and cream cheese option under the sun. You can make your own or choose from their wide selection of specialties and recommendations. We ordered their Joaquin (bagel of your choice with bacon, jalapeño cream cheese, tomato, smoked salmon, bacon, and lettuce) and a jalapeño-cheddar bagel with veggie cream cheese. Both were great, but I enjoyed the texture and simplicity of the Jalapeño-cheddar bagel more. We also ordered a nitro coffee and their David Rio Chai, dirty style (chai with a shot of espresso). While the nitro was just okay (we've had better), the dirty chai was SO AMAZING! I could not stop drinking it. It had a perfect balance of spices, milk, and coffee taste without any one being overpowering. A must-try! They have an amazing and knowledgeable staff! Super friendly and upbeat. Made my morning.

Absolute best bagel I have had--yes, this is how I am choosing to start the review. I was encouraged to visit Passyunk Avenue Philly Bagels when I was starving and looking for a filling meal. I was concerned I would be left hungry and less than satisfied but decided to be open-minded. I couldn't decide on the suggestions on the menu and decided to build my own. I chose a blueberry bagel, with egg, bacon, jalapeño cream cheese and tomato (sounds confused, I know!). A sweet and savory option with a hint of spice. The combination was a culmination of flavors I wanted in the moment and did not disappoint. The freshly prepared bagel was insanely delicious and firm enough to manage the supporting ingredients--sometimes a concern when building a sandwich on a bagel. My friend ordered a bialy bagel with garlic cream cheese, sausage, avocado, and capers. Another interesting combination that turned out amazing! We bother ordered their cold brew, which was refreshing and perfectly brewed. Now that the food has been addressed, let's discuss the customer service: outstanding! Every interaction was smooth and genuine. The team was busy but not too hyperfocused that they neglected to be personable. If the food wasn't enough of an incentive to return, I will definitely be back for the excellent customer service.

Great spot for a delicious quick breakfast! As a born and raised New Yorker, I have a hard time finding bagels in Philly until this place opened in my neighborhood, and is now my usual Sunday morning bagel stop! They have quite a few different varieties of bagel sandwiches as well as varieties of bagels. The bagels are always chewy, fresh and delicious. My favorite bagel (whole wheat everything) is hard to find and they always have them available. Today I tried the Wagner bagel sandwich - they definitely don't skimp on the toppings! The lox was very fresh and they put a lot on the bagel - great bagel to topping ratio! My other usual is bacon egg and cheese or sausage egg and cheese on a toasted bagel. I would recommend any of the bagel sandwiches or just to stop in to get a pack to go.

    Hot Honey

Reviews don't do this place justice, at least for the hot honey. This was the best bagel sammy I've had in the city hands down. I got the sundried tomato bagel and jalapeño cream cheese

Not open when they say they are, ever. Don't answer phones. Unhappy staff. I've tried to stick with them, but it's too much trouble.

Fast forward 12 years, and now its Antonio's Deli...let me tell you something......still AMAZING! My Brother and I came here for a breakfast hoagie. We got an Olde Italian to split since we were going to Reading Terminal Market right after. How was the hoagie? Delicious! The Olde Italian comes on the best bread in the land IMO (Sarcones...seeded roll...you just cant beat it!). So crusty and great texture. This sandwich had all the goodies on it including proscuitto, capicola and sopressata. They use a crumbled sharp provolone cheese here (think blue cheese crumbles, but sharp provolone!) that is so freaking good! The veggies include roasted red peppers, lettuce tomato and onion. They top it with some olive oil and seasonings. Hoagie perfection! This was my favorite sandwich that I ate in Philadelphia and my favorite sandwich on my 1 week trip back East! I LOVED IT. If you are in Philadelphia and want the best hoagie around, come here! I can't wait to go back to Philadelphia one of these years and try out some more of their sandwiches. Just perfect! Thanks, Antonio's!

The chicken cutlet sandwich and meatball sandwich (I don't eat meatballs from many places) I got were outstanding ! The cutlets were seasoned and cooked perfectly not too thick . They serve you fresh waster (Drinks to order include Hanks, Boylan's, Harney and Sons, Teas etc.) and will serve you at the table or you can walk up and order at the counter. Their menu has a great mix of deli, steak, "chicken" steak, meatball, sausage and cutlet sandwiches with interesting flavor combos. You can also get breakfast (till 11AM) or a salad. They also have sides that include - tots, fried pickle chips, onion rings, fries, fried mozzarella and Zayda's pickle spears, chips and cherry pepper shooters. They have a couple of vegan options and GF rolls for extra $$. The staff was more than happy to give recommendations and their favs. My first lunch was The Eye - $15 Ribeye steak, Cooper Sharp American, fried onions came on a seeded Liscio's roll. If you enjoy the somewhat newer Cooper sharp style that's out there you'll like theirs. The Cooper sharp was gooey, mixed in well with the meat and on the heavier side. The ribeye was thin cut, delicious and the portion was pretty hefty. Second visit I went with - The Nad - $15 Chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, Mike's Hot Honey that came on an unseeded Liscio's roll. The portion size was good, chicken was fresh with good breading, the hot honey was a tad on the heavy side, but the flavors all came together pretty good on this one. Sweet, salty, light bitterness from the arugula and some heat from the hot honey. I added Thin Cut Idaho fries to make it a combo for $3 extra and I have to say they were delicious. They smelled like McD's and tasted similar. They are cash only, but have an ATM on site. You can use a card if you order online. The one bathroom they have was pretty clean and organized. I will certainly stop back for a visit if I'm in the area to try out more of their menu. Thanks guys!
