Absolutely delicious! Truly a gem of a place. You would never think this little place packed so much incredible flavor, but they make all their sauces in-house and import the pasta from Italy. I had the fettuccine bolognese, and practically inhaled it! The sauce was immaculate. My fiancé had the lasagna and was blown away. Their tiramisu was the perfect dessert to end the night with. The owner is very friendly, and truly cares about the food and service they provide. The serving size is perfect for lunch portions. I usually order the beef braised ravioli and pesto chicken pasta they are filling and delicious. The sauce is not watered down and it has the right consistency which is thick and creamy - perfect for bread dipping. They give plenty of pasta and for the ravioli there is enough filling inside to get you full. Each pasta dish comes with plain bread and when eaten with the sauce it will get you full faster. The sandwiches are good options if you want something a little lighter. They pack the inside of the sandwich which gets you full and not have to order other items. They have hot sandwiches and when you bite into them you can tastes the exact flavors of the sandwiches as the meats are cooked with cheese and vegetables. The food are packed nicely in plastic containers which helps it from not spilling and leaking through the bag. These containers are reusable and you can microwave your leftovers in them. This is a restaurant by itself and not in a crowded plaza so the parking is easy. There are seats inside and outside the restaurant. They are close Sunday and Monday so be aware. This a nice alternative to fast food as you can get many pasta orders and share them with the family if you order a variety of pastas. This place was so good, my wife wants order again tomorrow for lunch just so her grandmother can taste her late mother gnocchi again after a decade. On a whim we decided to try this place since I've seen multiple social media posts raving about it. Upon entering we were greeted by a very kind gentleman who gave off the warmest demeanor. It's cutely decorated but kind of small and despite a few tables in the back corner being open we felt it would be better to take the food to go. We ordered the lasagna, ravioli and for the child spaghetti with meatball. As we waited my son started asking to stay and eat there. We had already made up our minds to leave so once the food was done and we started to leave my son (ASD) started to have a slight melt down about leaving. As we got him outside the worker ran after us as we got to the car and offered him a treat (cookie) to make him feel better. This tiny gesture made me love this place before I even tried the food. Kindness goes so much further than people realize and this act definitely helped distract my son and divert his attention. We got home and dug in and wow it was good. Everything tasted fresh and was generous portions. We ended up with lunch for the next day. Worth the trip and glad we listened to all the social media posts and gave this place a try. AMAZING!! I already ate, am full, and am salivating about the next visit!! We drove in from the LB on a tip and were not dissappointed. Our order included Gnocchi Alexsandro: perfectly made, not at all mushy, and exceptionally delicious! The sauce was so good. OMG! Next in our order was the Chicken Vesuvio. It had chicken, Italian sausage, mushrooms, peppers... and was so dang good! The sausage was mildly spicey, but not at all overwhelming - I love spicey, btw, and this was tame yet flavorful! Honestly, it was perfect. Our son really enjoyed it and was surprisingly bummed when I had cleaned off my plate! Lol Luckily he had his own dish- our picky toddler enjoyed his Margherita Pizza with pepperoni. He said it was "DE-licious!" and gave a double thumbs up!! So of course, I had to sample some. The pepperoni was not greasy, and had a reminiscent flavor of the "old days." I don't know how else to describe it... The dough was perfectly kneaded and gently baked. Again... perfect. Lucky me that I got to enjoy my toddler's discarded crusts (he's spoiled) to mop up my Vesuvius sauce (I'm spoiled too Lol.) #bonus Finally, everyone who worked here were very accomodating. We've come here several times and it used to be our favorite place for this genre of food. Recently we came on Saturday night and they were out of pizza dough and chicken parmesan - what a disappointment! And similar to Mama D's in Newport Beach, you order a base pasta at a hefty $14 with sauce and protein at additional costs. We tried the pink sauce and it's definitely more red than white, still a very strong acidic tomato base. We ordered meatballs and we received just one! Our bad for not realizing the price was set for "each" but we also didn't like the taste of it. We also tried the rigatoni with alfredo sauce which is our kids favorite, but this time, it needed more salt. The garlic bread was okay, can't go wrong with that. The water dispenser had a gross after taste this time. Overall this experience just turned us off. We found Sister Sicily - also authentic but bigger and fancier place we like better in Yorba Linda that is worth the drive. We do, however, love the staff here. You know what's been missing in north Orange? A great pasta place that makes most of its pastas and sauces in house combined with great quality ingredients! Was alerted of Pasta Party via Nextdoor, and as a big supporter of local businesses (and a big fan of ANYTHING pasta), had to take the kids and check this place out! Pasta Party took over the space of orange tree deli, next to jumbo donuts and orange tree liquor. Decor is minimal and the vibe is definitely fast casual. Ordering can be categorized into either MYO pasta vs everything else (pizza, sandwiches, specialties) Figured to be fair in my review I might as well order a bunch of food (much to the dismay of my wife, lol). Left here with an order of the spaghetti and meatballs with pink sauce, penne with pesto, lasagne and the small margherita pizza. Food is prepared relatively fast considering the quality, the hand tossed pizza coming out first while the lasagne took the longest. Fresh out of the oven margherita pizza is super BOMB, with the fresh tomato and mozzarella playing so well with the basil and oil, this is a dish you have to eat then and there! The hand tossed dough is tasty, though slightly dense (Owner is still tweaking the dough). The pastas were all good, nice and firm with great sauce retention, the pesto and the pink sauces all well rounded. The lasagne is the anti-Stouffer, minimal in nature and light as it could be for a heavy dish. Overall, Pasta Party is the Bo Jackson of Italian-American food in Orange...it won't replace your favorite places but it's convenient and close to enough to satisfy your cravings! read more

i didn't expect much when i simply wanna find a place close by for a quick bite but guess what? this italian restaurant impressed me in terms of the food quality and good service from alex. my 5-yr old has a picky appetite and she almost finished the whole dish of spaghetti with italian sausage and tomato basil sauce. we also tried their 12" pizza deluxe and it was made with fresh ingredient. the soda that they are carrying is italian soda with various fruit flavors. the other good thing is that we weren't sleepy after meal so the food must have contain little or no msg. i can see that we are going to stop by pasta party again very soon. read more
