We visited on a Saturday with a 6:00 PM reservation for six and were seated immediately. We shared three appetizers and three pasta dishes; while the portions were a bit more modest than expected, they were certainly sufficient. Every dish was packed with flavor, and the handmade quality of the pasta really stood out. To top it off, the desserts were exceptional and the service was attentive throughout the evening. The restaurant itself is charming and cozy with simple, tasteful decor and a wonderful atmosphere. It's a fantastic find for anyone looking to support a small, family-owned gem.

Baci Di Firenze in Anaheim Hills is an outstanding, cozy hidden gem that delivers a truly memorable Italian dining experience worth the drive. The exceptionally friendly and helpful wait staff provides excellent recommendations and attentive service in a warm, welcoming environment. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, featuring perfectly cooked, tender pasta, vibrant sauces with a delightful balance of flavor, and exceptionally fresh seafood.

I was craving lasagna, so a quick Yelp search led me here. The moment I walked in, the restaurant gave off an upscale vibe--maybe it was the tablecloths, the wine racks, or the waitstaff in uniform, but it immediately felt like a nice place to settle in. It was a late night, so we didn't want to eat too much. We asked to split the lasagna, and it ended up being the perfect portion for two. The lasagna itself was meaty, rich, and really satisfying. We also ordered the garlic cheese bread. It wasn't as crunchy as we had hoped at first, but the staff was more than happy to remake it for us, which we really appreciated. It definitely tasted better after. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with good food and attentive service. We'll definitely be back.

2/28/26 Baci Italian Restaurant Anaheim, CA... My family came here tonight and had a lovely dinner! The service was good. It took a little longer to get the food, but you need to wait longer for better experience. The restaurant was clean, small, and cozy. We dined in their patio which was still enclosed. My younger daughter ordered the lobster Ravioli. I ordered the lasagna. We shared a garlic cheese bread which came with a marina dipping sauce. My grandkids shared a Chicken tenders and fries. My older daughter and her husband shared regular bread and a seafood pasta. All was so good! Glad we came here!!!

10/10 Pesto Pasta - I built my own pesto dish and it was out of this world! Honestly, one of the best pastas I've had in town, and that says a lot because I'm super picky when it comes to pasta. The sauce was rich, flavorful, and they were generous with it too. Absolute perfection! 6/10 Bread Basket- It's nothing to rave about. The bread wasn't even toasted, it was plain and just served with vinegar and oil. Definitely underwhelming. I won't be ordering this again, but I'm open to trying a different appetizer next time. 10/10 Tiramisu - Holy freaking cow this is the best tiramisu I've ever tasted in my whole entire life!!!! I'm planning to come back just for this delicious dessert. Cost- Pesto Pasta $24.95, Bread Basket $3.95. Everything is before tax and tip.

Great service and great food! My first time here, will definitely be back. Italian food at its finest!!!

What a hidden gem! The dishes were cooked to order and tasted fresh! My hubby approved of the chicken Parmesan. I had the spinach pasta with the seafood in light wine sauce. I loved the fresh pasta but the dish itself was on the lighter side with a lack of flavor but the seafood in it was great. I'd love to try some other dishes though. I loved the Caesar salad they have.

This place is amazing. Let me get the downsize out the way, there are no traditional cocktails available, mostly wine and beer. Now, back to the deliciousness. Baci is a warm and welcoming restaurant serving authentic Italian dishes. A small cozy spot, the owner is good people, always stops by our table whenever around. Some of the best food items I enjoy most is the bruschetta, lobster bisque, bolognese and tiramisu. Plenty of free parking in front.

We felt like Italian food and had never tried this Italian restaurant that is 5 min from our house...so we went to Baci! So happy we did. Definitely a hidden gem. The interior is very dated. I'm not sure if this restaurant has ever been updated. But the delicious straightforward food and the stellar warm customer service makes up for the decor. Tell Jose I say "hi"! lol

My husband laughed at me as I tried to put a slice on a plate because you can't do it. Which is truly authentic. In Naples you eat pizza with a knife and fork because the crust is paper thin in the middle. And the outer crust is eaten more like a piece of chewy bread to sop up the sauce. The one waitress was on her phone when we walked in and seemed kind of bothered that we were interrupting. The location is kind of small so parties of 4+ might have an issue with seating. The salad arrived was less than to be desired and there was barely any dressing. She then dropped off the Meatballs that were cold and I asked to please send them back. Needless to say I was becoming slightly agitated due to being hungry. Then my main dish ordered was not Chicken Alfredo. The other people at my table said that their dishes were amazing. I was like, ill believe it when it comes. I am happy to say that when the dish arrived it was everything that I wanted, and she brought back the meatballs that were warm and her attitude seemed to improve as things got busier and the experience finished very well. He was attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I had to send my food back, and I was honestly a little embarrassed, but Justin handled the situation so graciously. He made me feel completely comfortable and never made me feel bad or like I was inconveniencing anyone. That level of kindness and understanding really stood out and made such a difference in our experience. His outstanding customer service truly went above and beyond. It's rare to receive service this exceptional, and Justin deserves recognition for the incredible job he does. We will definitely be coming back, and we hope to have Justin as our waiter again. Thank you, Justin, for making our visit such a positive experience!

We decided to come here for lunch totally unplanned. I've been here several times, but it was more…read morethan four years since I dined there. I expected it to be crowded as usual and that parking would be insane. Fortunately, and surprisingly, there was plenty of parking. As we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a hostess. When I observed the dining area of the restaurant, it was approximately thirty percent full. The bar contained about the same amount of occupants. We waited two minutes and the hostess took us to our table. Once we were seated, our server immediately came to our table to greet us and take our beverage order. When she came back with our waters, we both ordered the parmesean chicken sandwich. Our orders arrived and I realized I made a huge mistake as I didn't read what was included in the sandwich. I don't eat pork and prosciutto is included. I apologized to our server and told her about my error. She said it would not be an issue at all to make me a new sandwich without the prosciutto. Once my sandwich arrived, I dove in, and it was good! I wish the chicken was a little meatier and juicy, though. I also didn't really taste too much of the mozzarella and provolone. I love that melted cheese you get with the bite, but it sort of was lacking. The sauces were prevalent and tasty. It wasn't the best I've had, but still good, nonetheless. I had a side of salad and it was just a regular mixed green salad. The service was fantastic! Our server was extremely attentive and friendly. I didn't catch her name, but she had her long, blondish-brown hair in a ponytail braid. I love the ambiance with how open, bright, and airy it feels. Here's the breakdown: Food - 4/5 Service - 5/5 Ambiance - 5/5 I would definitely recommend this place for drinks and appetizers with a really nice ambiance and great service!
