Yoooooooooooooooo! This spot is modestly fire I probably order takeout from here like once or twice a month whenever I'm craving that old school Italian comfort food type vibe. I'm not gonna lie though... it is kinda pricey for pasta but the recipes really remind me of grandma cooking -- super traditional, hearty, old-school Italian style. Nothing wrong with that at all, it's just personally I'm more of a pink sauce, creamy vodka sauce kinda guy these days Usually my go-to order is the Chef's Special rigatoni with sausage and mushrooms in that porcini sauce That dish never really misses for me. I also ALWAYS gotta get the breaded lamb chops with the peppercorn sauce because those are honestly one of the best things on the menu in my opinion. Crispy outside, juicy inside, sauce goes crazy This time though I decided to switch it up and tried the Linguine Sarno. It was good overall, seafood was solid, pasta cooked right, but I honestly wish it had more spice to it I kept waiting for a little kick that never fully came. Still decent though if you like lighter seafood pasta flavors. Also quick warning about the calamari because I learned the hard way last time make sure you finish it the SAME day. Once it sits overnight it turns super hard and chewy. Even tossing it in the air fryer the next day couldn't save it lol. One thing I will say is the service can be a little slower than expected sometimes. I usually call my order in like an hour ahead before getting off work, and this time when I got there it still wasn't ready yet But to be fair, the staff has always been really friendly, professional, and respectful every time I come through, so it kinda balances out. Ambiance is pretty much your standard quiet Italian restaurant vibes Nothing super modern or trendy, no loud music, just calm, chill, old-school dinner atmosphere where everybody's just there to eat good pasta and mind their business Overall still a solid comfort food spot when you're in the mood for classic Italian flavors

We visited on a Saturday with a 6:00 PM reservation for six and were seated immediately. We shared three appetizers and three pasta dishes; while the portions were a bit more modest than expected, they were certainly sufficient. Every dish was packed with flavor, and the handmade quality of the pasta really stood out. To top it off, the desserts were exceptional and the service was attentive throughout the evening. The restaurant itself is charming and cozy with simple, tasteful decor and a wonderful atmosphere. It's a fantastic find for anyone looking to support a small, family-owned gem.

I was craving lasagna, so a quick Yelp search led me here. The moment I walked in, the restaurant gave off an upscale vibe--maybe it was the tablecloths, the wine racks, or the waitstaff in uniform, but it immediately felt like a nice place to settle in. It was a late night, so we didn't want to eat too much. We asked to split the lasagna, and it ended up being the perfect portion for two. The lasagna itself was meaty, rich, and really satisfying. We also ordered the garlic cheese bread. It wasn't as crunchy as we had hoped at first, but the staff was more than happy to remake it for us, which we really appreciated. It definitely tasted better after. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with good food and attentive service. We'll definitely be back.

10/10 Pesto Pasta - I built my own pesto dish and it was out of this world! Honestly, one of the best pastas I've had in town, and that says a lot because I'm super picky when it comes to pasta. The sauce was rich, flavorful, and they were generous with it too. Absolute perfection! 6/10 Bread Basket- It's nothing to rave about. The bread wasn't even toasted, it was plain and just served with vinegar and oil. Definitely underwhelming. I won't be ordering this again, but I'm open to trying a different appetizer next time. 10/10 Tiramisu - Holy freaking cow this is the best tiramisu I've ever tasted in my whole entire life!!!! I'm planning to come back just for this delicious dessert. Cost- Pesto Pasta $24.95, Bread Basket $3.95. Everything is before tax and tip.

2/28/26 Baci Italian Restaurant Anaheim, CA... My family came here tonight and had a lovely dinner! The service was good. It took a little longer to get the food, but you need to wait longer for better experience. The restaurant was clean, small, and cozy. We dined in their patio which was still enclosed. My younger daughter ordered the lobster Ravioli. I ordered the lasagna. We shared a garlic cheese bread which came with a marina dipping sauce. My grandkids shared a Chicken tenders and fries. My older daughter and her husband shared regular bread and a seafood pasta. All was so good! Glad we came here!!!

Baci Di Firenze in Anaheim Hills is an outstanding, cozy hidden gem that delivers a truly memorable Italian dining experience worth the drive. The exceptionally friendly and helpful wait staff provides excellent recommendations and attentive service in a warm, welcoming environment. Every dish feels thoughtfully prepared, featuring perfectly cooked, tender pasta, vibrant sauces with a delightful balance of flavor, and exceptionally fresh seafood.

What a hidden gem! The dishes were cooked to order and tasted fresh! My hubby approved of the chicken Parmesan. I had the spinach pasta with the seafood in light wine sauce. I loved the fresh pasta but the dish itself was on the lighter side with a lack of flavor but the seafood in it was great. I'd love to try some other dishes though. I loved the Caesar salad they have.

This place is amazing. Let me get the downsize out the way, there are no traditional cocktails available, mostly wine and beer. Now, back to the deliciousness. Baci is a warm and welcoming restaurant serving authentic Italian dishes. A small cozy spot, the owner is good people, always stops by our table whenever around. Some of the best food items I enjoy most is the bruschetta, lobster bisque, bolognese and tiramisu. Plenty of free parking in front.

We felt like Italian food and had never tried this Italian restaurant that is 5 min from our house...so we went to Baci! So happy we did. Definitely a hidden gem. The interior is very dated. I'm not sure if this restaurant has ever been updated. But the delicious straightforward food and the stellar warm customer service makes up for the decor. Tell Jose I say "hi"! lol

Is there a corkage fee at Baci's Anaheim?

I just read the corkage fee is 35.

    Has the restaurant changed owners?

    No.

What are your hours and where are they posted? We're big fans of Baci but we can't keep track of when you're open for lunch vs dinner only and which days you're closed. The only thing I see on your website is Thurs you're open at 4:30 for dinner.

Their hours are posted on their website: www.bacidifirenzetratrattoria.com Lunch: Mon - Fri: 11am - 3 pm…

Do they have outdoor or indoor dining available?

Yes they have both indoor and semi enclosed outdoor dining.

Does anyone have a contact email for them? I need to contact about an order I had and I cannot find one at all.

Is it food that taste so good u could have a Birthday at it?

I think it would be a nice place for a birthday. The owner is great and would be more than accommodating. You will be satisfied with the food also.

Not all are homemade. Certain dishes are

Is this restaurant affiliated with or owned by family members of Baci in San Diego?

It was originally owed by the owner of Baci’s in Huntington Beach. They sold it to the current owner more than 10 years ago. Don’t know about San Diego.

Do you offer any gluten-free pasta or gluten-free items other than maybe a salad?

Yes! The owner can make anything you like the way you want it made 😊

    Anyone had the Cioppino here?

Yes it's fantastic, just like everything else on the menu!

They offer bar seating and booth / table Follow the wall from Randy's donuts and Look for a wall of Japanese sake/beer barrels and head towards the restaurant - the rolling boil. There will be a check in host and stand there and wait (it will be located up against the wall with a big secret door right next to the hostess station) It's very New York inside. When I first came in Spring with the amazing, Karen, the menu and everything was great Now, I took my friend who was in town from Nashville and it was a brand new theme. It's the great Gatsby. Even our waitress, Jasmine was dressed for the occasion. I would say this place is known for Absinthe. They have cocktails featuring it or you can get one of the huge apparatus (huge and glowing green) which, if you are into it? I highly recommend. Just one of the huge apparatus makes one regular drink. Or, what Karen and I did, was split it and make it into a shot for the both of us. The waitress comes out and shows you how it works and goes over everything. Karen, who I came with, was a pro and knew her way around it. She showed me the ropes lol. Honestly, if you are here? When in Rome. Go all out and try it, since it's where they shine here. They took off a few menu items and added some themed drinks. ( a couple new champagne themed drinks) They have big entree items but I suggest small bites and sharing and mostly coming for the drinks. There's no bathroom inside, so you do have to leave the bar and go to the closest one (over behind Randy's donuts) and then enter the speakeasy again Both times coming here I've never had an issue. It's a small, packed place. And yet they still have the cocktails flowing and the food coming out in a good time. So the food and drinks are good Atmosphere is lovely. Service is good. Especially for it usually being very busy in here This place is located inside the Anaheim packing district. So I suggest hitting up a couple other spots before or afterwards for some more food or drinks P.S. it is very dark In here. They never cared if we used our light to look at the menu. However, they do not want flash photography They also do not strictly enforce a dress code (my friend from Nashville asked) however, they suggest dressing business casual and not too underdressed

I really liked the clarified strawberry drink, similar to strawberry and cream. I ordered a drink after that unfortunately forgot the name (photo attached with a tall glass) but there was no special cocktail craft taste to it. Just hard liquor taste and undrinkable :( the bartender kindly offered another drink. Unfortunately none of the food was the least bit good. Steak and fries was ordered medium rare and cooked to medium well with what seemed like no seasoning was on there at all. Crab cake was just ok and the slaw beneath it was drenched in a vinaigrette that was just sour and unpleasant. And the Mac and cheese, as we were very hopeful and looking forward to, was probably the blandest Mac and cheese we ever had. We asked the lady bartender for salt and she handed us, no exaggeration (and you guys will probably think I am) a salt shaker with 10 grains of salt in it and said "looks like there's a lil something you could still get out of there" My jaw dropped. But yeah. The shredded meat on top of the Mac and cheese was cooked beyond the point of edible. That one was unfortunately sent back bc we just couldn't eat it. We were bummed over all mostly about the food.
