The reviews were few and mixed. And although I was a little skeptical, I still decided to give them a try. And I am actually glad I did. First of all. I wanted to place my order over the phone (Hands free) while driving so that i would not waste any time as they were closing soon. So, I called and it is the first time that I've ever placed an order with a virtual assistant. It was different but It worked out just fine. I just wish i could have spoken my CC information instead of having to enter it manually on my phone's keypad as they do require that you pre-pay for your order. So, i had to pull over for 2 minutes in order to do this. From there, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. I placed my order for 3 by phone at 8:20PM, about 40 min before closing time. When I arrived at 8:43pm. The food was packaged and ready for me. The interior of the restaurant is fairly large, it is modern with comfortable lighting. The Exterior is all glass with through visibility. It is well lit and So is the facade sign. Which makes the restaurant easy to spot from the street at night. They have a nice communal outdoor space on a large wooden deck with tables and umbrellas. That space is shared with the neighboring restaurants. The menu is varied. They offer Noodle soups, salads, mac and cheese, noodle bowls, Kids meals, sides, beverages and desserts. and as per the name, their specialty is Noodles. So, every dish has noodles in it. My To Go order consisted of a Chicken Noodle Soup, a Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi and a mediterranean Chicken Salad. All were well packaged and when i got home everything was still warm. Everything was surprisingly delicious. The portions are just right. The prices are very reasonable. I should add that everyone was friendly. Overall, this was a great first time experience and I will definitely be going back for more. I would highly recommend trying Noodles and Company.

The chicken was tender, juicy, and nicely charred, with a delicious grilled flavor in every bite. The plate also came with a fresh cucumber-and-tomato salad, pickled vegetables, and a creamy yogurt-based sauce. I really liked how everything came together--the freshness of the salad and tanginess of the pickles balanced the savory, seasoned chicken perfectly. The portions were generous, and everything looked fresh and appetizing when I opened the box. This is definitely the kind of meal where you keep going back for "just one more bite." Everything was well prepared and flavorful, just like I remembered. The portions are big, the kind where if you're not a huge eater you can easily turn one plate into two meals. Always appreciate that. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the place felt clean and well kept. It has that family-run feel, which adds to the experience. The only thing that's changed a bit over the years is the value. Prices are definitely higher than I remember, but honestly that seems to be the case everywhere these days. The generous portions help balance that out. Staff was friendly; however, I thought my order would be ready at 11am as specified online & upon entering they were technically still closed & told me it would be ready in approximately 10 minutes. Pricing is not too bad (16.99) but you get more rice than anything else (chicken kabob portions were generous). The first time this happened, I didn't think much of it because the pizza was loaded with toppings and tasted great. Waiting a few extra minutes felt worth it. This time? Different story. The pizza that showed up looked noticeably lighter on toppings than our first order. It wasn't just me being picky--even my husband immediately commented, "That's weird, it didn't look like that before." When your customer notices the difference before taking a bite, that's probably not a great sign. Since this was the second time getting a premature "ready for pickup" notification, I asked why it keeps happening. Noah, who was helping at the register, simply said, "I don't know." While honest, it's not exactly the most confidence-inspiring customer service response. I then spoke with someone else who explained that they were backed up and had to print out all the orders and when they print the orders, the system automatically sends a "pizza is ready" message--even though the pizza is not ready. The bigger issue for me wasn't the wait--it was the lack of consistency. Our first pizza was excellent and generously topped. The second felt like a completely different product at the same price point. There are a lot of pizza options in the area at similar prices, and consistency matters. Unfortunately, based on our last experience, we'll probably be taking our business elsewhere.
