As funny as it may seem, my mom's gestures must be universal as he understood when she was wanting a to go box too. So I've been here a few times and always enjoyed the atmosphere, but today was exceptionally loud. The gentleman that sat just to the table next to ours was a loud and animated individual. Being that my mom's wears hearing aids she had a hard time hearing over his talking. Other than that individual, the rest of the customers weren't as loud and could have made for a calmer lunch. Now as for the important part. The food was tasty and the pasta was perfectly cooked. My mom enjoyed her dish as well and don't forget the cheese bread. This is one place I wouldn't hesitate to go back to. Enjoy!!!

The restaurant was fairly quiet with maybe a few patrons inside. The patio had lawn chairs and bolted down tables. Not really a place I would've chosen but once we received the food and took a bite i didn't care about the chairs. The cheese pizza was so tasty, the mozzarella cheese pull looked like a commercial cheese pull. I don't usually care for cheese pizza but I loved it. We also tried the fried mozzarella sticks on a second visit, and those were just as good. It feels like they make their own fresh mozzarella. A friend of ours tried their chicken parmesan and devoured the whole plate. All in all, the food would definitely get me to come back. Also, they do allow dogs in the patio. This was a plus because we got to have lunch with our pup. We will definitely be back to try other things on their menu.

The live music was a nice touch that I didn't know they had. Anyways they have a pretty sizable menu of both food and drinks. I had the lobster ravioli but someone in the group ordered a meatball sub and that looked really tasty. We ordered appetizers and everyone their own dinner, a variety of things. My dish was good it as rich and a hearty serving. It was good but didn't knock my socks off. Others in my group were blown away and raved about their dishes so that's good. Plenty of parking, great friendly service and good food. This place was full and consistently seating people all night seems like the spot of cypress.

At any given time, there could be 6-12 of us from work. The place has ample parking & it usually isn't crowded midday, during the work week. We always, always ask for Tina! We sat in Tina's section once & never went back. She treated us with such care, almost like motherly love. She's efficient & fast because she knows we're on our lunch break, so time is crucial. Drinks are brought quickly, food is brought out as soon as something is ready, she gets us boxes & the check before we even have to ask. This lady knows what it means to hustle - but the customer service is definitely not lost during all that hustle. The food is piping hot & cooked to perfection... they have a great lunch menu! Between the 8 of us who just went on Friday (7/17/26), we got chicken with pesto pasta, spicy chicken pasta & a spicy shrimp pasta. The lunch menu comes with a house or Caesar salad and garlic bread (so good!). Tina is a definite asset to Buca... She's so good to us & she's even fun to chat with! We have many choices for lunch and the Westminster in Garden Grove area, but she is part of the reason we go back to Buca. She makes it fun AND she takes excellent care of us... Why wouldn't we go back to see her?! Thank you for the excellent customer service, Tina!

It was pretty calm for a weekday, but better safe than sorry. We were seated in a super comfy U-shaped booth with a beautiful view of the restaurant. Hospitality was amazing from the start. Our host was friendly. Our server was incredible. Our waters were never empty. Someone was always checking in without making us feel rushed. They primarily use QR code menus, but paper menus are available upon request. We ordered the Beef Carpaccio, Crab Roe Spaghetti, plus the Miso Picanha Steak. The Beef Carpaccio was a great start. The portion was generous, though I do wish the beef was sliced a little thinner. I loved the truffle aioli. The arugula with apple added some freshness that balanced everything out really well. The Crab Roe Spaghetti was probably my favorite. I wish the sauce was just a tad thicker, but once everything was mixed together, the noodles held onto it pretty well. They did NOT hold back on the crab either. There was crab in basically every bite with that seafood flavor coming through strong. It almost reminded me of lobster bisque in pasta form. Amazing. Yum. The Miso Picanha Steak was a little more mixed for me. The miso flavor came through nicely. It was also cooked perfectly medium rare. Unfortunately, the steak itself was pretty tough. I was really looking forward to that signature fat cap you get with picanha. It became a little bit of a struggle to chew after a while. BUT THE POTATOES??? I genuinely didn't know potatoes could taste that good. Easily some of the best potatoes I've ever had. The broccolini was cooked perfectly too. Whatever that orange sauce was on the plate, I need it in my fridge immediately. Between the food, beautiful space, plus incredible hospitality, INI absolutely lived up to the hype for me. Kei Concepts, please expand to San Diego. But for now, ill make the drive.
