Always had a great attitude and were quick to answer all the questions I had. Pay was very reasonable, and I always had a great looking pool that looked like new. They installed a new pool pump for me, gave great advice on how to take care of my pool, and never once had any issues with their technicians. Cons: The services used to pay were complicated, which led to confusion and frustration. They were initially very understanding but my failure to adapt to it led to some late payments (which I thought were paid) and resulted in me ending the services. I believe shortly after I stopped using Nu Wave they changed the services they used to process payments so you should not have to deal with the same issues I had to. Final verdict: All in all, definitely worth it.
