I went to fix my 3 year old tricycle she had two flat tires, I surprised her two days ago with it and it went from two flat tires because that was the only problem to both back tires not working at all because they put the tires inside out I called to speak to a manager and the lady on the phone got back on the phone asking for details in why I would like to speak to a manager... so I went on in telling her what they did to my daughters tric n she said she can pull up my receipt n would call me right back. It was my daughter bday n I noticed they did the job bad where her cute little tric couldn't even move they out the wrong screws couldn't even put the spacer it needed. This lady never called me back n I called back 40 min later n they never answered me. I paid $40 so they can just change the back flat tires n the job came worst n they didn't even bother to call back. Very disappointed that my local bike shop did this. read more

I will be coming back! My pedal stripped the socket on the crank as I was riding on the bike path. This was the closest bike shop. I called and told the guy what happened, and he seemed very knowledgeable. I walked my bike to the shop. The shop itself has a lot of useful bike related items and looks cool. I gave the guy my bike and he said the replacement part would be $20. He started working in my bike right away. He also told me my front tire was loose and he fixed that. The cost for the part and labor was $32. I think that's a great price for how quickly he fixed my bike. I met a nice costumer at the shop too. We talked about bike riding. One of the workers said he rode 100 miles the day before. We were both impressed. It also showed that the workers also ride bikes themselves. I was in and out the shop in less than 1/2 hour. I rode my bike back home. Super happy read more

This place it is always my go to place to get a bike or fix one ! I did fix my daughters 1973 Schwinn they re-greased all the bearings and did a tuneup it was about $100 , what a great job they did ! I did buy a 29 inch GT performer Great price I had it on layaway for about two weeks and got it out ! With all the crazy madness they weren't supposed to put it on layaway because everyone wants these bikes but they did it for me anyways and I do think them for that! read more

I hadn't ridden my beloved Merckx for about a year so my bike needed a tune-up before my first ride. I did over 20 miles today and they did an awesome job with my Merckx. My wife has an older Schwinn bike that was in bad shape so brought it in to have a complete overhaul. They stripped it down completely and It did need some new parts. In the end I have a brand new bike again and at a great price. They did a fantastic job. And while I was there looked at there new bike selection and ended up getting me a 7 speed beach cruiser.
