Dwight and Sue's Shop not only gave me a helping hand but lent me the tools needed to take off a drivers door from his selection of E30s & E46s in his lot. Out of sheer luck Dwight had a E46 in Alpine White with a un-tarnished drivers door. We negotiated a very reasonable price (including the window/window regulator/door shell) that was a fraction of what it would have cost to get this outsourced elsewhere. Dwight is a master mechanic of BMWs and a genuine person... Hope this establishment sticks around another 25 years!

The issue in my car was a known Lexus part failure--you would think the DEALER would know about and look for that. I walked out with a repair bill of $1300 (had to replace my rear struts too but for half what dealer wanted to charge). Ted and Mike were awesome, super patient and explained all the issues. I will take my car here for ALL maintenance and any repair that comes up. Even my tires. Such a gem, and so close to home. I felt confident when I checked out that I had gotten quality service and parts. Bill explained which parts would be of higher-quality, and not just purchased through AutoZone. The labor is expensive, but you have to understand that that's how they make any money. My car is running great now!
