Oooooooh my God, Pat's is the OTHER restaurant we patronize at least twice a week. There is literally not a single unpalatable item on their menu. And -- hey! -- speaking of the Pat's menu, you can order from it online, which is a bonus for all of us who enjoy either minimal human interaction or celebrating epic slothitude (the site also keeps you updated on the status of your order). And, as a testament to Pat's greatness, they've added a ton of restaurants in the area over the past year. The menu has something for everyone. I'm not kidding. From the best tuna clubs ever made to rock-your-face-off buffalo chicken wraps to uber-customisable pizzas to seriously tasty quesadillas to.... a TON of foodly offerings (all of which can be customised exactly to your liking), you'll find something that will tickle your fancy harder than it's ever been tickled. In addition to offering some of the yummiest food in the tri-county area, Pat's customer service is a-plus. If they have a question about your order, they'll call you to make sure they're preparing everything exactly to your liking. And, in the year and a half we've been frequenting Pat's, they've only messed up twice (both times involved not putting any lettuce on Italian hoagies). Even their delivery guys are just bundles of personality who usually have some funny anecdote or friendly conversation to share, and never seem to mind the unreasonable amount of milkshakes they have to deliver to our apartment (hell, they usually make a point of thanking us for their tips). Pat's is definitely a prime example of all-around greatness and how food service ought to be. Pat's does, however, get half a star knocked off for having a very limited dessert menu (this could be an instance of quality over quantity, but I still think they should serve cannolis) and another for their pasta dishes being a little less dazzling than the rest of their menu (though I do rather dig their fettuccine alfredo). Otherwise, Pat's is one of the best food establishments in the area and you're doing yourself a terrible disservice if you don't immediately start sampling everything on their almost-intimidating, terrifically customisable menu. read more

So since my first review a few years ago, my wife and I had a baby so we found ourselves ordering more and more from Pats. I just wanted to say that while the food is fine... the delivery guys keep walking on my grass. Is it a big deal? yes and no... it's not the end of the world, but I spend a lot of money in having it mowed and trying to make it look nice. Last night, I had a delivery come to the house, I opened the door and the driver started walking across my lawn. I politely yelled out to him, "would you mind please not walking on my lawn? if you could walk around, that would be great!!! thanks" By the time he got up to the front door, he had a scowl on his face. Didn't say a word... just handed me my food and the receipt for me to sign. He didn't thank me for my order or apologize for walking on the lawn. Unreal... Pat's website requires you to give a tip when paying by credit card. So I actually gave this kid money for him to treat me like that. Why do I order from this place? read more

Bad pizza is bad pizza. I was over in Cherry Hill, and had an awkward half hour break between meetings to grab some food. I decided to go to Pat's since it was just across the street and figured it would be quick. The place had plenty of seating, an aura of moderate cleanliness, and a soda machine to suggest low prices. I ordered a slice of mushroom and a slice of pineapple - and like most places that do slices, they add the topping to a readymade cheese pie and reheat. I was okay with that except, they did a very shoddy job of cutting the canned pineapple before putting it on the slice. The slice had 3 or 4 1" cubes, which I ate as 1" cubes of pineapple instead of a slice of pineapple pizza. The rest of slice wasn't great either; it tasted like toast with ketchup and cheese. Props to the owners for quick service, overall cleanliness and low prices; one extra star. In all, I don't think I'll go here again. If I do, I'll order some pineapple and a slice of pizza. read more

Let me first say that I have never ordered from or have ever been to the Cherry Hill location before, but order from the Marlton location fairly regularly, and the food is overall pretty decent. Unfortunately after my very frustrating experience tonight, I will likely never order from Pat's again. Tonight I ordered dinner on the Pat's Select website at 9:27pm to be picked up in Marlton and getting my order in the nick of time making the online order cutoff by 3 minutes. This is despite thinking how the posted hours on their own site, Google, and even here on Yelp all state their closing time is at 11pm. But i figure, who cares? I got the order in on time... When I get to Marlton at about 9:50, I am told they don't have my order, and figure out that the order was sent to the Cherry Hill location somehow (I am 100% certain that I selected Marlton, and in absolutely no way would have selected Cherry Hill on the web site). I ask the woman at the counter to call and cancel the order at Cherry Hill and just make it where I'm at. The woman said no problem, but had to go check if the kitchen is still open. As she does that, the Cherry Hill location calls me, and I try to explain that I'm in Marlton. I am cut off by the person on the other end that literally says "Let me speak! We got your order but our kitchen is closed, so we didn't make your order." Umm what? So had I known my order was sent there and had gone to the Cherry Hill location in the first place, I STILL wouldn't have gotten my order? I simply hung up on the guy because I couldn't believe any food service business thinks it's ok to take nearly 30 minutes to call a customer and tell them they aren't filling an order. Meanwhile, back in Marlton, I am told the kitchen just closed and the best they can do is make us salads. Sorry, but I didn't go to a pizza joint to get just salad. The staff in Marlton always seem nice enough, and apologized, but I honestly think it is simply unacceptable to have an inaccurate and not properly functioning web site, especially in this day and age when a close majority of orders are now placed through sites and apps. read more

Pat's is fairly generic but the food is good. The overall layout of the store looks "blah" with zero authenticity (think Target or Kohls furnishing here). The food however is good. I mean it's burgers and sandwiches and fries. It's not rocket science, however I've had worse. The dining quarters is spacious however and cleanliness is not an issue- even down to the spotless bathrooms. The wait staff is nice and do go out of their way to treat you like family. Sorry but I really don't like Pats. Their pizza is terrible. The crust is just bad. Too much sauce makes the cheese slide off. Their cheesesteaks are equally bad. The salads are simple and bland. Fries are bland. It's such a nice place inside and everyone is super friendly. I live right down the street and I wish this place was better as its so easy. But I just don't like the food. read more

Food to try for sure....Turkey Burger with Shrimp & Crab Bisque....excellent. Pasta Pesto Salad is big enough for two. Southwest Chicken Wrap, huge, wonderful, expect left overs. The only draw back is that the menu is so large it is difficult to make a selection. Please don't expect your typical pizza/steak shop. The menu is very appealing and so is the execution. pat's is a favorite spot for the office to order food from. i've only eaten at the restaurant about twice. so this is mainly based on delivery. ok, first, i'd like to address the issue of "rude service" that people complain about. a) never experienced it, b) what are you expecting at a cheesesteaks-to-go establishment in south jersey? this is not buddakan. it's pat's. c) who cares what they're like on the phone... they get huge orders here in less than 30 minutes, and the deliveryman is nice! other than that - the food is delicious, always hot, and the prices are totally reasonable. i have no issues with pat's. read more

I ordered out and had the food delivered to my house. It definitely took me at least 10 minutes to order my food on the phone, the girl taking my order had a hard time hearing me over whatever was going on. I ordered the salmon burger which I must say is extremely tasty. Not many olaces offer beef burger alternatives beyond turkey, and chicken. It was seasoned correctly, and the sauce on top was even better. Only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because my fries were cold both times I ordered. read more

I've always loved Pat's. They have such a variety of items on the menu and every single thing I've tried has been very good (not what I would call excellent necessarily but very good) - from the pizza to the wings, salads and sandwiches. Last night 3 of us went to Pat's for dinner. Two of us split a large buffalo chicken stromboli, which was HUGE and tasted very good - had a nice buffalo kick to it but was somewhat balanced out with the mozzarella and blue cheese. When the waitress brought my 2nd glass of water, she ended up spilling it all over the table. The table really took the brunt of it - my food didn't really get wet, and I only got a few drops of water actually on me. Well, the waitress apologized all over herself and took my plate away. She then brought a brand new stromboli, a whole large one! That was much more than I needed (all I had really wanted was for her to clean up the water)...but then on top of that, she offered a free dessert so I came home with more than half of a stromboli as well as a big slice of cheesecake. It's one thing to serve great food but another thing entirely to offer great service as well. I didn't need the extra food, but the fact that our waitress went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer and not upset about her spill is what made the difference. We tried Pat's long ago when it first opened and didn't love it so we haven't been back. The other day, they hosted a fundraiser so we came to support and buy a dessert for my daughter and I was beyond impressed with their menu. Thus, I went for lunch yesterday and ordered the quinoa salad. Really looked great on the menu - execution missed the mark. It was listed as baby kale and quinoa salad. I'm trying not to eat extra sugars so I asked for no apples and dressing on the side. The quinoa was mushy like oatmeal and also was mixed with shredded carrots (which it did not say on the menu and they have a ton of sugar in them). Additionally, the broccoli was not fresh - I'm guessing frozen thawed. The baby kale was fresh, but that's about it for the positive. The dressing was not good to my tastes. Oh and the almonds had some sort of sugary coating on them. Ick. It was a very sweet, unhealthy salad. I'm sorry, but Pat's is still a no in my book. read more

Advice for those placing an order for delivery: CHECK YOUR ORDER before the driver leaves! Sadly, our orders are repeatedly wrong & missing items. We keep ordering because the food is above average most of the time. I gave only three stars because as I write we are waiting for the French fries, lemon slices & cups we ordered to have our lunch. The cheese steaks we ordered will be cold by the time the rest of the order comes... (again!). There is a disconnect between the ordering and packaging that needs to be addressed to provide a satisfying experience for the customers who opt for delivery. If this were not a repeated issue we would have given them 4 stars. Before you tip the driver (as we always do @ $5.00 an order, there's also a 1.99 delivery fee) check your order! read more

We order from Pat's from time to time. I love their online ordering feature. The food quality is good but their customer services is exceptional. They are always sending coupons. I decided to order their "party pizza" for my son's birthday party. The coupon I had expired. Didn't matter - they honored it anyway. One warning - the party pizza has 18 slices. It's enormous! It's 18 large sicilian slices. We ordered 3 pizzas for 36 people. We finished one pie and only a few slices out of the second. We're going to be eating pizza for months! Kudos to the people there for doing such a wonderful job both with food and with their customer service. Tonight we ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak, pizza steak, and cheesy bread. Got waffle fries and regular fries with the sandwiches. Buffalo chicken was just chicken doused with an excessive amount of franks red hot. It was awful. The pizza steak wasn't as terrible, but the cheap marinara sauce made it pretty bad. The waffle fries and regular fries were soggy, could have been ok if they left them in the fryer long enough. Ordered delivery from here the other day. We ordered onion rings, buffalo wings and seared tuna and avocado salad. The salad was delicious! I didn't expect it to be so fresh and have so many flavors that blended well. I would definitely recommend trying it. It was like a salad you would expect to get from a fancy restaurant, but with a reasonable price. The onion rings were not that good and the wings were good but nothing special. The salad made for for it all though. I am definitely looking forward to ordering another salad from here and trying the pizza. The delivery time was quick too!
