Unreal!!! 28 years in the service industry and I would never treat a guest with the lack of respect and integrity that I have received from this establishment. Try to wrap your head around a restaurant haphazardly attempting to justify to you on more than one occasion that 40 to 45 minutes before their posted closing time they refuse to take your pickup order because "I should know that restaurants close their kitchen before their closing time". The manager hung up on me upon finding out that I've previously faced this issue with them. If you post your hours until 11PM, you should expect that people will call at 10:15. I previously filed a complaint with the company, that states on their website that they follow up on all claims, and wouldn't you know that I never received correspondence. Believe me, I know that the last hour is not your favorite time of the day when you're trying to clean up, and I can understand if it was for delivery and they want to have the driver out the door for a last run. But everyone has a different lifestyle and schedule and there must be some accountability on the part of the business based on the hours THEY set. Upon requesting the name of the manager for a reference to contact their corporate office, I'm told that "It's private information and I'm not permitted to have it" (yet they wear nametags while on duty). Instead of offering clarity on their company's standards regarding hours and guiding me to the proper channel to voice my displeasure, they invested their time to stay on the phone and pompously inform me that "I should know that no restaurant serves food up until they close". To which it then became clear as to of the level of sophistication and ignorant complacency of the individuals representing this company who I have just painfully engaged in a battle of wits with. I once thought I had found a place in the neighborhood where a polite hello and cordial familiarity would encompass occasional visits when you are looking for the quick takeout meal with your wife after a long day. Closing arbitrarily is one issue that initiates frustration, but to garnish that with the disgusting display lacking professionalism and reasonable means of offering clarity for what a customer might expect as a standard by which any self-respecting food service establishment would uphold themselves to. Accountability and culturing relationships with your community are essential to the success of a restaurant, and for some reason this establishment has recently chosen to abandon these values to the extent of insulting their potential guests. One star is for the food usually meeting the expectations of a corner pizza shop. read more

Pretty pricy if you're ordering for a family of 4+, but the food is pretty good. The salads are very good, especially the Caesar! The delivery does take awhile, as some of the other reviews have noted. I would recommend dining in or taking out. read more

Why the hell am I waiting 7 mins after they said the restaurant would be open at 10 and it 10:07. I am really displeased and think that if your gonna say it's open at 10 you should open at 10 I am a very nice person and for me to have to wait in the rain then in the heat is unacceptable and I please ask that you make a change about the time. It's not right we are here waiting and they aren't letting inside. Something tells me they aren't even the kind of people to do you the solid and make you pancakes even if they aren't on the menu even though you know they have the stuff to make them :///:: this shit beat as hell. Never coming back again.also the man cleaning the windows was giving us some gay as look like dafaq you looking at. No wifi and no returns pee on pats, I put down a star for every 5 minutes we had to wait. We were waiting in the humid sun. And next time make sure your server isn't outside picking his nose k thanks AFTER MEAL- OKAY WHAT THE ACTUAL HECK. I asked for a simple cup of water. A complimentary cup of water and this rude lady said NO WATER FOR YOU. Excuse me. Last time I checked water is free. Then the man came up and tried to give us cups but she ripped it from his hands. Your marriage is not my issue. I just want my free water. So the man took it from her and got us our own water (not to mention had a hair in it before) which I am very capable of getting my own water. So other than the water incident I also ordered a Vegetarian pizza. Guess what was on the pizza. MEAT WAS ON THAT PIZZA.the lady up front in the register is very rude. She gives you so much attitude for no apparent reason. I was kindly asking for a cup but she rolled her eyes and gave me the rudest manners. Not the hip hoppiest. My food came so late we need to replace the servers. Also they have a machine that is supposed to hand out stick on tattoos, but this machine gave out raUNCHY FUCKING STICKERS. MY CHILD DOES NOT WANT A STICKER OF A PUN RELATED STRIPPER. She just wanted a flower tattoo and happiness. She was let down today. If there was a way to give Pat's a NEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING, I absolutely would. My co-workers and I travel all over the country for business and get food delivered to hotels every week. I have never been treated worse in my entire life than I was by the manager on duty (Timmy) at Pat's. They sent items I had not ordered, so I politely called back to let them know, fully expecting them to bring back the difference and take the extra food back. I was extremely surprised to be told by the manager that they don't make mistakes and that it was impossible for the order to be incorrect. I informed him otherwise and was literally called a liar. After all that, I opened up the pizza, only to find a dead fly in it. I wish I could say that I'm embellishing this story, but it actually happened. Never again will I make the mistake of ordering from this poor excuse for a restaurant. Frankly, they ought to be ashamed of how they treat their customers, especially their repeat ones. They obviously have a very unprofessional and juvenile staff there, especially their "managers." read more

I visited a Pat's Select for the first time on Saturday with a friend (Washington Twp) and everything was awesome (food, service, ambiance), and so the next day (Mother's Day) when I was in Cherry Hill visiting my mother, I was thrilled to see that this location had become a 'Select'. We had been looking for a place for lunch...something nice since it was Mother's Day...but not a long, drawn-out meal as we had to drive to Maryland for my son's soccer game later that day. I thought Pat's would be a perfect fit. When we walked in, there was one other family that was just being seated and another family that looked like they were just starting their meal. And then us....3 tables total. We were seated about 12:40pm (actually sat ourselves because no one acknowledged us). The hostess came over within a minute or two with menus and stated that our waitress would be with us shortly. After about a 5 minute wait, the hostess - taking pity on us - came back and took our drink order. Around 12:50pm there was a sudden bustle of activity.....about 3 or 4 staff members started setting up a large table right next to us. No only plates and utensils, but huge bowls of salad started coming out, as did huge baskets of bread/rolls. (And the table was still empty at this point). At around 1pm, our waitress finally appeared to take our order (again, there were only 3 occupied tables in the place, including ours). I got up to go to the bathroom and having seen the baskets of bread on the empty table, I stopped at the counter and asked if we could get some bread for our table (even offered to pay for it) since I had 3 hungry kids and had been there for 20 minutes already and just had our order taken. The response I got was, "oh, we don't give bread here. The owner's family is coming in for that big table, so the bread is special for them." REALLY???? So at this point, we had been in the restaurant for about 30 minutes with only drinks...and couldn't event get some bread for our kids??? Our food finally came around 1:20. For those doing the math, that's a 40 minute wait for a salad. I will, however, say that the food was very good. Everyone at the table got different things and everyone enjoyed their meals....thus the 3 stars. I would like to suggest to the owners that they consider closing to the public the next time they want to hold a family event there, since the service to the non-family tables came to a screeching halt the minute the relatives showed up. Very disappointing, especially on Mother's Day. Because of the food quality, I would go back to a Pat's Select....just not this particular location. read more

I have been ordering from Pat's now for about 3 years and I have to say it remains my favorite pizza joint in my neighborhood. The staff is well mannered and the food is delicious, especially the rustic sandwiches. The pizza on the other hand could be a little better, personally Pat's select in Marlton has better pizza than this Pat's but still this place is clean and the food is delicious. Highly recommend it if your passing by or visiting Kennedy Hospital across the street. read more

So.... my son ordered wings at 9pm and didn't receive them till 1015. We called numerous amounts of times and they either didn't answer phone or told us wings were on the way. Finally when driver got here we refused to pay for the wings that took hour and 15 min for delivery. They told my son 30 min. And once again we called few times and they told us wings will be there in 5 and never showed up. The driver was nice but he called pats to talk to who ever he needed to talk to about us refusing to pay. Instead of person apologizing about it and saying no problem ... food is on us. They said we either have to pay for them or they are taking them back. Who does this. We own a pizza place too and would never treat customers like this. We have given way bigger orders for free when we know we are late or made mistake. We order from this pats all the time. Well not anymore. We will never eat here again. I am still in a shock over this. It's just common sense to give the wings for free after you made customer wait 1 hour and 15 min. When we live 3 min from this place. They could of easily called us to tell us they were running behind. I would've picked up food but instead kept telling us 5 min 5 min. Unbelievable. My husband was so mad he told driver to tell other employee to go f.... himself... now he took my son... who didn't get to eat his wings to get food. The food is always very good and the service is tops. I eat there often, Chicken Parm and rustic ranch chicken sandwich are fav's.

I was between jobs this cloudy, fall afternoon and was in the mood for a grilled cheese sandwich. Was passing Pat's on Chapel Ave and decided to give it a try. No one at the counter - wait and wait - and its after 1pm so the crowd is gone - finally place order - $8!!! for my sandwich with tomato & bacon. Really? Tell Tammie it'd better be some sandwich - "oh it only comes as a platter"...did I ask for a platter? I don't eat fries- why add and pay for items I'm not going to eat? So, I'm pretty angry and I phone manager - "It only comes as a platter"!!! - what? what happened to the customer is right and you try and make the customer happy? Oh no,,,,not at Pat's...I tell manager I will never return then and he say's fine, don't come back and hangs up phone....WOW - guess people don't mind being treated like crap at Pat's - don't know why they're still open. All over a grilled cheese sandwich - and one no different then anywhere else for $3.99. read more
