The store itself is large with plenty of seating, plus both men's and women's restrooms with multiple stalls and no entry codes (always appreciated on a road trip). Despite being very busy with a packed café, lots of mobile orders, and a long drive-thru line, the staff was pleasant, efficient, and organized. Definitely a solid stop if you need caffeine and a comfortable break from the road. Our drinks were ready within minutes and I especially loved their order status board which I've never seen before in a Starbucks!

Not only was she taking orders she was also going inside and helping to make drinks. She's a superstar. In my opinion this Dutch bros is extremely understaffed. From my experience in other ones with this volume of vehicles and walk up orders there should at least be 2-4 ppl out here taking orders. I do wonder how many customers behind me they lost because the line was so long. Inside they needed at least one more person making drive thru drink. The walk ups seemed to be staffed okay. Anyways.
