It's Denny's. But the food was good, just had seed oils like soybean oil. But the scam of it being a real restaurant warrants a three.

I was able to gain access to my account, make the adjustments to my delivery schedule and all within just a few minutes time. Chat feature was so fast and Kenzie was on top of my needs. Meals look great and are so convenient for someone who has a lot on their plate all the time.... Really glad it was Kenzie and not 'Dave' who answered my request (j/k.... I like Dave's.... mostly, lol) Any who.... thanks for your help. Looking forward to continuing my health journey with Trifecta. Ross Clark

TL;DR - 1 star 1 out of 5 Stars…read more I am... Err WAS... a brand-new customer. My relationship with Trifecta Nutrition lasted a glorious total of "less than a week or so" before crashing and burning. I literally signed up for their service, received my very first order, and didn't realize the cutoff time for the following week had already passed. Because of an unexpected conflict, I am going to be out of the state for over a week. I immediately contacted customer service on a Sunday to catch it early and put a hold on the order. Keep in mind, the food wasn't even scheduled to be delivered until the end of the follolwing week. Plenty of time to hit pause or find SOME sort of solution for a newbie, right? And even if it wasn't, at least find some sort of workable solution for a NEW customer. Wrong. Instead of any actual assistance, I got a flat NOPE from customer service. The genius, highly accommodating solution from the super-intelligent "Mackenzie T." - - - - Since I'll be away, I should just have a friend or family member drive miles to my home and go take my (questionable) "food." WOW--brilliant! Why didn't I think of leaving $150+ worth of perishable meals--if you can even call them that--on a porch for over a week to see who wants it? In fact, nothing says "please break into this house" quite like leaving a massive, branded box sitting outside for 7+ days while I'm out of the state. So now, here I am, STILL actively trying to bribe friends, family, coworkers, anyone with cold hard cash to convince them to drive over, take this box of sadness, and dump the contents straight into the compost bin. And let's be real--with California gas prices currently hovering somewhere near a mortgage payment, it's costing me a fortune just to dispose of this biohazard. Because let's face it, nobody actually wants to eat it. I've used numerous other meal delivery services over the years (e.g., Factor, Cook Unity, Tovala, Blue Apron, HelloFresh, Home Chef, to list a couple), and I can safely say I've had scheduling issues with a handful of them. Even if it was my mistake or not, those companies almost ALWAYS find a way to work with you on unexpected conflicts--and that's for established accounts. Showing zero flexibility for someone who hasn't even been in your system for a full month is truly peak customer care!!!!!! Groundbreaking, really. The icing on the cake? The first order I did receive--and suffer through trying to consume--didn't soften the blow. If you enjoy a remarkably bland, uniform taste where it genuinely feels like they use the exact same single spice profile for literally everything, you're in luck. Save your money and the headache. Go try of the other services I listed above, unless you really want to pay premium prices to feed your neighbors identical-tasting chicken while you're across the country. Oh, but wait, there's more... After I pointed out that other companies are actually flexible and that I'd *hope* for at least some effort to accommodate a brand-new customer and to just go ahead and cancel my entire account..... The masterclass in customer retention response? "OK, canceled, and if you ever want to restart, reply back." Do you REALLY think I'd voluntarily sign up to put up with double the crap from Trifecta (crap food and crap service)? NOPE. I'd rather share my story on Yelp and hopefully spare some other poor, hungry soul from having to go through this experience. So... in summary - TL;DR - 1 star, obviously.

TL/DR: Philthy Food makes excellent rice bowls. I have nothing bad to say at all…read more ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I happened upon Philthy Food at halftime of the Golden State Storm game on 3-28-2026. Like many sports fans, I was more in the mood for a hot dog. Not seeing any hot dog vendors, and liking rice bowls too, I decided to give Philthy a shot. It's excellent! The chicken, grilled by Phil in plain sight of the customers, had perfect taste and texture. That, plus rice, fried egg, and a touch of hot sauce made for a super tasty nosh. For me, it was the kind of meal where, in the middle of eating, one pauses for a moment and quietly mutters to nobody in particular, "Goddamn, this is f****n' GOOD!!!" One week later, at the next Storm game, I had the same rice bowl a second time, and they proved that the first time was no fluke. I'm certain I'll be hittin' Philthy Food again in the near future. So count me as a Philthy Phan!

Phillip handled coordination with the venue and arrived and was cóoking before I arrived to setup. Everyone at the party raved about the food, and Phil's menu recommendations were spot on. We had tofu mandu appetizers, salad, tempura shrimp and polenta, and various soul bowls as the main. It was all super tasty! The pork belly was perfectly cooked, slightly crispy but still tender and the homemade gochuang sauce was so tasty with just the right amount of spice! I caught several relatives watching and waiting to see when the next batch of food was brought out so they could pounce. Sadly. I was too busy eating the food to take a photo. In addition, I love that the business is family-run and Phillip is just a good guy, super easy to work with, kind and professional. I highly recommend Philthy Food for anyone looking for something different and delicious with a little bit of everything for everyone at their next event.
