We had the pleasure of smelling it all the way home to Placerville. The ribs were big, meaty, soft and tender. There was a delicious spice and flavor that you really didn't need the bbq sauce (provided) on it at all. My husband and I ate our first couple without the sauce and then he ate a few more with the sauce. These ribs were delicious! We paid $30 for a full rack of ribs and $16 for the Turkey leg. The Garlic Shrimp was good but a tad too dry. We needed a garlic sauce to compliment the garlic rice. There was a bit too much raw chopped garlic mixed vs sautéed chopped garlic. Hopefully they make the adjustment. Kids loved the roscoes ice cream tacos for $5 each. We wanted more of the Youngsters (cookies and cream) but it only allowed us to order 1 as it was probably the last one in stock. We ordered 6 mini donuts with a vanilla drizzle and fruity pebbles, which ended costing $7.50. The donuts were basically made right in front of us and the service was fast. They served it to our table and gave us two extra mini donuts. The donuts were warm, light, sweet, and also coated in like a cinnamon sugar dust. The owners were really interactive and had great hospitality. They even gave us a sample of their cold Mexican chocolate to try and gave us a water bottle to wash the donuts down .
