I like coming here for those donuts and cronuts holes! I always get the regular glaze with custard and the cronut both glaze and cinnamon with custard. It's the perfect breakfast snack to share since everyone at work is always cautious about their diet. I like getting the custard because it's not too sweet. I did get their latte the other day and it was pretty mid. Next time I will try their Vietnamese coffee and maybe their breakfast sandos, those look pretty good too! Super friendly cashier and staff!

    Breakfast croissant sandwich

The breakfast sandwich was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The ingredients tasted high quality, the croissant bread was perfectly toasted, and everything was cooked just right. The portion size was satisfying, and the service was fast and kind. I'll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great breakfast sandwich or donuts

Jelly Donut is an okay spot in the area to grab a donut. I don't know if I would go out of my way for it, but they're still decent donuts. My main complaint was the service. I came in, and the lady behind the counter was nice enough, but had no idea what types of donuts they had, and couldn't provide much in the way of info or recommendations. I'm not even positive if she normally works there, or if she is just a relative of the woman who rang me up? It was kinda weird...

Oh my gooooddnessss. I didn't know I could love a simple turkey sandwich so much! I got mine on a croissant. It had bacon, veggies, cheese, all that good stuff. It tasted so fresh and yummy. I also loved the iced vanilla latte because it wasn't so sweet like most are. It was the perfect breakfast combo. Not to mention so well priced.

Was looking for cronut holes. Called around and this is the only place that answered and had them! They were a hit. Dangerous though. It's too easy to walk buy the box 20 times and take one little cronut or donut hole. I probably ate a dozen myself. Service was very nice and she was patient while I was trying to figure out what I wanted.

If I could give this place a 10/5, I would! The cinnamon sugar cronut holes filled with custard are OUT OF THIS WORLD! Perfectly crispy yet soft with a creamy center. Best part is that they aren't ridiculously sweet. The glazed donut holes with custard were great too but the cronut holes definitely stole the show. I will defffinnniiitteelllyyy be getting these again.

My boyfriend and I were craving a breakfast sandwich from a local donut shop. Saw that we were nearby The Jelly Donut and decided to give them a try! When we walked in, we saw a small line. It was moving pretty slow, but understandable because only 2 people were working. One person making the sandwiches and one person handling everything else. We ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee and wanted an egg, bacon and cheese on croissant but they ran out of croissants, so we ordered it on sourdough bread. I would say skip on the vietnamese iced coffee, it tasted burnt. Not sure if it was just a bad coffee day or if that is how it usually tastes. The breakfast sandwich was good, would have wanted to try it on the croissant but the sourdough bread was good and you can actually taste the sour in the bread. The cronut and custard-filled donut holes were good. There wasn't a lot of custard filling in the donut holes though. The shop was small, but they had a good selection of donuts and a variety of sandwiches.

Jelly Donut is located in a small strip mall with Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, Kickin' Crab, etc. Nice shop with donuts, coffee, croissant sandwiches, etc. The service was nice and friendly. The glazed old fashion was crispy on the edges and not too sweet. It was a good donut.

Maple Cronut! First time trying and will definitely try again and again and again!!!!

I believe it to be the best donut shop in San Jose! Great quality and ingredients! Fresh and warm goods here! Lots to choose from! Very kind service The smell brings you back to a time of innocent fun and laughs while choosing one of your favorite donuts behind the glass! The excitement is so fun Donuts, eagles, cronuts, coffee, sandwiches! Maybe just try one of each!

Hole in the wall family owned donut shop. I love this place! Coffee, food, and sweets are always so delicious. Viet coffee is strong so be aware but it's really good!! The ladies that help me every time are super nice and helpful. This is my go to donut spot in San Jose. They open early too so it's nice to get your morning coffee here.

I ordered three bánh mì sandwiches : one roasted pork and two pork belly and all of them were delicious and well seasoned with the perfect balance of the pickled veggies. The roasted pork, in particular, stood out to me. It had a satisfying crunch, and it's not something I see very often at other bánh mì shops. I'm usually pretty selective when it comes to bánh mì, but this place exceeded my expectations. I only wish the banh mi were a little bigger, but overall, the food was excellent, and I'll definitely be back.

The sandwiches just feel much more lighter in weight nowadays…read morecompared to other heavy weight banh mi places, so not sure if it's because they customized the bread ingredients, but you certainly don't get as much filling inside, especially with the vegetarian banh mi sandwich. I ordered the grilled chicken, grilled beef, and meatball banh mi sandwiches too. The flavors and tastes feel much lighter than most. Other than that, the baguette breads are still nice and fluffy, crunchy, and soft to bite into. I ordered with credit card at kiosk. You can order over the counter or scan a QR code to place your order too. It took at least 20 minutes to get the order since the morning line was longer than expected. Expect to wait 20-40 minutes at times when busy inside. Staffs didn't call out my order number until I asked for my order. I watched for a good 3 minutes. They get busy that they easily forget to call out all the order numbers, so double check if needed. Y-Linh Sandwiches is still a good convenient stop though. Sandwich prices are around $8.50-$8.75 each now. Environment is still busy with lots of morning customers. Other than that, they certainly have it all here/good sandwiches/good desserts/good beverages/good pastries.

First, superrrrr appreciative that they took sizing of banh mi's bc usually I can never finish them. The pork belly with extra pate was sooo good and a great brunch meal. Obviously you can't go wrong with sugarcane and the croffle was super tasty as well. I'd probably get another cream / etc to pair with it as the matcha one was flavorless. Can't wait to come here in person or DD more options from their menu. Overall: 9/10 recommend

Nothing really stands out, but they get the job done if you're just looking for a quick drink. The biggest downside is the location and overall atmosphere. The shop shares a space with a Chevron gas station, and it doesn't have its own restroom. When I asked, I was told to use the Chevron bathroom, which felt unusual for a tea shop. The café also isn't the most comfortable place to hang out. I stopped by during a heat wave once and decided to stay for a bit, but it was still hot inside. I don't think the A/C was running, so I ended up leaving sooner than I planned. I could see myself grabbing a drink to go if I were already stopping for gas or just happened to be driving by. But personally, I'd rather drive a few minutes down the street to Barber Lane, where there are several other tea shops with better drinks and a more comfortable atmosphere. I can also do my grocery shopping while I'm there, so it's a much more convenient stop overall.

We've been ordering takeout from here forever, and it remains one of our most frequented spots for good reason. The egg rolls are a must, and if you're going to order them, get the crab egg rolls. Call ahead for the egg rolls as they do take time to fry. For entrees, my personal rotation never changes: bun thit nuong cha gio (always hits), com tam bi thit nuong (the broken rice combo is deeply satisfying), mi quang, and chao long. Fair warning: the interior is dated and the staff speak little English, so come in knowing that. This is an old-school takeout joint through and through so don't expect a polished dining experience. Location is near the Mirchi cafe on Fremont Blvd in the plaza right next to Wonderland smoke shop. There is plenty of parking. Staff was super nice and helped me open the stuck door that you have to pull really hard on to get in. The market is small but curated and I was drawn to the imported potato chips. I picked up a bag of Lay's Masala chips I haven't had since I was in Mumbai, excited to eat it with my sandwich. The sandwich took about 10 minutes to make and panini-press and smelled delicious. However, when I got home I immediately noticed the color and thought they had mistakenly used roast beef. I looked at some of the other reviews and their doordash image and I'm confused on what I got. The pastrami was missing the distinct reddish-pink color from brining and black bark from smoking, I'm not sure how it was prepped in-house but it tasted like roast beef. I did enjoy the blueberry jam and pepperoncini combo.
