I had to bite several times to finally get a piece of the pork. The pork itself was a thick substantial-sized ball, marinated well with spices and lots of black pepper flavor profiles. There was barely any designated parking spaces to visit. The garage area was open and I was right in to place my order. Pickup was super easy, just be sure to either grab an instruction card or snap a picture for the preheat and storing instructions. One thing I want to note: please respect the pickup location! It's in a local neighborhood, so we want to make sure we don't cause a huge commotion. I loved the quality of the salt bread, it gives that homey feeling, especially because it's a small business. Each one was deliciously baked. Personally, I think it could've used a little more salt, so I sprinkled some extra on at home and it tasted amazing.
