Nice quite place. Welcoming and friendly! But the food was not very good, at all. I had the sausage breakfast sandwich and the sausage patty was nasty and too thick. The hash brown were dry and tasted like they were cooked a day before and just reheated and served. We love coming to Patty's especially for breakfast! They are a family owned restaurant. The staff is absolutely amazing. Sometimes there is a small wait but that is a size/staff ratio, is well worth the wait every time! And by wait I mean like a couple minutes after you sit to get your menu, because they're serving someone or cashing someone out etc. They are great with custom orders too! You can take just about anything on the menu and make your own adjustments and tweaks to your liking. There is a decent variety of menu options from breakfast to lunch/dinner. Completely empty on a Saturday night at dinner time. My kid got the avocado burger and I got the tacos. The meat for the tacos was good but everything else was quite bland. My kid said the burger was very whatever, the ranch tasted like bottled Hidden Valley so they were disappointed. The waitress was friendly enough but completely ignored us during dinner, didn't come over even once after she brought the food. I had to actually go get up and get her when we were done. My kid said she put her headphones in as soon as she dropped the food off so even if I wanted to get her attention she wouldn't hear me. Pretty rude tbh. We love breakfast here, but dinner really was a disappointment, especially since three-fourths of our group ordered Mexican food (assuming it would be safe). No one really enjoyed their meals. BEST enchiladas in town!! Seriously. My BF says they have the BEST chili verde too!! The servings are HUGE hot and delicious...from start to finish. Starting with something as simple as a salad dressing...they make a real ranch dressing...thick and creamy...it's not watered down like most do these days. My BF's order (Chili Verde)...he also said it's the best in town...then he said it's the best he's had in a very long time...I tasted it, it was good. (I'm not usually much of a verde fan) The meat was so tender and the sauce had a perfect little kick to it. My entree came with rice and beans...with a side of guacamole and sour cream...I tasted those first...chances are if the kitchen pays attention to the basics on your plate the main course is gonna be good...EVERYTHING was great! The rice was moist and flavorful, the beans rich and cheesy and the guacamole was as fresh as it was delicious...next time I'll order it with their freshly MADE TO ORDER (Yeah, not just heated!) chips!!! Got seated quickly on a Saturday morning. Place looked clean until we sat down at our booth back in the corner. Table was clean but the seat was covered in crumbs, nothing sticky, thank goodness. Ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs, and the pancake and eggs. Mary was our server and she was very nice and professional. Prices cheaper than Crazy Ottos but a little more than Toms. Coffee was typical diner coffee. Ice tea was was tasty. The chicken fried steak was rubbery and I shook the table when I tried to cut into it. Hash Brown's were raw, yuck. Biscuits and gravy ere pretty good. The little brown sausages were over cooked. Pancakes so tough had to use a knife to cut them. The pancakes tasted like chewy flour, yuck. read more

I work in the area and someone brought me some menudo from patty's on September 17th 2022 and it was the worst menudo ever in my life it looked old and not fresh looking and when I tasted it it was bad it tasted like it had that five spice in it the worse and they have nerves to charge you up for that bull shit they need to fire the cook who made it and get a real cook and this is not the first time I had some menudo from this place it was better looking but no flavor. Breakfast was amazing! I ordered ham and eggs and selected biscuits and gravy for my bread. The slice of ham was ginormous and had great flavor. The home fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly. But the big surprise were the biscuits and gravy --wow! Normally, I can't stand bacon gravy. But this was just wonderful, full of flavor and good sized pieces of bacon. The location is odd it's in a shopping center and on a corner if the parking lot is full you have to park all the way down the street. The staff is always been helpful. After spending the night at the Devonshire Inn and before heading out to Willow Springs Raceway, for the Corsa Motoclassica, my brother and our good friend had breakfast at Patty's. This is a nice, clean Mexican restaurant. This place even has a bar with about 10 stools. Walking inside were nicely greeted by a female server. She said we could sit anywhere we wanted. We opted for a booth and quickly looked over their menu. My friend ordered the Chorizo & Eggs plate $9.25 with flour tortillas and my brother and I order their Machaca & Eggs plate with corn tortillas $10.95. Our plate came with beans and rice. When our food was brought out to us our server asked if we wanted red or green salsa. We asked if we could have both. She said yes. Both sauces were good but all three of us agreed the green sauce was the best. Had a nice flavor with just the right amount of heat. The meat in the machaca was extremely tender and packed with flavor. Their beans were great and the Spanish rice was moist not dry. Well did we like our food? Dose three clean plates say yes? We have gone here multiple times and unfortunately each time has been a terrible experience for us. The service has always been lacking, we wait and wait and wait and wait for our drinks and food, then the food itself just is not very tasty. Upon entering Patty's Cafe, we were greeted in a very friendly manner! You get to sit where you'd like. We ordered Montechristo, Breakfast combo,& Huevos Rancheros. They were all very good tasting &filling portions. My husband&son have heartier appetites and were satisfied. My friends and I came here last night for taco Tuesday for the first time! We had pork and chicken tacos and the meat was delicious! (Much better than Azteca where we usually go). We also ordered margaritas, which I was a little hesitant because they are wine margaritas not made with tequila! But they were really good! They served chips and salsa as well! Where to begin?! The food was bland, but it did show up as ordered. I was almost thrown out with demeaning looks when I ordered a water, no ice. To my surprise, and my saviour, another gentleman came in and sat at the counter...wait for it...ordered water, no ice, as well! Thanks buddy, whoever you are. Service was excruciatingly slow for an empty restaurant at 1pm on a Tuesday. The breakfast was equally as bad: bland and tasteless. My husband brought me here for breakfast a few weeks back. Cute decor and very friendly staff. I ordered the chicken fried steak plate. The portions were very generous and food was served piping hot. A little disappointed the chicken fried steak wasn't hand breaded, it would have been a deal breaker on a perfect meal. The food had good flavor but, I'll try a different item off the menu next time.
