Overall, I was pleased with my experience purchasing a 2023 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from the Enterprise Wayne, NJ location. Jarred was great to work with and made this a simple and painless process. I took the car to my mechanic; he said the car was in great condition and saw no issues, so that was a relief. The only reason I am not leaving 5 stars as I was disappointed that they only provided me with one key fob. To obtain another one it landed up costing me around $500. When I asked where the other key fob was, I was told none of the cars come with this. Yet I was conveniently handed a business card of someone who could provide one. Kind of felt suspicious to me that they were holding onto the second key fob. Then maybe working with this guy to sell and program that key fob back to customers who just bought a car from them! Not saying this is happening, but I just don't understand after spending all that money, where is the second key fob? The car also had a really odd, shaped plastic front license plate bracket, in that was not the same height as a US spec license plate. I took it off and it was stamped "Nissan" on the back, so it was not for a Renegade, let alone even a Jeep! I had to spend $50 for one to properly fit the bumper and plate. When I picked up the plates, I mentioned this to Genesis. She told me to email her a screenshot of the purchase and would look into reimbursing me for this. I have not received a response yet. Again, minus the key fob and license plate bracket, overall, I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend Enterprise and this location to others and consider buying another car in the future if I am in the market for something else. read more

My purchase for a $47,000 truck I had expected to be a pleasurable & honest experience with Enterprise. But unfortunately it has not. Jay promised me numerous times that "Everything is perfect." It was checked & gone over down south before delivery & we checked everything here in NJ." Unfortunately my believing him was a big mistake on my part. Glass roof panels had multiple strips of sap that looked like scratches in the glass, so the truck wasn't cleaned. I got home to find a brake light out. So again, it was not checked. The washers weren't working as the fluid had froze. When they did work the left side wasn't working due to a pinched line. Noise in left front tire rubbing on inner fender, no road test? Few weeks later the sun visor fell out of the roof. My warranty from you was useless as Dover Dodge charged me about $375. Shimmy in wheel began a few months later, cost me $70 for tire rotation as I had to to return again to Sparta Tire for balancing. When I finally took it on the highway a few weeks later the vibration was worse. I returned to Sparta Tire to find out a tire had a belt coming loose causing severe shaking above 60 so it went back to the rear of the truck. I also need to remind you there are two different treads & different manufacturers on the truck. I never in my life after being a Ford mechanic for 17 years has ever heard of mixing tires, therefore I returned to Paul. BTW no one called to tell me my plates were in, I was driving with expired reg. When I stopped in for plates which I put on myself in the parking lot, thank you very much I told Jay about the brake light out. He told me to "Go down the street to an auto store." Now I want the tires to match so I want the bad tire replaced along with the other two that only have 4/32" - 3/32" left so they are worn. I don't think that's unfair - my concern is safety & two different treads are not. I have receipts & documentation for everything. Two tires are 3/32" & treads don't match two other tires. Why would you sell a truck with different treads? Obviously they don't care about safety. I don't think safety or honesty are a concern with Enterprise. I recommend no one to deal with dishonest sales people & never EVER believe them when they tell you all is good & 100%. Videos & pictures to be added. Can't say the same for the 2 supposely managers that where totally unprofessional and rude. I returned vehicle exercising my rights, was charged a return fee which I didn't mind but then they decided to withhold my bank's pre-approval check acting in bad faith becayse I have proof they had it in the office. But their bad faith back fired because I got a newer 2024 w a true Gold Certification with less miles...the vehicle I returned was a 2021 w more miles and BEWARE OF THE CERTIFICATION...If you still decide to buy from they take a very good mechanic with you or you will be sorry. What could improve is their honesty. There jave over 500 cars in the lot and I simply had a short list of things desirable in getting a vehicle. They could only meet one. The amount of time they said it would take for me to be in and out of the dealership took longer than expected. Had to put down more money than expected especially with a 750+ credit score! Best experience ever! Completely customer centered and quite the opposite of every other dealership. They asked what we were looking for, our price range, etc. They searched their inventory and found a great option for us and then even had multiple banks to work with for financing. We ended up in a better vehicle than we thought we would at the exact financing we were hoping for. Big shout out to Nancy, Phil and Shelley who all worked together to make this happen for us. I found a car online that was located in PA and Enterprise had it transferred to the dealership in Wayne for convenience. Once it arrived, i worked with Aaron Luck who was excellent at walking me through the process. I was able to test drive and within 4 hours was able to drive away in my new car. A very seamless and hassle free experience and everyone who works there is really helpful, kind, professional and customer centric. They ended up just sending the paperwork back to me, 11 weeks and 35 phone calls after I made the purchase. Shelley at this location did try to help me, but only after I contacted the regional management team. I don't blame the team at the Wayne location as much as I do Enterprise corporate. They clearly do not train their staff to handle anything out of the ordinary. What should have been handled on the spot at the time of the sale is still unresolved. Not professional, not good service, and not the right way to sell cars to consumers. I wouldn't deal with Enterprise again, and my advice would be to avoid them. I had my second awesome experience with car buying from Enterprise Sales recently. It isn't often you get the service and efficiency you pay for anymore. I want to especially shout out and give big kudos to Terrance Lanzilotti for being one of the best. I was hopeful to find the vehicle right for me, and thanks to him I did. I wanted a Dodge Promaster and he found me one that fit my needs and budget. The obstacle was that it had to be prepared for sale and transferred from Missouri to the Wayne location and though there were some small adjustments being made to satisfy my concerns, he stuck with it and was attentive to every detail while patiently moving through the difficulties. The day we signed the agreement I was in and out without a hitch due to his conscientiousness, concern for my satisfaction with the agreement and super-charged expediency. I thought in the beginning I might be pressing my luck and asking for too much, considering this was the SECOND great experience for me with Enterprise Sales while in a emergency situation in need of a vehicle, but once again, they stood out as a cut above the rest. I would highly recommend going through Enterprise car sales in order to purchase a car. Make sure to read everything in order to understand my experience at Enterprise. I was interested in trading in my car in order to get an updated model. I was introduced to Matthew and Shellesha (Shelly). I automatically connected with Matthew's personality therefore rapport was instantly established. He listened to my requirements and was able to match my needs to my future car. Besides Matthew, I was able to establish a rapport with Shelly. She was able to provide me details regarding my trade-in, warranties and banking options. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I was able to walk out of there with an updated car the same day. But wait there's more good reviews. I was interested in financing my car loan through my credit union due to the partnership that Enterprise has with the credit union. The credit union was taking too long in processing my loan. They informed me that I needed a cosigner for my loan; the same day my temporary registration was set to expire. Dissatisfied with the last minute information, I was able to contact Enterprise and informed them of my loan situation. Patrick and Philip were made aware of my concerns and were able to assist me. When I informed Patrick of my loan situation, he was able to contact banks for the best financing offers. Informing him ahead of time worked in my favor because by the time I arrived at Enterprise, we were able to finalize the documents. In addition, I was able to get my car registration the next day. Philip was able to get my car washed because I purchased my car the day before the March snowstorm. I delayed cleaning my car because snow and salt would of dirtied my car again. Even the lady that installed my license plates was nice. Overall I received a positive experience at Enterprise and I would recommend people to stop by Enterprise if they're ready to purchase a car. read more

Got there and had to answer many questions (40 minutes later) before our saleswoman went to her bosses office to get the key. As I watched them scroll through their computer looking at cars I realized we were being lied to. She then returns with pictures of SUV,s we might want to see instead. We mentioned we had told her no to that type of car during prior interview. When we asked to see the car we were told was here, she said they could ship it up from Texas the following week and would only cost us $1,200 to do so....needless to say at this point we were disgusted. Long review but worth the read!!!!! If I could put in 0 stars I would. Dont ever buy a vehicle from enterprise in Wayne!!!! I paid to have the vehicle shipped there, they told me it had been completely looked over by their mechanics and it was in great condition. I test drive it and everything seemed fine. I was told that the detailer was closed that day but that when I came back for running boards (they were damaged and on back order so I even went back and they were replaced) that the truck would be detailed. A week after, it was a hot day and I turned the A/C on and it was blowing hot air. Also, I started to notice a rattle in the muffler. Called enterprise and out of convenience I agreed to wait until the running boards are in to have it fixed. A few weeks later the running boards are in and it's time to bring the truck to get fixed. I leave a note with the key to have the muffler looked at, truck detailed, put on the running board, and get the a/c fixed. I had all of this confirmed with my salesperson prior to dropping off the truck. When I picked up the truck the a/c was "fixed" and the running boards put on. But no detail and the muffler was still rattling, definitely not looked at whatsoever. I leave with the truck and a couple of weeks later the air is not working again. So this time I decide to cut enterprise out and take the truck to a reputable dealership to have it looked out(I bought an extended warranty). And after a whole lot of hassle about the warrant, I find out from the technician that there is a crack in the air condenser! And that is just the beginning, the muffler was shot and the rear brakes were almost gone!! I had the truck for 6 weeks and drove 2,000 miles on no rear brakes, a blown muffler and had a crack in the air condenser leaking fluid out. So buyers beware. read more

We drove away with our 2014 Chrysler 200 that night! This is now the 4th car that my family has purchased from Enterprise. They don't jerk you around. The price is the price. No haggling. No sudden fees or charges. Only tax & DMV paperwork fees (which everyone has, but most up-charge for). What you see is what you get! Don't be fooled by a relatively small inventory online. They get & sell cars so quickly, many don't even make it online. Our car was only there 3 days! They bring you in a nice office & offer you refreshments. The sales staff are all friendly & take time to get to know you & what your needs are, including budget. Ours was Shelley & she was super sweet. Then they look & match you with 1-2 cars. No more wasting time meandering through a giant lot. They bring the car up & show you ever detail including under the hood & the trunk. You don't have to guess what to look at. Then you go on a test drive. If you like it, the buying part is really easy! They offer their own financing, or accept many others. We had from a credit union. They'll call your insurance & get the car added right then. Then they do a temporary financing where you apply for their financing in order to drive away with the car that night. It may sound weird, but its just a formality so you can take the car. They'll contact your financing place & arrange payment with them & cancel the Enterprise financing. A few days later, you get the plates & can take it for inspection. All cars are certified & come with a 12 month/12,000 limited powertrain warranty. No As-is! That warranty isn't extra, it comes with the car. So many other places say that & then surprise you when you get there...its an extra $700+! They also offer additional add-on warranties if you'd like. We've never had any major problems with the 3 previous cars. They also have a referral program where you get a check if you refer someone else. The only thing is to stay on top of them regarding getting your paperwork to your financing agent. Check in periodically to make sure they've sent it. They have so many customers that some may take longer than others. Don't be fooled by the low prices on other dealership website. They're not the real prices! We went to half & dozen and each time the price jump $2000-3000 in hidden fees. You're not getting a better deal. Don't waste your time. They just narrow down the search for the car you want, show you the car, (the price is on the window), no haggling, go thru the finance process, DMV and insurance process and you drive your car out of the lot. I learned the hard way to listen to others. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM, I wouldn't even RENT from them EVER AGAIN!! I was the victim of "bait & switch" & they preyed on my need for a car since mine was totaled after hitting a pot hole & I couldn't stay in a rental with no moon roof because I have severe claustrophobia. I wanted another Camry & was "lured" into the office by Matt L. with the promise of having 2 Camry's to look at. When I arrived I was told there were no Camry's in stock. I was pissed. I told him I didn't care about "bells & whistles" I needed a car, with 2 non-negotiable features for medical reasons: a sun/moon roof & power seats w/lumbar. Not too much to ask, right? After already being duped by not having the type of car I wanted, using such unethical sales tactics, Matt L "searched" the inventory, pulled up a car he said DEFINITELY had the 2 features I needed. It was a 2016 Malibu LTZ with a lot of miles (44K+) but again, told me the car DEFINITELY had a moon roof & power seats the only problem, it was located in CT. I didn't want more miles put on it, so I offered to pay for a flatbed tow truck to bring it to NJ from CT as I needed to be at work at 6 p.m. & there was Holiday traffic. He said "No need for a tow truck, don't worry, Kyle (finance mgr.) & I are PERSONALLY going to get it. I will be the one driving YOUR car in from CT" Like a jerk, I signed for the car ahead of time, based on the features I was told it had & top of the line inspection. After 5 hours I finally heard from him & he said the Mgr Amy WOULDN'T LET HIM LEAVE THE OFFICE so they had their driver go pick it up! What driver? I never authorized ANYBODY to drive the car except him. Amy told me she NEVER told him he couldn't go & she didn't know he didn't tell me about the driver. Took 7 hrs so I missed work. I was so mad & told him he needed to bring the car to me the next day it was too late. He brought it to get detailed & to the 7-11 & when he got out said "UMM, UMM, THE CAR DOES NOT HAVE A MOONROOF". I FLIPPED out! I asked for 2 features not 10..TWO!! He said he didn't notice until he drove it the 4 miles to my apt. He had the car over 24 hours, is over 6' tall & DIDN'T notice there was NO HOLE above his head? He DIDN'T notice the sun not shining in? He DIDN'T look for the button to make sure the roof worked? HE ABSOLUTELY KNEW THERE WAS NO MOON ROOF & SOLD IT TO ME UNDER FALSE PRETENSES! I WAS SO LIVID but COULD NOT go through the entire car buying process again. Against my better judgement allowed them to have an after market moon roof installed but wanted 10 yr warranty & told YES by Matt L. A trained salesperson would have called the CT lot to make sure it had the features BEFORE selling it! It was 2 days before Xmas, my only kid left for the Navy last year, so I was a wreck. When Amy the Mgr got involved, she said no way to the 10 year warranty AFTER THE LIAR told me "YES" there would only be 3 yrs warranty on it. There was no solution to this. I was not ripping up the paperwork, they offered to switch it out with either a VW or a Chrysler 200. NOPE. Horrible reviews & expensive parts. They needed to put a roof in this car BUT under 2 CONDITIONS. They acted like I was doing THEM a favor. I told them DO NOT allow Ironworks in Lodi to start ANY work UNTIL I received the inches the roof glass would be set from the windshield & it had to be completed by 3 p.m. Friday (today). Amy said Ironworks knew both of these things, but by Weds. afternoon I didn't get the measurements so emailed Amy asking if she knew anything as we were losing another day only to be told "They started the work already. The roof will be as close as possible". WHAT?? Why wasn't I called BEFORE work started so I can look up the specs?? Close as possible is not acceptable. The roof needs to be over MY head, not anywhere else. Making things WORSE, at 10:15 a.m. WHAT?? today got an email saying the car won't be done until Monday because of the storm. They knew to take the storm into consideration when promising a completion date! Today was the ONLY day I had to leave for Florida hoping to patch things up with my son as I received bad health news and HAD TO TRY to see him before treatment. Amy said she made sure Ironworks knew the conditions BEFORE touching the car, so Ironworks blatantly didn't care about giving the measurements or making sure it was done by today EVEN THOUGH I told her DO NOT have the work done if these 2 things can't be promised. I told her if that roof is not where it is supposed to be I am not accepting the car back. They have caused me such anguish by making me miss out on the only time I had for a chance to try & make things better between my boy and I, made me lose over $1K in income, they are deceitful, unprofessional, untrained, overpriced & should not be selling cars AT ALL. The regional Mgr. Michael C. was yelling so loud at me I heard his spit hit the phone. I want somebody from Corp to contact me ASAP!! read more

I am writing this review so maybe the management at Wayne Enterprise Sales will finally get that they can not treat customers this way. I paid over $36,000 for a 2018 Jeep and have endured 6 months of problems. There is no consideration for personal financial loss or inconvenience. And after another few days of trying to schedule them to finally take the Jeep and examine it the way they should have months ago, Enterprise had no rental cars available until 3pm???? The worst experience I have ever had. I purchased a car on 2/12/19 from them and sold my Jeep Grand Cherokee to them. They agreed to pay off the Lein holder for the Jeep. More then two months later, the bank never received a check, and now my CREDIT is RUINED because of ENTERPRISE CAR SALES OF WAYNE. Managers refuse to answer my calls. Managers refuse to call me back. Refuse to help. Many excuses. They said the check was sent but they don't know when. I asked the bank, they said they have no records of Enterprise calling them. I have been the one finding out how to fix this. Already contacted better business bureau. Next step is legal. IF you are already dealing with these thieves, take pictures of everything and get everything in writing. Allow me to digress...my car insurance company told me to go to Enterprise for my rental car, where I was greeted with smiles and super friendly staff, when I told them my tree story, Tom picked up that I was possibly in the market for a new car, so he gave my number to Phil (from the Enterprise sales department - who is hands down the best non car salesman ever...I'll explain) So when Phil finally got a hold of me, he invited me over to check out the cars at the Wayne Enterprise Car Sales Department, because he would find me the perfect car...(I was totally clueless as to what kind of car I wanted, I wasn't ready to even buy a car, until the insurance company deemed my car a total loss - but Phil helped me with that) So I get to the enterprise office and I'm greeted by this tall beautiful model tall lady (Jennifer) who offered me some coffee from their awesome coffee machine (I like the vanilla selections) while I waited for Phil (I'm thinking we were going to go walk around the lot and look at some cars - but we went to his desk instead and he asked me what kind of car I was interested in (crickets chirping - I'm telling you I was clueless) No worries though because Phil had a game plan - he pulled out a piece of paper asked what I liked didn't like and needed and after 3 tries (and a prayer to God to pick a car for me) then he drove up with the dream car I didn't realize I was dreaming about because it had everything on my list....I love it so much and I'm still a totally satisfied customer....low miles 32K, KBB price, amazing bumper to bumper warranty, I couldn't be happier...he didn't really try to sell me...all he really did was ask me what I wanted in a car....and because he has every kind of car in his database he was able to zero in on the cars that fit my criteria....thank you Phil for patience...I know Now that I only hesitated because the process was just too easy....you'll see if you go see Phil...even if u try to look for another car somewhere else, you'll go right back to Phil at Enterprise because he already showed you the car you wanted in the first place....that's what I did!
