First, we got there pretty early for our reservation. We sat almost immediately upon check in. Our waiter was in training but did a really good job. Ordered a whiskey sour. Was seated at the bar so I got to watch it be made. The bartender- man that guy never stopped. He was organized and just did his thing. So many pretty drinks were made while I was there watching. The pink one, whatever it was, was really pretty! On to the food. We got two apps, two meals, and two desserts. Husband ordered the Brussels, Steak Frites, and the Devil's Affogato. I got the Bacon covered Dates, the Pizza, and the Sticky Toffee Cake. The Brussels were good - husband liked them more than me. They were good. Had cashews in them. Little spicy. The bacon covered dates. Think this was my favorite bite. Sweet, salty, creamy. Came we three & I had two. The pizza was sweet and salty as well. The crust was so good and fresh. The arugula set it off so well. Def a buy again! The Steak Frites was so good. The chimichurri sauce was perfect. Just the right mount of citrus. Steak was tender and the fries seasoned well. The desserts - don't skip them! The Devils Affogato we had the first time we ate at Sixty Vines. Had to have it again. If you like coffee, chocolate and vanilla ice cream just get it. Restaurant vibe is relaxed and clean. There were several large parties and what looked like a lot of date night guests. Just try it. No regrets!!

Our server greeted us quickly, provided amazing service, and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted without feeling rushed. I ordered the braised pork pasta, and it was pretty good overall. The portion size was nice, but I do wish it had a bit more seasoning to bring out the flavors. My sister ordered the steak frites, but unfortunately her steak was cooked well done instead of the medium well she requested, which made it difficult for her to eat. Overall, it was a decent experience. While there were a few things that could have been better, the service and atmosphere stood out, and I'd be willing to give this place another chance in the future.

I experienced this side of the business during the early phase of the Covid pandemic back in 2020. At the time, during lockdown, going to a wine bar or wine shop just wasn't top of mind. However, I had researched a Cabernet Franc (red wine) called Nicolas Reau Enlèvement Demandé Anjou [Vintage year: 2017]. Reau is kind of a rebel working in the Loire Valley of France who is interested in producing organic, biodynamic wines that are essentially closer to nature and processed differently--more artisanal, so to speak. I read about this wine and wanted to find a bottle locally, which wasn't an easy task as I recall. This is where Vinology comes in. I'm not much of a wine drinker, but had to have a bottle of this excellent wine. Like many people, I preferred to stay indoors during the early part of the pandemic and was kind of nervous about going out. When I called Vinology, I expressed my dilemma, and the guy on the other end of the phone came up with a great solution. He offered to deliver the bottle of wine I purchased to my address. I actually met him at the edge of the garage entrance to where I live. This was great, exceptional above and beyond service. I will always treasure and remember Vinology and plan to support the business more in the future. Hats off to the folks who own and run this wine establishment.

Everything we tried was AMAZINGGGGGG. I had the oysters, raviolis, duck fat fries, and pepperoni pizza and OMFFFFGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are NO WORDS to describe this food. I was ASTOUNDED. The cocktails are spectacular too. This is a place I would come for a night out with the girls, a chill first date, a birthday, a pregame, pretty much ANY OCCASION. Stopped in on a Wednesday with a buddy and spent a few hours talking over drinks and snacks. The $1 oysters are an absolute deal and were the highlight of the food for me. We also shared an order of mozzarella sticks that hit the spot. Wednesday also features pasta specials, which looked like another great value. For drinks, I had a mezcal spritz that was excellent and another signature cocktail that I unfortunately can't remember the name of, but I do remember enjoying it. The cocktail program seems well thought out without being pretentious. The atmosphere is what really stands out. Walking in gives off great speakeasy vibes. The entrance has a slightly divey, hidden-gem feel, and once inside the space is stylish, intimate, and comfortable. The music was at just the right volume. Present enough to create energy but not so loud that you can't have a conversation. This is a great spot for one-on-one catchups, date nights, or grabbing drinks with a small group of friends. Between the cocktails, oysters, and laid-back atmosphere, I'll definitely be back. Wednesday nights in particular are hard to beat for the value.

I ordered the Cotto & Crudo pizza and the Pollo Milanese sandwich, and honestly, I can't say which I liked more. I finished the sandwich at the restaurant because I knew it just wouldn't hit the same as leftovers. The chicken was THICC. And why is it that a good heirloom tomato can absolutely make a sandwich? Because this one did. Add in the spicy mayo, melted cheese, and super thick yet airy focaccia, and it was a solid 10/10. Now for the pizza- it was fantastic at the restaurant and somehow just as good the next day. The mortadella is a nice, mellow complement to the obvious star of the show (in my opinion): the pistachio cream. Also 10/10.

The bread? Medium-bodied with a chew that forces you to slow down and savor the bite. The filling? Definitely combinations that make you pause and think as you try to imagine in your head which ones to try first. The filling-to-bread ratio is balanced, resulting in bites that feel bread forward, but not in a bland and overwhelming way. Be wary of: - The annoyingly athletic flies darting around forcing you to guard the rims of you water cup and the vast exposed surfaces of your sandwich and pasta. ---The Dishes Tried--- Nonna panuozzo - 8.5/10 - the pistachio cream and stracciatella cheese work together to lightly moisten the bread and bring a lightly creamy mouthfeel to the sandwich. The pistachio flavor itself is recognizable but not at all overpowering, and harmonizes unexpectedly well with the mortadella and grilled zucchini. Tartuffo pasta - 7/10 - the truffle cream sauce was delicious - creamy but not heavy, but the cheese in the cheese tortellini lacked flavor and did not add to the overall experience of the dish. Perhaps that was to ensure that the tortellini filling did not overpower the flavor of the truffle cream sauce, but in that case, it might be more efficient to just make it a regular pasta dish instead of a tortellini dish.
