BEWARE! Worst gel manicure EVER! I got my gel done on a Wednesday and TWO nails chipped the next day!! (Middle finger and pinky) Didn't even last 24 hours. I was not happy with them in the first place. First off he didn't cover my whole nail with the color. It looked like a 12 year old did my nails. Second he painted them so extremely thick. It looked like I had acrylics on. I went back on Friday to ask them to give me my money back cuz I'd rather go to someone who knows how to do nails. They refused!! I repeatedly told them I didn't like them and all they said was they can give me back half because they used their gel color on me. WTF!! To top it off all their damn workers were talking in their damn language as I was there. If you have a problem with me speak English and tell me. Don't be talking shit in your language so I can't defend myself. I never once came at them with attitude. I simply asked nicely to have my money back cuz I wanted to go some where else. It was my first time here and the inside it's not as a nice as other places but everyone there is really nice. Cindy did my pedicure and she was very detailed , took her time, and was very friendly, I loved it. How ever someone else worked on my gel manicure and it was not the greatest. Paula's happy nails is probably the most unprofessional and worst nail salon I have ever been too. They have one worker Ann who is rude, overly aggressive, and so unprofessional. When I walked in I showed a picture of what I wanted and multiple times they reminded me they were capable of doing just that but when they began the color they said they couldn't dye them. After sitting in a chair with a rude worker for over an hour they said they couldn't do the job I asked for. Then they proceeded to rush me to fine anew color and when I asked for help Ann told me "to find it yourself." I love going there because they always do such a good job and have good pricing... but this time Tina helped me and she didn't cut any of my dead skin off she just washed my hands and feet, filed my nails a bit and painted... the only reason I don't paint them myself is because I want someone to cut the dead skin and remove the cutícula etc... when you go, make sure to get one of Paula's sisters or herself. But sad to say the new ladies that do my pedicures aren't Quite up to the task. So I was on a hunt for a new place just for my toes. I walk to Paula's. Tell em I needed a pedicure and she tells me to sit down at the first station on my right. I pick my colors(always two colors on my toes) A lady walks in, the first lady informs her that I would like a pedicure. The second lady kept walking and looks me up and down and gives me a stank face like you would not believe. She looked at me as if I'd pooped myself and smeared it all over her station. I look at the first lady and ask her "is she having a bad day?" Without blinking I put my colors back and left. I will never know if they're good at anything on their list of services they provide.
