Once I disclosed that another company had already cleaned the room, I was told they do not like taking jobs previously cleaned by other companies and that I should ask the original cleaners to come back instead. The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. It also left me wondering whether they would have accepted the job normally if I had simply never mentioned that another cleaner had already been there. I understand businesses can choose what work they take on, but the interaction felt unprofessional and disappointing after already discussing pricing and the scope of the cleaning.

Having daughter's company wins! After reaching out to several services, Ana's was the one who got back to me. I had texted what I needed and when, and Debora replied to me their availability and what to expect. Basically, the cleaning crew would come and assess the job and provide an estimate. If the rate was acceptable they would begin cleaning immediately. Maria and Rosa worked for four hours, a total of 8 man hours. I am so grateful at how much they got done, it would have taken me more than two days to do what they did. Maria was the lead of this team. She speaks some Spanish but her first language is Brazilian Portuguese. We were able to communicate pretty well using Google Translate. I am working toward decluttering the rest of the house (a daunting task as dad is a bit of a hoarder) and will be reaching out to Ana's Cleaning Service again in the future. And maybe I can learn a little bit of their language, too!

I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

His team repaired the damaged shingles, replaced the ridge caps, and fixed the fascia and soffit, all with excellent workmanship and 5 years warrenty. Throughout the entire process, Hameed took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. He is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. We clean ourselves, wash dishes by hand, make bread from scratch. But with dozens of loose ends to tie before our wedding, we neglected to save time for cleaning our home. With family arriving for brunch in two days, we bit the bullet and called around, fearful that nobody would be available on short notice. Luckily, we found Paul; he quoted less than we expected and he was able to finish the job then and there with one associate. What blew me away was the quality of the work. I scrub out the shower weekly; he stripped all the soap build-up. They left the wood floors immaculate and they even cleaned the painted surfaces of some stains and the accumulated filth between the floor and moldings. I was so impressed, I hired Paul to clean our one carpet; he gave a huge discount as a wedding present. We'll use him again should we get in a jam; I recommend him to friends and colleagues. Paul's Cleaning Service was amazing - and they went above and beyond the scope of work I hired them to do. I was in the middle of moving my employer out of her apartment, the movers were delayed, so Paul's crew not only cleaned around the movers, but they assisted with moving items out of my employer's apartment. I was miffed because it was broken but nobody said anything, management never contacted me, it was just thrown in the trash outside. I allowed myself to believe maybe there was a miscommunication. I told Paul about it and he apologized. I was very sad but I understand accidents happen, so I let it go gently and painstakingly made myself another butter bell. Today they broke that too, along with a handpainted salt shaker from a close friend. I don't know how they managed to break both pieces since they weren't even in the same area. I'm heartbroken and furious. Paul has offered to try and make it right but honestly like.... To keep breaking the same dang object. I don't understand and it seems like a sign that someone isn't respecting my property. Also like, they requested recently that I purchase cleaning rags and microfiber rags for the team to use and I happily did so, but they never actually used them throughout the last several cleans, despite me communicating to management multiple times where they were (placed in a very obvious spot for ease of use). So I'm annoyed about that as well, feeling like I made that purchase for no reason.

They did the cleaning on my short-term rental, they did ok the first times when I was there to look, then the cleaner came and practically did nothing, leaving the apartment dirty, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty floors, didn't clean the bathroom. Good thing I came in to check on the rental before letting the guest check-in. I called the owner, Leo Silva and he said he will send in his "Head Cleaner", I told him that I have people checking in at 3 PM, and still the lady arrived at 2:55 PM. Leo's "head cleaner" was the same cleaner that didn't clean anything, but this time she actually brought a vacuum cleaner with her, 5 minutes before the guest's arrival, all she did was 2 mins of vacuum. If you had cleanings done by them I would check every time, before you get any complaints from the guests! MasterMaid can't be trusted, and to make things worse, the cleaners took some linens to wash, and the owner, Leonardo Silva has not returned them. He now just dodges phone calls, doesn't answer phone or texts, beware of this scam!
