Vegan and standard dessert and cakes

This is the most giant, deluxe pavilions that I can recall visiting! TBH, it's almost too large - lol They have many unique items you won't find elsewhere and a large alcohol area. This pavilions has a whole area filled with cakes that I think that they make here and elsewhere. They have the largest selection I've ever seen of vegan cakes, plant-based desserts, gluten-free treats and other delicious looking items! See photos from today.

Down for the count again !

Ref # : 945403106820 Horrendous experience tonight ! When I brought it to the attention of the acting manager who wouldnt give me his real name ( middle aged man brown hair ponytail working self checkout ) that one of the machines card readers as well as the lottery machine were down, he told me to 'Buy my shit elsewhere' . After finally completing my purchase, on the way out he said ' I feel sorry for your dog '. Great hiring practices hiring such a customer friendly person who is probably union and untouchable . My money wont be touching this store until all the machines are fixed properly and this store improves their hiring practices. Sincerely, Ron Wishnack 818-400-3693

I called the store spoke with the right managment Richard and reported George supervisor rude experience. Richard complete opposite of George very professional, friendly, apologized for George's behalf and offered me refund and complimentary flowers. Thank you and definitely will continue to get my shopping and flowers from this location because Richard that is in charge has great leadership skills, listen to customer and resolved my issue and put smile on my face with complimentary flower. Thank you Richard and please train George how to deliver excellent customer service like you did today. I have to be honest everytime I shopped from this Pavilions workers always been super nice but George cant even answer simple phone calls!Thank you Yesenia for being so nice over the phone and guiding me with flower shop email and Transferring to Richard my phone call.

Love this Pavilions and it's still so new and clean and modern! Parking is very easy in their lot, both covered and uncovered and no matter what time I come, I can always easily find a spot. The store is very bright and easy to navigate. I've never had any issues finding anything and the store employees are all helpful. I've done pick up here as well and while they are a bit slower at coming out than other stores, they've always gotten my order right and they are friendly and enthusiastic when bringing me my bags. I highly recommend joining their rewards program as they make it easy to save with digital coupons, which often includes coupons to their in store Starbucks Cafe! They even give a weekly free item coupon! Every food and drink item I've purchased at this Pavilions has always been fresh and high quality, especially their produce. They have a great selection of organic items. I do wish they had even more of a vegan selection, but I am for the most part able to get a good amount of what I need from here!

Finally I visited this store. After work, I stopped by to pick up bread. I was WOWED and amazed with the transformation. At the entrance, you already can tell that the store is clean, well organized, fully stocked and well lit. You can find the item you're looking for fast as the aisles are well labeled. They even have a big aisle for Kosher. It is a plus because not all grocery stores have this wide variety. I saw one employee replenishing the produce. He greeted me and offered help. Big store. Plenty of parking spaces. Metered street parking available too. Highly recommended. I would surely come back.

Caviar they don't have on display for months and no restock
    Mary P.

This place is a joke. They boast luxury selections, but have had the same caviar on display for months and have not restocked. I just sat at the butcher counter and watched what looked like the manager telling all of his coworkers a story and not one person asked me for help. This store is a joke when it comes to customer service even with their caviar missing they haven't offered to even order it or let me know when they can restock it even though I have been in probably five or six times in the last month to try to buy it. After being ignoted at the counter so staff can socialize I and completely done coming to this location.

Kroger brand is always the best bargain because it's the parent company of Ralphs. With everything in my digital shopping cart, I checkout and order pickup for free the next day. An employee at this Ralphs finds everything for me and bags it up. They bring it to designated parking spots on the lower level. I very much appreciate this personal shopping service. In the app, make sure to select this Ralphs location for the greatest selection, as it is one of the best in Sherman Oaks. Your shopping Items are kept in a special refrigerated section, so it stays fresh until you arrive to pickup (according to the employee who brought me my groceries last time). If you do end up going inside this Ralphs to shop for yourself, it's one of the nicest ones I've been to in the Valley. Thank you to all employees who make this Ralphs excellent.

But don't worry, I could go pick them up at some random time tomorrow (I work an office job, that doesn't work for me) so instead of guessing when I might get groceries, I contacted customer service to help me cancel. Well only the store can cancel the order, so I got to waste 45 minutes with them only to have to go in and deal with this myself. Why have a customer service line if they literally can't do anything?

This will be my shortest review to date, but this Ralphs location has become my favorite Ralphs in…read morethe Valley for many reasons, especially today. I called the Seafood Department to place an order for some fried fish. I had called last Friday around 7:30 p.m. to order fish, but it was too late. Anyway, Adrian (sorry if I misspelled your name, sir) answered the phone and was very polite and courteous while taking my order. Now, this is a "you buy, we fry" service inside a grocery store, so I wasn't quite sure if I could call in an order. But after my last visit, where I placed an order and walked around the store while the fish was frying, I honestly didn't see why they wouldn't allow it. I originally wanted catfish fillets, but they were out. Adrian offered catfish nuggets as a substitute, but I passed. I then asked for red snapper or rockfish, but they had neither. I moved on to cod, but at $19.99 a pound, I said, "Not today." Finally, he told me they had tilapia for $10.99 a pound, so I ordered two pounds. He asked what seasoning I wanted, and I told him I wanted to try all three -- Cajun, lemon pepper, and one other that I can't remember. He told me it would be ready in 12 minutes, and when I arrived 12 minutes later, it was ready! It was fresh, hot, and delicious. I could hardly wait to get back home and eat it all lol. I will definitely be back next weekend. Thanks again, Adrian. :-)

Cart management has been terrible. Just one example: after 10 extra minutes of my chasing a cart down, someone dumped my items on a table when I wasn't looking and ran off with my cart. I lost another 10 minutes finding a cart but did not have to re-shop for my now one-only pickings. Even more frustrating is that many carts are disabled because the strip that locks them activates five feet inside the parking ln some places. 2. Parking has gone from bad to worse as they designate many kinds of reserved spaces. 3. Shoplifting controls have rendered large areas of the store effectively unusable. Kroger is the most controlling grocer. I just wish they took us into account beyond figuring out to charge too much for average produce. I don't need 10 isles of beverages at the expense of other variety...their club scans are not noticing there are few people in those isles.

There's plenty of parking both underground and at street level in the Citrus Commons complex. I'm a big fan of Trader Joe's in general and shop here every week. What makes this store special is the selection -- you can find so many unique products that you won't see in other grocery chains, including a lot of European-style foods. Some of our favorites are eggplant spread, sauerkraut, frozen sweet cheese pancakes (blinchiki), pork dumplings, and many other great items. Prices are reasonable (around average), especially considering the quality and uniqueness of the products. The staff here is incredibly friendly -- honestly, one of the nicest teams I've seen in any grocery store. The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and easy to navigate. Another great bonus: there are actually two Trader Joe's stores right across the street from each other on Riverside Drive. This newer location is bigger, brighter, and has even more variety. And if one store is out of something, you can simply check the other -- so convenient! Highly recommend this location -- we're lucky to have it here in Sherman Oaks!

Their prices are high. Head to the Valley's Japanese grocery store like Mitsuwa in Northridge for sushi or a Korean grocery store like Greenland Market in Van Nuys for prepared food made the same day at lower prices. The Good: * The spam musubi was made the same day and tasted fresh. * The butter mochi was delicious. Final Thoughts: I expected fresh food made that morning. Selling three-day-old rice balls at this price is unacceptable. I will not return because they sell items past their prime. This was my first time here at this location and I am a frequent shopper of TJ. We asked if there are any more totes because what was out at the bin is only 1 color. There is 90 minute free parking and it's not exactly simple. You have to get a ticket and then you may be double parking someone inside and you have to give some people your keys so if they have to move your car you can't they can. They held onto my keys but did not move my car so I didn't tip them. I wasn't expecting to tip when I went to a grocery store. There's more than one business in the plaza so I think they're employed by them so just be prepared with that and have cash on hand. I did not get the Hailey Bieber smoothie although I was tempted. I've heard mixed reviews and I know it's very expensive and I did not want to spend that kind of money on a smoothie. I didn't like. I did end up getting a bottled peanut butter smoothie and that one cost $14 and it was really delicious. It tasted healthy, but it was really good. I did get a strawberry cream dessert. It's all natural and I think vegan or something or other. I don't know. It was really good, from the few bites I had I was going to save it and it melted in my car so hopefully it will taste good tomorrow even if it's not in the shape originally was. I also got some Keylime and Meyer lemon tarts. I tried the lemon one they should be refrigerated which I did not know until I tried to eat them. The lemon one was good.
