holiday decor/flowers. Happy Thanksgiving!
Shushanik P.

After having lunch at Mel's Drive In, I noticed that there was Pavilions across the street from Mel's. I needed some baked goods; small pumpkin pie, and variety of bread, bagels, English muffin & I believe that was all that I needed. Employees were very nice, helpful and friendly. Lisa told me where the bread/bake goods isle was, & Sandra was my cashier. Thank God I only purchased bread/bake goods. Everything was double the price than what Vons offers. The reason I am comparing this store to Vons, is because it's the same chain. I only got 5 items and paid $38.35. Just for BREAD! I will stick to my friendly Vons that is conveniently located on Laurel Canyon/Ventura. I would have given them 4 stars, but because of nice service, and convenience, my rating will be 5 stars! They also have self check out. Store was very clean & nicely organized! Underground parking, and didn't really interact with anyone else, or purchased anything else. Full selection of everything. Store was fully stocked & chill Ambiance with overhead music playing that makes your shopping experience more enjoyable. They have everything that any other Super Market has. From Bakery, to Spirits, fresh fruits & vegetables, meats of every kind, to Deli, all the way to Seafood department. Also gorgeous flowers & balloons. Huge selection of greeting cards and small selection of Holiday decorations/items. I will stick to Vons! Thank you Lisa & Sandra.

Vegan and standard dessert and cakes

This is the most giant, deluxe pavilions that I can recall visiting! TBH, it's almost too large - lol They have many unique items you won't find elsewhere and a large alcohol area. This pavilions has a whole area filled with cakes that I think that they make here and elsewhere. They have the largest selection I've ever seen of vegan cakes, plant-based desserts, gluten-free treats and other delicious looking items! See photos from today.

Don't buy flowers from this location!

I called the store spoke with the right managment Richard and reported George supervisor rude experience. Richard complete opposite of George very professional, friendly, apologized for George's behalf and offered me refund and complimentary flowers. Thank you and definitely will continue to get my shopping and flowers from this location because Richard that is in charge has great leadership skills, listen to customer and resolved my issue and put smile on my face with complimentary flower. Thank you Richard and please train George how to deliver excellent customer service like you did today. I have to be honest everytime I shopped from this Pavilions workers always been super nice but George cant even answer simple phone calls!Thank you Yesenia for being so nice over the phone and guiding me with flower shop email and Transferring to Richard my phone call.

Ref # : 945403106820 Horrendous experience tonight ! When I brought it to the attention of the acting manager who wouldnt give me his real name ( middle aged man brown hair ponytail working self checkout ) that one of the machines card readers as well as the lottery machine were down, he told me to 'Buy my shit elsewhere' . After finally completing my purchase, on the way out he said ' I feel sorry for your dog '. Great hiring practices hiring such a customer friendly person who is probably union and untouchable . My money wont be touching this store until all the machines are fixed properly and this store improves their hiring practices. Sincerely, Ron Wishnack 818-400-3693

Love this Pavilions and it's still so new and clean and modern! Parking is very easy in their lot, both covered and uncovered and no matter what time I come, I can always easily find a spot. The store is very bright and easy to navigate. I've never had any issues finding anything and the store employees are all helpful. I've done pick up here as well and while they are a bit slower at coming out than other stores, they've always gotten my order right and they are friendly and enthusiastic when bringing me my bags. I highly recommend joining their rewards program as they make it easy to save with digital coupons, which often includes coupons to their in store Starbucks Cafe! They even give a weekly free item coupon! Every food and drink item I've purchased at this Pavilions has always been fresh and high quality, especially their produce. They have a great selection of organic items. I do wish they had even more of a vegan selection, but I am for the most part able to get a good amount of what I need from here!

never shop online at pavilions. they forget every single item in your order and when they give it to you, you will get an empty bag never ever ever order online. they are always out of everything and will forget everything in your freaking order!! like how do you forget the ice cream dawg!? shopping inside is better :(

Finally I visited this store. After work, I stopped by to pick up bread. I was WOWED and amazed with the transformation. At the entrance, you already can tell that the store is clean, well organized, fully stocked and well lit. You can find the item you're looking for fast as the aisles are well labeled. They even have a big aisle for Kosher. It is a plus because not all grocery stores have this wide variety. I saw one employee replenishing the produce. He greeted me and offered help. Big store. Plenty of parking spaces. Metered street parking available too. Highly recommended. I would surely come back.

Caviar they don't have on display for months and no restock
Mary P.

This place is a joke. They boast luxury selections, but have had the same caviar on display for months and have not restocked. I just sat at the butcher counter and watched what looked like the manager telling all of his coworkers a story and not one person asked me for help. This store is a joke when it comes to customer service even with their caviar missing they haven't offered to even order it or let me know when they can restock it even though I have been in probably five or six times in the last month to try to buy it. After being ignoted at the counter so staff can socialize I and completely done coming to this location.

My fav gluten free pretzels and chocolate dip

I absolutely love this store. This location is subsequently a block from my bfs place so we can walk. Which makes it very convenient to pop over for anything we may want. Be it a Starbucks, dessert, bottle of wine, their premade food selection is insane. They have sandwiches, sushi, hot food, pizza, tons of stuff to be made while your there in their market. I love their selection of gluten free desserts in the bakery, specialty health items through out, and their wine selection!!!! Huge huge wine options here. I've crafted beautiful charcuterie boards with their cheese options, and been pleased with everything I've bought from here. Their produce, although pricey at times is good quality, and fresh. Make sure to get a rewards number to collect points and for discounts. They have self checkout and it's fast and easy. There's normally a security guard that makes me feel safe while I shop. They have beautiful arrangements for holidays as well!

Their flavor combinations are unique, everything is always fresh, and the quality is consistently outstanding. These are easily the best pastries I've ever had. Their French macarons deserve a special mention. I've never really been a fan because, in my experience, most places don't get the texture right. But this place completely changed my mind. Every flavor I've tried has been amazing. The shells have the perfect texture, and the fillings are packed with flavor. I even traveled throughout Europe recently and made it a point to try macarons everywhere I went, just to see how they compared. Surprisingly, not a single place came close. They also do a great job of keeping things fresh by regularly adding new pastries and seasonal items to the menu, so it's worth checking their website before you visit to see what's new. I recently saw them featured on the Food Network, and after eating here so many times, it's easy to see why. They truly know what they're doing. I can't recommend this bakery enough. Whether you're stopping in for pastries or macarons, you really can't go wrong.

Not only do they look stunning, but they taste just as good. Every pastry had a light, balanced sweetness and layers of flavor that made each bite worth savoring. If you're looking for a unique dessert experience or want to impress someone with pastries that are almost too pretty to eat, Artelice is definitely worth a visit.

My husband fell in love with them in Portugal and he's been craving them ever since we got home. I'm happy to say that the pastéis de nada at Natas Pastries are just as delicious as the ones we had in Portugal. Their other breakfast food was delicious as well. I had the All American Breakfast, and the potatoes were incredible! My husband had the Breakfast Burrito with linguiça, and he loved it! We sat outside on the patio, which is a lovely place to enjoy a meal, and all of the staff was so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu, as well as more pastéis de nada!

It's usually hard to find a bakery that is still open after 6 pm. I decided to try a variety of pastries and ordered an apple strudel, chocolate covered peanut butter bar and a large chocolate chip cookie. They had a very wide selection to choose from. My daughter ordered a lemon bar, slice of lemon cake and a small chocolate chip cookie. My first impression of the desserts that I chose was that they were sweet. I could feel the graininess of the sugar in the chocolate covered peanut butter bar. The strudel was tasty but light on the apple filling. Between the chocolate chips and sugar the cookie was sweeter than what I usually like but still a good cookie. I tried my daughter's lemon bar and I liked it. The things I tried I'm thinking 3 stars, my daughter liked the things she bought so averaging it out maybe a solid 3.5 stars rounded up to a generous 4 stars. Service was okay. Natas has a wide variety of pastries. I think the other items on the menu are more well received. I'll need to go back next time I am in town to try out some of other menu items.

The staff was very nice and helped us with our pick up order. We picked up our order through 'Good to Go' and the process went very smooth. While the flavor variety is awesome and they don't skimp on fillings, man are these cakes typically dry and a little dense. Had the tropical coconut pineapple cake for a friend's retirement party in December and while the price of a small cake is steep, it was very good. I was impressed! Another friend and I debated what the best berry and cream cake was. I said WholeFoods. She said SusieCakes. We taste tested. We both stood our ground on our opinions. Last weekend,I had the strawberry cake at a birthday party and it was very dry and dense. And the baby's "smash cake" never really got any deeper than the frosting layer, which leads me to believe it was also dense. While I was doing my friend the favor of picking up said birthday cakes, I noticed the pineapple coconut was back in season, so I came to SusieCakes the next day to get a slice. Very friendly staff! But very dry cake. So disappointing after paying ten dollars for a slice. Overall, the vibes are always good. The flavors are great. But the texture is just not it.
