My favorite local mom and pop grocery shop store market with fresh produce, great deals and those amazing pre-made noms including wraps, salads, sandwiches, sushi rolls, soups and more! You can grab a premade juice or have them blend up one for you in the back. They share a lot with Trader Joe's currently (soon to relocated just across the street). The vegan egg rolls are out of this world and they often have them hot and fresh for you to purchase in front as well as those decadent cookies. Lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free items as well. Aside for small grocer market essentials they offer some great miscellaneous items including plants, masks, self care items and more. Bottle and canned beverages are quite the assortment from green tea to still or sparkling water, olipop, bai, gatorade and even cbd beverages. The customer service is stellar. Even though the prices have slightly shifted up to keep up with times, the quality never changes. Still a cool clean store with great staff, some limited cafe style seating in front, seasonal items and street or lot parking. Farm Boy is located off Riverside Drive/Hazeltine Avenue diagonal Bloomingdales at the Westfield Fashion Square - Sherman Oaks.

Excellent local market with a large selection of sushi, Korean side dishes, fresh juices, fruits, veggies and more. The sushi cut rolls are humongous and are very fresh. I normally do a quick pop-in to pick up a spicy tuna cut roll to go and it never disappoints. The fish quality is superb, as you taste freshness in every bite. Definitely a cool, small-size store serving the Sherman oaks community. The customer service is always friendly. Enjoy coming back here for sure!

Farm boy is amazing. They have the best sushi for great price. Fresh juices are amazing too. Cute, clean little store. My daughter and I love it here. The ladies at the register are always so nice, and friendly. Come support them if you in the area.

A great little grocery store offering a fantastic selection of Korean goods, fresh exotic fruits, and healthy juices, even sushi! The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Aisles--especially around the pharmacy--are routinely blocked or cluttered, so just getting through the store can be a hassle. Then there's the decision to lock up a large portion of the alcohol and spirits. I get the intent, but the execution is terrible. I'm not going to stand around waiting for someone to unlock a $5.99 bottle of triple-sec. Literally. --I'll just leave and buy it somewhere else. Which brings up the obvious problem: there's rarely anyone around to help anyway. If you're going to lock up everyday items, you need staff available. Otherwise, you're just creating friction and losing sales. The store overall feels overcrowded and poorly maintained, which only adds to the frustration. It's a pretty stark decline from what this location used to be. At this point, with Trader Joe's, Pavilions, Whole Foods, Gelson's, BevMo, and Costco all nearby, there's really no reason to deal with the hassle here

I called the Seafood Department to place an order for some fried fish. I had called last Friday around 7:30 p.m. to order fish, but it was too late. Anyway, Adrian (sorry if I misspelled your name, sir) answered the phone and was very polite and courteous while taking my order. Now, this is a "you buy, we fry" service inside a grocery store, so I wasn't quite sure if I could call in an order. But after my last visit, where I placed an order and walked around the store while the fish was frying, I honestly didn't see why they wouldn't allow it. I originally wanted catfish fillets, but they were out. Adrian offered catfish nuggets as a substitute, but I passed. I then asked for red snapper or rockfish, but they had neither. I moved on to cod, but at $19.99 a pound, I said, "Not today." Finally, he told me they had tilapia for $10.99 a pound, so I ordered two pounds. He asked what seasoning I wanted, and I told him I wanted to try all three -- Cajun, lemon pepper, and one other that I can't remember. He told me it would be ready in 12 minutes, and when I arrived 12 minutes later, it was ready! It was fresh, hot, and delicious. I could hardly wait to get back home and eat it all lol. I will definitely be back next weekend. Thanks again, Adrian. :-)

Parking is super easy and convenient. You just drive up the ramp, go through the gate (it opens automatically), and there's no ticket needed. You even get one hour free, which is a huge plus. There's plenty of parking both underground and at street level in the Citrus Commons complex. I'm a big fan of Trader Joe's in general and shop here every week. What makes this store special is the selection -- you can find so many unique products that you won't see in other grocery chains, including a lot of European-style foods. Some of our favorites are eggplant spread, sauerkraut, frozen sweet cheese pancakes (blinchiki), pork dumplings, and many other great items. Prices are reasonable (around average), especially considering the quality and uniqueness of the products. The staff here is incredibly friendly -- honestly, one of the nicest teams I've seen in any grocery store. The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and easy to navigate. Another great bonus: there are actually two Trader Joe's stores right across the street from each other on Riverside Drive. This newer location is bigger, brighter, and has even more variety. And if one store is out of something, you can simply check the other -- so convenient! Highly recommend this location -- we're lucky to have it here in Sherman Oaks!
