He goes over the what your personal goals of surgery are and really explains what can be created. He is upfront about what to expect during the surgical journey. It is a process but it's worth it. The day of surgery went as well as expected. No issues occurred. I was cared for very well by Dr Paydar and his surgical team. I am now 3 months out since my surgery. He was actually on his way to speak at a conference right after our last appointment. The front desk staff are exceptional, very friendly and always make you feel like a million bucks. The two procedures I had were injuries I received through sports. The initial injury was a split above my eye from a head butt I received from a competition in Philadelphia. I flew home to make it within with 24 hours to receive treatment from Dr. Wirth, and so glad I did since the cut required 2 layers of stitches (I believe the muscular layer and the top skin layer). Had I gone to the ER for this procedure, I would have had a pretty bad result. I also recently underwent rhinoplasty after many years of sporting nose breaks. I had so much scar tissue in my nose that I could barely breathe out of it. Dr. Wirth was able to remove cartilage from one ear (thanks to his precision, likely would have needed 2 ears), and give structure back to my nose. I had gone in for several consultations locally and in Beverly Hills, and was told that I needed even larger implants along with a lift to make them look right. Then I met Dr. Agha, who is an artist! He did an extensive surgery to give me the smaller breasts I had originally requested 12 years ago. He had to remove quite a bit of skin, along with lifting the breast pockets up where they belong. By pulling up the skin under the breast, it gave me a reverse tummy tuck, which was a huge bonus! In addition to the breast revision, Dr. Agha did an arm lift on both arms.
