I asked them if they keep them in cages all day and the girl said no they sometimes get put into play pens. I also asked if that's the case than why are there two in one cage together ? she told me she didn't know but that they are both males and need to be separated soon. I walked out- didn't purchase anything. I will not support a company that profits off of buying animals from mills and has literally no education on how to maintain them. woof meow in my town stopped carrying animalsfor this reason. it's wrong. there are thousands of animals awaiting to be adopted. do the right thing and promote those animals.

This new grooming team was so rough with my gentle and happy dog that when I went to pick him up, he darted through the doors, eager to get out. They couldn't figure out how to put on his collar. They were not only inept, but cruel and traumatized my otherwise easygoing dog. He gets along with everyone and is very mellow, but something happened with this grooming staff, and I will never, ever bring my dog back to PetSmart. I always tipped $20 to the groomers on top of the fee, so I've been happy...up until now. Never again.

I went to a pet store closer to me to get advice on a flea shampoo for my kitten. We love that pet store, but the person there basically knew how to run a register and that's it. I found myself getting in the car and wondering why I didn't just come over here. So here I am, and again I am very confident that the products I bought will be perfect for my little kitten. They charge premium prices for the dogs, but literally no decent breeder would sell their dogs through a place like this. 100% getting their puppies from a puppy mills. Avoid this place and either get a puppy from a reputable breeder, or better yet, adopt a dog from a shelter.

So much so that when speaking with the owner she picked up on it too! She was fantastic and talked thoroughly to me about the calming chews she offered, why she selected them and thoughts on how to give them to my pup for the fireworks over the 4th of July weekend. Not only was it an absolute pleasure to speak with her, her suggestion was incredibly helpful as I've used other products in my pup to help and nothing has worked. This gave my pup a sense of relief the very first night I gave them to her. I couldn't have been more thankful to her and her staff. The Landlord even called this woman while in the parking lotwith Leo. I have all of Leo's paper work, shots and payment in my name proving I'm the owner of Leo. I bought food for her cat Luna and Leo. I figured Leo could visit and play with Luna and brought a large climbing and scratching post. I asked her if she was giving me my kitten back and she said, NO! I'm the rightful owner of, Leo. He loves me and I love and miss him. I called the police but they can't get involved. A woman at MSPCA knows the woman and was mad I called the police. I didn't call about MSPCA. This woman at MSPCA came out with security screaming like a "crazy lunatic" - you're not to come here again!!!! All this because on Easter Day- I turned around and saw a black kitten everyone left behind and took him home. The last time I saw, Leo he was living in a dirty house and the kitty littler box was filled to the rim and he was walking on top of it. I cleaned the littler a couple of times a day and added fresh litter if required. I would have grabbed him but they're 3 against one. They have a cat Luna, why steal someone's pet they paid for and all his shots? Leo could have visited anytime to play with Luna. All paper belong to me.

She was free from Lyme disease after some treatment and we treated her with medication for the tick and flea problems but they and she was all cleared up in 3 months time. She was so smart and loving but now she is dying. Arbor Veterinary gave her the rabies shot in the wrong place and paralyzed her and she may have 2 days left she is in really bad shape. I can't even get her to eat anymore. She locked her jaw. I'm really going to miss her when she passes and I don't know how I'm going to come up with the money for cremation because I was scammed for $5000 and we have no more money.

Some time later, I special ordered a specific kind of fish, which came in after a long wait, only to have one of the fish deformed - not their fault, but weird kinda judgy vibes gotten from the employee that was helping me that day when I didn't end up wanting them. Placed another special order for the same kind of fish, hopefully not deformed this time, never heard back from them. Last encounter was maybe a month or two back, went in to look for another kind of fish and plants, and was met by a worker who seemed pretty uninterested in being there/helping me. Overall weird vibes here and it's always kind of gross/wet/filthy. I want to like and support the local fish store but honestly I've had better experiences at both pet quarters and petco by the mall (which is a pretty low bar).

I just need liter and he unlocked the door and brought me in and let me purchase my liter. I just think that was so nice he didn't have to do that he was allready locked up and out side of the store he could have walked to his car and drove away before I even got out of my car, however he told me he saw me pull up, so he basically waited to see if that's where I was headed. I think that's really great and I really appreciated it very good customer service
