Had an excellent experience moving my entire apartment into my new house! It started with excellent communication with their office, including them taking me seriously about the high volume of large boxes, so they got a very large truck- which we filled! I was given the team lead's name and number the day before the move and they did everything they said, including calling me when they were about a half hour out. The team of Andrew, Arman, & Dugar were great to work with. They were smart, respectful, and very careful with my belongings. The poor guys had to bring everything down from my 2nd floor apartment with several sets of stairs and turns on landings that added to the difficulty of this move. They made a second stop for me to pick up my dad's very old piano and I really appreciated watching them discuss how to get it up the steps and come to an agreement before attempting it- showed great teamwork. Due to the size constraints of the items we have which were awkward bulky items, we could not get all 100% of the stuff moved over but that's not the movers fault. EDITED - I am giving this rating for Andrew the handyman who mounted my TV! I scheduled the move about a month ago and had requested a handyman as well to take care of tv mounting. they explained it would be extra cost because the movers were not licensed for that. I agreed. the move was only from one unit in a building to another unit on the same floor, 2 doors down. I also had things to go to a storage room on the same floor (so no truck and no stairs). the movers showed up within the time frame, but there was a miscommunication about the tv mounting and the handyman ended up coming a few hours after the movers left. the crew was not considerate of things like if you're take something from the bathroom, put it in the new bathroom. they finished the move so fast I was not able to spot check those things, and then the main guy told me that he had to watch me enter a review on yelp! he stood over me, selected 5 stars, and then had me post a pic of him. it was the most awkward interaction and when I told him I wanted to write the review, he would not leave until I posted one. he even offered me a script from chat so I don't have to think of what to say I called after he left and talked to Nelly the project manager. She apologized. Andrew the handyman came later to mount the TV. he also apologized for the earlier experience. I think Max was the name of the other guy. they were lovely! overall: nothing was broken and they were fast as heck, but the movers did not give attention to details. but when the guy made me write a 5 star review while he stood over me, it was completely inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. The owners should be very happy to have Andrew (and Max) onboard to help make things better! read more

We used Highlight Moving in October to assist us with our move from the Inland Empire to South Orange County. The process was easy. The receptionist was able to assist us with scheduling & was thorough. Andrew & his team arrived on time on our moving date. Andrew informed us that we would need a second truck to accommodate our belongings and he helped my husband get one at U-Haul. Even though I packed months in advance, there were still things that needed to be packed (the kitchen & garage). It took 14 hours from start to finish (this includes driving time). It was a hot day in the Inland Empire & on top of that, Halloween. Andrew and his team were professional throughout it all and nothing broke. We were thankful for their patience and hard work.
