Best pho in Park City. Not that it's an endorsement since it's probably the only pho restaurant in Park City. I will disregard the fact that it was overpriced, since this is a ski resort town. Even if it were regularly priced, it's one of the worst pho I've had. The soup base was greasy. Meat portions were small. For the extra large I got, it felt like mostly noodles and soup than meat. Service was slow and definitely understaffed. One wait staff for 10 tables. If you are craving pho, this is passable. Just don't set your expectations too high. read more

Exceeded my expectations! First time visiting Deer Valley and wanted decent Asian food nearby. PC Pho was recommended by a good friend who visited recently. Nothing beats a hot bowl of pho when it's freezing outside. Coming from LA where there's plenty of good pho, I am very happy with the pho here. The bean sprouts and veggies were fresh to my pleasant surprise. I asked and found out they have to import since you can't grow any of that here (way too cold). This impressed me because the pho is not expensive given their extra costs in importing fresh ingredients. And the extra effort to get fresh ingredients warmed my heart. Don't know where to begin. Don't go there if you have a big party because it is really tight for a group of 14. We were split into 2 groups. The service for our group was longer versus smaller groups that came in after us. We even think our waiter quit because it was a cluster. They kept forgetting to bring our drinks. They brought the wrong order of pho (smaller bowl) that we took whatever they brought out due to the wait (and the movie WAITERS). When our chicken wings came out they were partially cooked. We asked for the check early so we could GET OUT, but out they didn't seem to know hire to be efficient when it was busy. When the check finally came out we were charged for a large bowl of pho versus the small bowl received. AND they charged us full price for partially cooked wings. After they adjusted the bill they kindly (sarcasm) took 50% off the wings. A real disappointment in food and service. read more

I love Pho. Drove to Park City to try PC Pho and it was good. It wasn't the best that I've had but it was good. They had fresh basil, sprouts and jalapeños. The meat didn't have a lot of taste but the soup was good. Combined, everything tasted good. I eat a lot of Pho when I travel and Ive learned the broth is what makes it so good. Their broth was good. Finally, Park City has a real Vietnamese noodle shop In PC Pho. They do pho and various roles such as spring rolls and egg rolls. This is a family operation, and they know what they're doing. Bear in mind when they run out of broth they run out of broth so don't dally for dinner I know my pho as I have been to Vietnam six times and I make my own pho at home. If I could give zero stars I would. The summer roll was made with tiny frozen shrimp, it was so bad that we couldn't eat the second one. What a little gem in the middle of Park City! I ordered the chicken pho and everything was cooked to perfection - the broth was flavorful, noodles were of the right texture, and chicken was moist and tender. My kids had the meatball pho and they absolutely loved it! Hubby got the steak and tendon pho, and he enjoyed it as well, although he thought the steak was a little on the chewy side. Service was superbly friendly - it was busy when we got there and they apologized profusely for keeping us waiting. But the wait was worth it! Pho is the ultimate comfort food. Wished this restaurant was here when we visited last year. There's nothing better than a hot bowl of rice noodles with chicken/beef to greet you on a cold winter's day. It's located conveniently near the Park City Marriott. We drove, but Google Map indicated a 5 minutes walk. It's authentic, tasty, and reasonably price compared to some of the tourist traps we've eaten at. As for the decor, don't judge a book by its cover. It's the hole in the wall restaurants that have the best tasting food!!! Happy to have found this place. read more

Great place for a freshly prepared traditional Vietnamese Pho Noodle Soup. Choose your protein and size, then it's quickly put together. Great to see a place like this in town. Beef Pho was great and vegetarian broth and tofu for the non carnivores. Egg Rolls and fresh rice paper rolls are also on the cards. read more

Pho is my favorite food to eat. I was very disappointed in the brisket and meatball pho. The broth tasted like water flavored with black pepper. I added everything I could to make it palatable and in the end it just went in the trash. I also ordered fried egg rolls and what I received was shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls were fine. A little heavy on the lettuce but otherwise fine. My suggestion: get something other than the pho. read more

Service is very slow. Pho tastes fine, but don't be afraid to order larger because there aren't a lot of noodles in the bowl.
