So I had this cravings Pho soup, and as we head towards the mall I was delighted to see the pho sign. The soup is not the best, but not disappointing either. The person who probably owns the place barely speak English as I asked what is the favorite item on the menu. This place is super tiny- at first it was cute but then we waited about 15 minutes to even get some water. Then another 20 minutes until we even ordered. My boyfriend ordered a hot coffee and we didn't even get it until after our food arrived- which took about 40 minutes. Pho is my favorite food and I was SO disappointed. The broth was bland and mine wasn't very warm. Granted they were super busy but to me that's not really an excuse. I will say our waitress was super nice and funny. Got takeout from here and it was great! I wouldn't say it was the best pho I've had in my life (also definitely pricey) but it was yummy and the portion size was very generous! I got the steak and meatball pho and it was fun to cook there meat directly in the hot broth. If you're in Park City needing something quick and delicious, I'd recommend stopping here! read more

Some of the best pho I have had in the US! My boyfriend and I were staying around the corner and decided to try it and it was amazing. The staff was extremely kind and food was delicious. Decent pho considering it is the only pho place in Park City. It's not as good as the pho from San Jose but it will do especially on a cold night. The pho reminds me of pho that is homemade not overly salty or full of msg.The veggies are fresh and the server is friendly. read more

The pho here is really tasty and I really liked the broth. Perfect for a cold day, or after a long ski day. The only annoying thing, they messed up the order. Simply asking for no onions or cabbage shouldn't be too hard but they added both. I don't think the guy spoke very good English. Other than that I totally recommend this place. For what we thought was a good reason, we drive to West Valley City to Pho Cali fairly often, from Midway. We finally tried PC Pho and found it to be legit. Small menu, but great broth and fixings. Very pleasant owner with the usual Viet Nam genuine demeanor and speed of service. I'm impressed. Pho for 20+ years on California. We will likely take the PC exit next times!!! Keep up the High Standards Please! Tried out this Pho place in PC. Coming from a big city like Seattle I have big expectations. I came in after 2:30 pm on a week day. It was slow and the restaurant looked clean. It's not fancy, the decor included wall paper of I think a Thailand water market if there is such a think. But, I'm not concerned about the decor because I've eaten Pho at my favorite place in Seattle and its a "hole in the wall" type of place. I ordered the medium Veggie Pho, they had sizes of: Medium, Large, & Extra Large. My size Pho was $10. That is a couple dollars more than even Seattle. The broth was mediocre, a little salty and not very rich and fragrant. The veggies were cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, white onion and a type of mushroom. The sides were: lime, cilantro, sprouts, jalapeño pepper, and Thai basil. I noticed some mold on one of the jalapeño peppers. Other than that all the other veggies were clean and fresh. Although my onions could have used some proper chopping. Good service by the young lady working today. Very friendly. read more

Vietnamese food is supposed to be a symphony of FRESH ingredients. ITs an art form, similar to how it is in Thailand. This place... well... goes the opposite. Literally they cut food costs in ANY way possible. The fried rice normally would have fresh veggies in there... these people obviously used frozen bags of those gross square carrots, frozen peas, and rubbery green beans. Obviously from a frozen bag. We also ordered multiple bowls of pho, and they brought ONE setup plate with lime (ONE wedge) and herbs for people to share. Normally the plate is better, and is one per bowl. We couldnt order off the menu by naming the dish. ODD. You have to give them the CODE NUMBER (B2 or whatnot) to order. Then when they bring the food, they call it out BY CODE NUMBER. WTF? I ordered my large dinner to go and they knew to separate the noodles from the base without asking, provided all of the utensils, included sauces in cups in case I wanted them (the food was good enough that I didn't). Best pho in Park City. Not that it's an endorsement since it's probably the only pho restaurant in Park City. I will disregard the fact that it was overpriced, since this is a ski resort town. Even if it were regularly priced, it's one of the worst pho I've had. The soup base was greasy. Meat portions were small. For the extra large I got, it felt like mostly noodles and soup than meat. Service was slow and definitely understaffed. One wait staff for 10 tables. If you are craving pho, this is passable. Just don't set your expectations too high. read more
