This place takes FOREVER to Install!! and Bad customer service. I made an appointment to come in and install new speakers and get ONE of my windows tinted. There was only 1 person ahead of me and they didn't START on my car till 1hr50 min later and took another 3 1/2 hours to FINISH ‍ NOT ONLY did they take 5 HOURS for my speakers but they said they DIDN'T tint my window because the man who does tinting wasn't there Now I called two different days and both days they said call after 2pm to see if the guy is there.. Like wtf, DOES HE NOT HAVE A DAMN WORK SCHEDULE?? I called 4 weeks later a day I wasn't busy and I was finally able to take my car in to get one damn window tinted If u don't like wasting time don't come here.. read more

I had them install a ROckford Fosgate amp and wiring to my 4200NEX headunit and Alpine SPS-610 & 610c speakers. I was referred to them by someone who turned out to be a real clown, which I hadn't realized at the time. As soon as I mentioned this company to someone else, I knew was more knowledgeable, they said stay FAR AWAY. They used to be another business and scammed someone they knew. I was committed at that point... About a year later my amp failed and is trash. I've gotten 2 independent opinions of their wiring being the cheapest crap one can get, and the installation was amateur (leading to feedback from nearby wiring, resistance problems, etc.), which likely lead to the amp failure. I stop by this weekend to get my stereo fixed. I have an older expedition and the radio turn on and off on it's own, so Sam helped me out and told me that it was time to upgrade, he showed me different options and gave me a good price on a jvc stereo with bluetooth and color display. I bought my car stereo back in april. They had it installed. I got home, checked the box it says it includes a remote control. I called the place and asked about the item i was looking for. They said to come over the shop. So i went, then they said it's not included in the package but it clearly says on the box that remote was included. So over priced! They give different people different prices. Went in for a new sound system and they quoted almost $900 had my friend go in the next day for the same sound system and they quoted $650. SAME EXACT ONE! That's a $250 dollar difference. The managers are horrible and they just try to get you for your money. I think his name was SAM. Horrible. And the positive reviews about good prices are just their way of getting a good review. They told my friend multiple times that she's getting a GREAT deal and that she should leave a review (in a joking matter but there's always truth behind it). bought some rims. Some led lights and I put tint on my car windows. The rims are okay the tint is okay too but the led lights in a month on had burnt out on me. I called for a change of the led light and it's been two calls I've made and you haven't changed them. It's been 2 weeks and you haven't calle d me for the lights. I don't recommend this store and I'll never returned and I also lost my money on the led lights. read more

I had issues with my some side speakers in my car as they sounded like they were blown so I decided to stop in and see what kind of deals I they have. I walked up to the counter and the gentlemen was assisting someone and informed me he would be right with me and in no time he was done and ready to help me out. I informed him what kind of issues I was having and asked if they had any specials going on with speakers and an amp as my amp was in need of a replacement. The gentleman helped me out and showed me a few speakers that they had on special and told me what I needed for my car to run them so I decided on replacing all 4 internal speakers and an amp to pump out my base box in the back which all of it plus installation came out to just a little over $250 which isn't to bad but better then taking it to best buy. I left the car at 11:30 am and was told they would call me once the installation was done which was roughly about 4:00 pm because they were extremely busy on a Saturday which I truthfully didn't expect them to install it the same day. I called them at 5:00 pm since I hadn't heard from them yet and they said they were wrapping it up and to come pick it up at 6:00 pm. I arrived at 6:00 pm and my car was still being worked on, however it was about 5 minutes later they were finished and my car sounded amazing. So happy I came here and decided for them to be the go to guys to ensure I left with some nice bumping sounds. read more

Sams an idiot gives me a 9am appointment and I sit here waiting till about 9:30 for them to pull all the cars out and clean up . The part they were replacing didn't show up till almost 11 . When i walked in they were just talking and laughing. They told me that they were going to help me in a minute and they just continue talking. They were using profanity in front my 8 year old son. Don't let the clean appearance fool you into thinking this is a reputable establishment. I was calling around looking for quotes on alarm and tint combo sand this was the lowest I found... Until I arrived 20 minutes after calling and was told alarm was out of stock. So I shelled out an extra 50 bucks (that matched a competitors quote) so I said f--k it. All they do is feed you bulls--t. "yeah no problem, well take care of you" I heard them say that to all customers as an automatic response to anything. I handed over the keys with one question. "how long?" Reply "3 hours no problem" I dropped the car off at 1pm returned at 4 to check status. "he has 1 window left to do" Did they do the alarm? "let me check...." "can i see your receipt?" Son of a bitch! "can you cone back at 630?" Long story short 1pm-720pm tint and alarm.... Quality of tint looks good so far and alarm works as it should. So unless you you give up your car all day avoid this place read more

Fools here don't know how electricity works. Walked in asking for a fuse holder with 60 amp fuse. Gives me the holder and 120 amp fuse. I tell him I don't need 120 and then he says "it's ok ,will give you more power". What the hell! No it doesn't! With my system that only means it will give me less protection. read more

I have a after market alarm and key fob on my truck that was having some issues unlocking and engaging the alarm. Knowing that it's pretty old I figured anywhere I took it for service I was just gonna be pressured into an upgrade, which in all fairness I need, but don't want to get just yet. Anyways I called first to see if they could service my truck. The woman who answered was pleasant and said absolutely come on down. I was there within 15 minutes. They helped me right away. The issue was that my key fob was old and dying so we ordered a new one to arrive in about two business days. The gentleman that was helping me ( I didn't get his name, unfortunately) was very knowledgeable and even came out to my truck to check out some of the settings in my stereo and the alarm system and was able to quickly fix some small issues I was having at no charge. Never did he try to upsell me to anything else. When I do upgrade I'll definitely be coming back here to have the work done. read more

I came in before they opened. I came in for speakers, tint and lowering springs. They open at 9am I left a little after 6:30pm with only speakers being done. To top it off on my way home the two front speakers stop working. I can only come in on my days off so I have to wait a week from today to fix the front speakers and get my tint done and lowering springs. Which should have been done in the 9+ hours I was there. Another 9 1/2 hour day to look forward to. If I'm not there a long @$$ time on my next visit I'll change my review. read more

Came in here a in early December and geez they sure know what they are doing when it comes to upgrading an audio sound system in your car it's freaking amazing so much better than what I had in my first car they saved it for me haha :) looks and sounds good and best of all they were not like some other places such as Hollywood and west Hollywood area where they judge you on how fancy you look and give you shitty service if you don't meat there pushy big spender requirements.
