Showed up at 4:15pm with no calling, having ignored my texts for an update. The guy complained about having to wear a mask (I'm immunocompromised), and didn't fix anything, telling me to buy a new faucet and he would come back Tue to swap it. Tue arrived and there was no word from them. No response to my texts until end of the day. He said he'd text me the next morning with a time for that day. I told him he said he'd come Tue & I wouldn't be around the next day. He texted he was busy and I could call someone else. Clearly he doesn't give a crap about being reliable or retaining clients. I called Lynch back and asked to have a manager call me. Got a call from the same guy. I didn't answer. Won't do business with them again. If that's the owner's attitude, stay away!

When i called the office for him a mysteriously clear and well spoken woman answered my call and assured me that Austin would get right back to me. He didnt. Later the next day i called the office again and my suspicions were right. It was being answered by an AI agent. Surpriisingly capable. Tried to assure me I would get a prompt call back... again. Nothing i said could put me in touch with a real person. Concerns me that if chose them for the job and had an issue or question, the only "person" i would be able to reach would be an automaton.

I asked the person who makes the appointments if they charge extra for weekend service calls. She said they didn't and would have a technician out the same day which they did. The tech found the leak in one of the lines and repaired it. The total charge was over $800 which $400 was for additional Freon. In the worst case I had someone throw a hamburger into the "garbage disposal" which passed it straight thru to the plumbing and blocked everything. All I knew at the time was everything was backed up and it was a catastrophe. He came out and knew what to do right away, apparently there's a vent on the roof and he was able to send a snake down, and he even was able to pull up the hamburger bun to identify what had stopped everything.

I worked with them on a complete remodel of my kitchen and custom entertainment cabinet and cabinets in my master bedroom.  They also installed hardwood floors in my master bedroom.  This job was well over 40,000.  Don't get me wrong the cabinetry in the kitchen is gorgeous.  I signed the contract in February and a 8-10 week job was not completed until December. It still was not even completed then.   They delivered broken/cracked granite which they attempted to repair and pass off as natural.   I complained and it took Brian 6 months to come look at it, and while waiting for punch list to be completed.  They messed up dry wall, had to redo.  Painting was screwed up, still messed up.  Their turn over rate is crazy.   My crown molding above my island is damaged.  They left off the ring on the pot filler.We went with Brian to Granite yard and owner advised this issue should have been brought to his immediate attention upon delivery of the slabs...(Hello---I told them the minute I saw it installed).  Brian refused to come inspect it.  But, wait a minute they saw that damage and attempted to fix it.  Brian advised me then to pick out new Granite.   We picked new slabs, but Cindy his sales associate never called to hold the slabs and different slabs were ordered and not to my liking.   Brian moved to a new office and we never heard from him again.   All calls go unanswered. All his offices are closed except for Palm Harbor and they do not answer the phone,  nor return any messages. I was given a lifetime warranty on the cabinetry and told they stand behind their work. A few of the hinges (soft close) have snapped in half.   My softclose cabinet garbage hinges have broken. They never left me extra custom stain for touchup.  I have been trying to get in touch with this company just for the information to order the pieces myself.  No response.   I have left several messages.   I did not want to leave this review, but he had left me no choice.   Checking the BBB, there are several complaints of same thing and same issue.  I finally today reached out to the actual company on the the softclose hinges and they referred me to the company that could help me.   I sent them pictures and they will help me with one of my issues and I will gladly pay for the parts necessary. I do not expect them to pay for my other cabinet door hinge, but at least give me information about what kind or where to order.   Also how to match up this custom stain.   I do not feel it is too much to ask since they never finished the job and left me with damaged granite. I would NEVER recommend them because of this.   Any time they want to correct these issues,  I will be more than happy to adjust my review.

I was so impressed by her caring effort and willingness to help. She could have simply said, "Sorry I can't help you" and moved on. In an era where customer service takes a back seat to automation, rude representatives, and a focus on profits I felt it necessary to write this 5 star review for a company and person who clearly outshines the competition. Called to make an appointment the lady who answers the phone is rude and disrespectful. We…read morespecifically asked if they would have to put any holes in the wall. They told us no because they had the equipment they needed to find a leak and if th3 technician who came couldn't find it they would send someone else. The gentleman came late, after the 4 hour window that was provided.mi d you when my husband called to get an ETA he was given attitude. The technician after 30 mins mentioned he might have to put a hole in the wall, but ended up putting the hole in the wall without asking permission, not one hole, not two holes, but three, and then told us that they don't do the patch up. When i callwd the lady back to question her, her response was if you didnt want him to find the leak you should of stopped him, then said i dont know why he did that why dont you ask him. Now they want to charge us $300 for this. They ended up finding a HUGE hole in the pipe that could have easily been found with the camera and he didn't even find it, my husband found it, to which the guy responded, oh wow, glad you saw that. Mind you this is not our home its rented and they knew that.
